We stayed in one of their Cabins. The cabin was okay for staying as described. But the electronic door lock key didn't work, we couldn't open it. Their online support could not help at all. We had to stay outside for the whole night. Even the direction to the cabin wasn't right. We had to walk from their cabin to cabin to find the exact cabin. This is unbelievable in this era, They can easily share the map or update in google map, instead of sharing long tedious text direction. The first night was really a mess, and finally we couldn't access the cabin. So I wanted money refund (in full or for that day). I have communicated for almost a week for refund but they said they cannot do any refund. Very poor experience! Never go there. (The review response has some inaccuracies, I was offered for staying for free in two, not offered for any restaurant gift card)
