Very disappointing product and customer service too!
I purchased a washing machine that I was recommended at the "Electric Warehouse" store.
After several uses (about five), water began to drain from the washing machine and it stopped working.
I called Barbara, technicians came in who said a dime could break the boiler of the machine!
The boiler is indeed broken, and the company does not replace a machine, but a spare part.
Meaning - a new one-month washing machine, but with a spare part.
I consulted a private washing machine technician. He said: There is nothing to replace David. It is destined for failure.
And I ask, the well-known Electra company
Is your warranty valid for one month from the date of purchase ?! Is a person still paying for a new product supposed to get a renewed product? corrected? Refurbished?!?!
Highly recommend the Bush Company. My friend bought parallel to my purchase. She is very, very pleased.
Electra?
It might be good for air conditioners.
