The worst service experience I've ever had. I bought the washer and stove with electric stove stove. After waiting hours and many calls with a service center, I waited for 12 days to install the products. At the end when the technician plugged in the washing machine and left, we found that there was a serious break in the plastic at the top and the side of the machine and a technician hid the area with the plastic. Gas technician just did not arrive at the appointed time .. Sorry I purchased Electra's products.
