DO NOT BUY ELECTRA AIR CONDITIONERS! I bought an electra platinum in May 2015. They replaced the outside unit twice, the inside unit 3 times, constant problems. gas replaced twice after the technician said it could happen again, Technicians have been here 10 times. they fixed the water leak last year, there was water dripping into the apartment, they said it was the installer. the ac did not drip for many months until may2016. they disconnected the pipe so it would drip into a bucket. that's how they left it.

Now its impossible to get hold of Orly from customer service. Im leaving messages everyday. The AC is out of guarantee.
