We just spent the weekend here and it was a nightm...

We just spent the weekend here and it was a nightmare. The customer service is horrible! First on the day of our arrival they moved us to another cabin since it was inaccessible, we said fine; we get to the cabin and is really cold, we thought they might had just turn on the heat and it would take a minute to warm up. After a couple hours it was freezing and i called the after hours service, they were really nice. The sent a guy over to check the heat and he worked on it for a bit and said that it was fixed. So after an hour the heat still not working and it was about 11 pm. So i called once again since we had kids in the cabin; the guy came out again and said the heat was not working and that the heat technician would be here in about 30 minutes and brought some heaters. One of the heaters started to trow sparks and almost caught on fire so he took it back and left us with two small heaters for a 4 bed. cabin (like that was going to help) i called the after hour since the technician was not here yet, the after hours said that he would be here in about 20 minutes. After an hour i called again and they finally admitted that the guy would not come out after making me wait two hours and now it was 1:30 am. the house was below 50 degrees but since it was so cold outside it felt like 30. I was pissed off, so i told them to at least bring us some extra blankets and they said they couldn't until the next day! they couldn't also get anymore heaters. We took some of the covers they had in the closet and MAN they smelled like pure cigarette! they were disgusting. So we finally manage to go to sleep, and the next morning i call the office, first after an argument of the girl telling i had to wait for management to come in at 1, so i told her if she couldn't call her manager and have him call me, she said no i don't have his number, which i know it was a lie. ( who doesn't have their bosses number) so i lost it and she hangs up on me. Since Friday was the only day pretty enough we went skiing the whole day hoping some would come out to fix the heat, to our surprise when we come to the cabin later that night its still cold and they just dropped off a bunch of blankets and left them on the door. So i called the office and they tell me that the only thing they can do is move me yet again to another cabin that was still farther out from were we originally were staying. I finally show up to the office and they try to act all kind and gave me tickets to the wonder works ( which i never used them since that's not what we were looking for) and agreed that we were going to stay in the cabin and they would bring more heaters. Well that never happen. Since it was our last night we just stoke through it because i was not fixing to move on the last day and loose all the things we had planned. The never apologized and Renee pretty much said, we gave you tickets and that's all you going to get. (SHE WAS THE MOST RUDE PERSON EVER) FOR A $600 dollar stay i would never do it again with this company, they lack customer service and do not have the enough resources to handle anything! ( you would think they would check cabins to make sure heat and everything is working before they rent it out) Also the tub were yellow and nasty, the pots filled with grease and looks as never washed, the upstairs bedroom shower would leaked down to the first floor bathroom. It was a nightmare. I asked them for at least the first night money back and they told me no. I would not recommend this to any one, they have a long way to go as far as resources and customer services. i would also be putting a complain to the better business bureau.
