We have a saucer dishwasher that is your responsibility. Although the service is provided by Plrum, you are not exempt from responsibility for the quality / level of service.

After responding after a few days of leaving messages to "Plrum", a technician service was scheduled for 23.4.17 and I canceled an appointment, informing me that the technician was postponed to 24.4.17. The technician arrived and could not handle the malfunction.
A technician who arrived on 1.5.17 came with an incorrect card.
I was told from the card company from overseas.
Speaking to the hotline, the card says the card comes from a local branch and not from abroad.
Today, 22.5.17, a technician arrived with a card with a different SKU from the original card.
The third time we spend half a day, the third time the dishwasher is disassembled (which creates wear and tear in the cabinet due to over-decomposition) and still fine with no solution!
It is unlikely to receive such poor and poor service.
I will ask for an immediate solution, including extending the warranty and compensation for your faulty conduct (of course I have no claims against the technicians, who have no part in the conduct of the company)
I reserve the right to sue for all possible remedies, including a lawsuit against your company.
