Shocking service. I invited a technician on Sunday...

Shocking service. I invited a technician on Sunday, saying that only Thursday is the earliest. Set arrival time for 8-10. My husband did not go to work and waited, called at 10 that the technician would reach 12, I said that it is impossible, said they will come back to me and not come back.
