Good air conditioners but poor customer service.
I had a malfunction in the air conditioner, arrived technicians treated the malfunction but left the ceiling of the bath open and said that the service would call us and adjust a service to close the ceiling.
Needless to say, they have not returned from service and since a week and a half I have been calling every day to coordinate and tell me that they will come back to me by the end of the day and no one comes back. In the meantime, I can't use the children's shower because the ceiling is cold.
Very disappointing that this is Electra's service ... I'm done with this company
