Unfortunately, the level of professionalism and service is very inconsistent with what is expected of such a company. I had a malfunction in the air conditioner that was perfectly normal, a technician came in, could not fix it, disconnected the air conditioner and left. Then came another technician, supposedly corrected, the next day stopped working air conditioner completely. Another technician was supposed to arrive - I waited for him all day, finally called at 19:30 and said he could not make it today and would coordinate with me for next week. Just a disgrace of service. Not only do they not repair, destroy and do not come to repair.
