Started out great, found a truck that I liked righ...

Started out great, found a truck that I liked right away. The staff was very friendly and everything was going smooth until the same day that I bought the truck I found an oil leak under the truck. I brought the truck back the very next day and I was told not to worry and that they would take care of it. I had to call to find out that my truck was finished about 2 weeks later. I picked up the truck was told by the service department that the truck was all fixed and ready to go. I drove the truck home and parked it for the night, the next day I checked underneath the truck and it was leaking oil still. I called first thing Monday and talked with a Service manager and he spoke with the tech about the leak, I was told that the tech was authorized to fix the front leak and he reported the other leak to the GM. I was not told of the leak when I picked up the truck. Ultimately brought the truck back to terminate my sale with them. I personally felt that I was lied too, and was not a priority with them, I would not reccomend this dealership, I am happy to bring my business elsewhere, I wish that I could say different.

Jack "Bergie" Bergman is the best dealer. He has a great personality that makes you feel like family. I have bought three cars from him and will recommend him to anyone. He will help you find the perfect car. He also explains any questions you have with a friendly and understandable answer. Bergie had Kandi Hammond help us with the creditors/banks. She did a great job explaining the prices to us in a way you can understand. She also worked very quick on our credit applications. She has a warm and friendly smile. These are two great employees at Eau Claire, Ford. Ford is lucky to have them both. I won't go anywhere else than to Bergie. Their prices are also the best. We had Kelly Blue Booked the used truck we were looking at and Ford had the truck priced $1,000 less than what KBB recommended - you can't beat that. And we got more for our trade-in than we would have ever expected. Great place!

Excellent!!! Salesperson Caitlin Hoell went above and beyond to answer questions in detail & help with every little concern for several days even BEFORE she knew I was a customer. Wonderful experience with her & financing department, incl. a free (included) lifetime warranty on powertrain & a full bumper-to-bumper warranty for lifetime purchased & definitely will be well worth it. Would recommend & visit again in future, whenever I am searching for another vehicle again. Thank you so much!!!

We purchased a car from Brian Barker this past Saturday and are extremely happy with our purchase.Brian did a great job I already knew what I wanted and he had it all ready and waiting was very patient since we were running late. My family has always stuck to a certain dealer when purchasing cars but I knew I wanted this one Brian was friendly and very accommodating as we had to bring our 6 year old daughter with he made sure she was taken care of and got plenty of snacks and pictures to keep her occupied as a car dealership isn't the ideal place for a little girl on a Saturday morning. I love my car it was painless and easy to go through the steps of purchasing. Job well done Brian we will be back and I will tell my friends about you and your service.

My dad got a vehicle there and within 2 months we had to have the transmission fixed twice and t cost us over 1200 dollars. Also when it broke down the one time, they didn't have a tow truck and we had to get are own tow truck and they said they would pay us for this tow truck but then when we gave them the bill, then all of a sudden it was to much and they didn't pay unless it was under so much money. I would not recommend Eau Claire Ford to any one. They are crook and no good. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET YOUR VEHICLES!!!!!!!!

We loved going to our local Ford dealership. We find their up front best price to always be easier to work with than the competition. My wife and I went to find out exactly what the size difference between the explorer and the expedition were and were assisted by 2 very friendly employees. We were not pressured into anything and we're very satisfied with our experience. Their lifetime powertrain guarantee is great!

Update in 2020 so a few years later.... We have since recommended this dealership to many people mainly my inlaws. They have had nothing but bad luck with the service department and head manager there. They baught a slightly used vehicle (10k miles) from a different dealership (warranty still intact) and when they went in for a defective heated seat they got the run around. Not once or twice but 5 separate appointments needed to be made. Incorrect parts ordered, incorrect installation, insistence that the problem had been fixed.. Just an absolute nightmare. My father in law actually had to have the tech who insisted the seat was fixed and working sit in the vehicle and turn it on. Incrediblely unprofessional management running that place and at least one incompetent mechanic in back. They even tried to charge my inlaws for work after the problem wasn't resolved the first time from the mechanics mistakes. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Bought my vehicle here! Absolutely love my vehicle! I was very fond of the purchase! I called a couple days later because I noticed something wasn't right with my alignment. Needless to say the salesperson stated I would be able to get it in and get it fixed there.! I bought the vehicle during a snowstorm otherwise I would have noticed the alignment earlier. Unfortunately the salesperson continue to ignore my messages and I had to go elsewhere to get my alignment done! I love the warranty Ford has to offer. I will be going through a Claire Ford again! I will also be sure I have a different salesperson!! I am still upset about this experience.

Got an oil change and I took forever then got a full inspection and they found two leaks and were suppose to give me a price on how much it was to fix it. Waited a week and never got a phone call. Called them 5 times and kept getting put on hold and then they would hang up on me. Now my tranny went out and they still wont give me a answer. Terrible service.

I recently purchased a 2015 Ford Escape from here and if this was a review of the buying staff and process I went through it would be 5 stars. But I then, unfortunately, had to deal with the service department. I added getting remote start installed in the vehicle into the deal and after a couple days I was called to get that done. The first day I took my vehicle in, everything was installed, and after waiting for over 2 hours I was asked for both key fobs to get them programmed. I did not have one on me, not knowing that I would need them. No one ever mentioned beforehand, or even while I was waiting that they would need both so I would have to bring them both back the next day to get that step done. Not a huge deal. I brought my vehicle back in the next day to get the remotes programmed and everything worked fine before I left the dealership. While driving home I went to make a right hand turn and the steering wheel would barely move. I almost hit a post while turning into my driveway. I called them right away when I parked my car and told them what was going on and they sent a technician out to my house to take a look at it. Came to find out that a wire was not properly secured and ended up wrapping around my steering rod. Thankfully this happened as I was getting home and not traveling down the highway where it could have caused a major accident. During the process of getting that resolved at my home something came undone (I am guessing) causing the remote start to no longer work. It was Friday evening before Memorial Day weekend so instead of the tech trying to work on this in my driveway I said I would call back on Tuesday and set up another appointment to get it fixed. When I called to make an appointment they asked if I could drop my car off one night so they can work on it the next morning, which worked great for me as I did not want to take off work for this. I told them that I would need a vehicle so I could make it to work and back the next day before picking my car up. At that time I was told that I would need to pay for a rental vehicle to do that. I do not find it to be appropriate to have to pay for a loaner vehicle considering the fact that my car is now going in for the third time to get this one thing done to it. As of now I am being told that the loaner will be taken care of but the fact I even had to go through that run around, coupled with the dangerous situation I was put in is enough for me. I just want to get this taken care of so I do not need to return and go through something like this again.

EC Ford is the way to go for Ford vehicles in the Chippewa Valley. All of the staff seem to enjoy their jobs and are friendly throughout the entire interaction.

This is not the old Ford dealership that I had issues with in the past. This is my go to destination for all future vehicles and service.

I have felt welcomed and appreciated at Eau Claire Ford! They are quickly responsive to my needs and issues. Each one on their team is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Thank you, Eau Claire Ford, for not making me feel like a "number"! This trip to have some "special things" performed on my vehicle, I was helped by Justin, Megan, Kevin, Matt, and the shuttle driver, Dan. Each one went over and above to assist me! Again, thank you! (Also, thank you to the young man who brought my Escape to me to check for my tablet -- turns out I had forgotten it at home! So sorry!)

I stopped in (as a walk in) for a "the works" oil change and was in and out in 30mins tops. Got seen right away and they kept me updated during the oil change with their findings. Great, thorough, and friendly explanation of what they found regarding tires, brakes, battery, etc during my oil change. I'll definitely be back!

Would not let the quicklane wipe a dead bug off my bumper. Please do not let these children touch your car. I needed a tire repair, long story short the tire could not be repaired so the spare was installed. The spare is 3 inches smaller in diameter. FYI all wheel drive and one tire being 3inches smaller not a good thing. They also took my wet, dirty old tire ( no bag no plastic)and put it on my 2 tone leather seats. Genius. When asked about the spare i was told " i did not check". What else did you not check, torque of my lug nuts?? Trainer your staff!

Martin and Benjamin were the guys that helped me, but everyone there that I talked to was super friendly and helpful. Martin was very patient with me and answered every question I had. He helped me find the perfect car for me and my budget and made sure I got everything I needed. Once we got to the actual buying process Ben was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to get me approved for a great deal. They were both so helpful and made my first time buying a car very stress free and exciting. Thanks a lot guys!

As a first-time buyer from a dealership, I was pretty nervous when it came to picking the right one. The first time I stopped in at Eau Claire Ford, I was greeted by one of the salesman, Josh. His awesome attitude and willingness to help (and the fact that he was not pushy) led to me returning to actually look into purchasing a car. Their salesman Jeremy Hofacker approached my friend and I as I was looking through the used lot and from the get-go he was awesome! He answered all of my questions, showed me cars that were right in my price range with my requirements, and even stayed late (after close) at the dealership to help me close on the car. He has also been available by phone and email for any questions that came up after purchasing my vehicle (which I love btw!) Jeremy was awesome and I would recommend seeing him for all your car buying needs. Great job Eau Claire Ford, I will absolutely be recommending you to everyone I know!

Just had my 2016 Fusion in for her first oil change..... Dennis was the salesman that sold me the vehicle. I was NOT the easiest person to work with. Dennis kept his composure and found me exactly what I was wanting in a vehicle. Even though it has been months since I bought the car,(I rode my Harley all summer, hence taking so long to need an oil change), Dennis still keeps in contact asking how the car is doing. Thus far, all my expectations have been met. I would recommend seeing Dennis if your looking for the most pleasant car buying experience in the Chippewa Valley!

I had an appointment scheduled for 12:00pm, they took the car in at 12:02pm, rotated tires, changed all fluids, did a multi-point inspection, and had the vehicle ready to go by 12:27pm. Their service was very fast, and their service team was knowledgeable and professional. They never attempted to up-sell any services that were not necessary, and their inspection was honest. I changed and filled most fluids prior to my appointment, to which their technician remarked "all your fluids looked full and brand new", and seemed somewhat surprised. This was deliberate on my part to test their team and see whether or not they would be honest about additional services. I can, and will, recommend Eau Claire Ford and Quick Lane to anyone and everyone I know for their professionalism and honesty!

My experience at Eau Claire Ford and specifically the quick lane was phenomenal. The advisers at the quick lane are extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the parts I need for my vehicle. The technicians were thorough and fast. They completed my oil change and tire rotation well within the 30 minutes I was promised. I would recommend Eau Claire Ford Quick Lane to anyone.

I don't even want to give one star. If you buy a car from them make sure you check out the frame. No one in the service center/service advisers has a clue of what they are talking about. Tried to over charge me and couldn't give an explanation of charges. Cant trust a word they say and service is horrible. Go to pick my car up after it being there for two months and it is literally the same as when it got towed in there. RIDICULOUS!!

I have had my 2014 Focus for 2 years now, and as far as buying a new car, I will say never again!!! From day 1, this car has been nothing but problems. 2 months into owning the new car, the leather seam in the backseat came apart leaving a 6 inch gaping hole. Now I could see this happening with wear and tear, but nobody ever sits in the back seat of this car. Now I realize, things are faulty from time to time, so I didn't see a big issue with this. My problem however was the lovely lady who worked in the service depart who had the personality of a rock, and was downright rude to every person within a 5 mile radius of the service counter. I'm not just talking to the customers, but I saw her yelling at co-workers as well I don't see this as acceptable behavior for any position, let alone customer service. Now we move on to the transmission/shifting issues. In the past 2 years, my car has been in for reprogramming of the transmission, as it would shake and shudder horribly going through acceleration. On to the 6th time, I am informed that there is a "fix", which entails a new clutch assembly. This entire process of the transmission has been horrible, which is about the last thing you would expect out of buying a brand new car off the lot. There have been many unpleasant and inconvenient shuttle rides to and from work, including sitting at a factory listening to the shuttle driver argue and curse out the security office for not letting him into the parking lot. Lets just say I've had my share of uneasy interactions. I have owned my fair share of Ford vehicles over the years including an Edge, Taurus, and a Fusion. In my current state with the Focus, I have no trust in the reliability of the vehicle, and my factory warranty is about to expire. Might be time to look elsewhere for a reliable vehicle/dealership.

Ok first off Ive got a bad tpm sensor was in and adjusted once still never worked now i was told be 2 weeks to get new clutch, they didnt offer anything no loaner no nothing. I called 10/5 was told that the part would be in Fri 10/7 per tracking? today is 10-13 still not a dam word from them and when i did call and complain they said we been busy with the opening and such so made me even feel worse that they dropped the ball on a normal customer.... Im not sure what has happened but I lost all faith in them....and ford over this clutch issue!

I had a great experience today purchasing a used Ford SUV from Eau Claire Ford. The sales consultant (Mr. Taylor Peterson) was friendly, enthusiastic and he handled all of my questions expertly. Really, the whole sales staff was professional and courteous; they made the entire transaction pleasant. I got exactly the vehicle I needed and it was right in my price zone. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a stress free auto buying experience.

I went to go look at a vehicle with 200000 miles on it. It was listed at $3800 which is way to much for any vehicle with that many miles. I took it on the test drive and the sales rep was amazing. I look it over and see some spots of rust that were painted and little things but I wasn t expecting it to be perfect. I go inside to negotiate the price but wasn t confronted by the person I have been talking with the whole time of the test drive and looking at the vehicle. I was now talking to another person who was certain his vehicle was well worth the money. He said the vehicle was valued at $4200 on carfax and told me their vehicles are priced as low as they can and that he has turned down a customer that offered $100 less than list price. I left and put the vin into carfax and it valued at $3660 in good condition and it was not in good condition cosmetically. KBB valued it at $2234-$4156 in good condition also. I m just warning people to make sure you know what you are buying and don t just believe what someone at a dealership tells you, do your research.

Hate it when they say it was going to take 1 1/2 hours and I sat there for another hour besides. And didn't even try to clean the greasy finger prints off my airbag cover. They are never very nice to me.

Drove my f150 up hoping they could help!!
All I can say is..
It was the BEST experience I have EVER had getting an oil change. The Ford team took great care of my truck and myself while I waited. VERY Clean atmosphere. GREAT coffee/soda machine in waiting area. Strong WiFi signal to catch up on emails/stuff.
Well done guys.
Great to see amazing customer service and kindness is still a priority for local businesses!! See you again in 5k miles!!

Went with my parents to buy a new Lincoln. They acknowledged there was a scratch that was on the suv and they would fill it in when we brought it back for the lifetime warranty. Needless to say they brought it in (was told that this warranty stuff was going to take about a half a day) so they got a loner and was going to come back up the next day to get it. They were called 2 hours later and was told it was ready. This process should have taken somewhere between 4-8 hours, no one can give the same answer to how long it takes to apply the stuff. They stated that it took less time because it was a new car, never mind you can only get this lifetime warranty when you buy a new car from them, so this shouldn t have been an issue. They did not fix the mirror right and we have been trying to get them to make it right. Seems like they don t want to do things correctly and will do what they can to save a buck. Not too pleased with the customer service and how they have been treating my parents with all this going on.

We have always been very impressed with Eau Claire Ford. We have bought 3 vehicles here now, gotten all our service on our Taurus here. The Staff Is GREAT. John Vang is wonderful sales consultant. He was great in helping us purchase our new F150. They just need better chairs. Even tho all the wooden chairs look awesome, they aren't too comfortable when you need to sit there to sign papers. Overall, it's always been a wonderful experience at EC Ford Lincoln And QuickLane in the past 6 years of doing business with. Will definitely come back, again and again! They work hard at getting you through the process of buying a car/truck.

Do NOT bring your car here. Came in to check for a possible leak, told me I needed a seal replacement, wanted to charge $350. Too much, so I go to a trustworthy auto shop. Guess what. NOTHING WAS WRONG IN THE FIRST PLACE. Totally took advantage of the little knowledge that I have about cars and tried to get money out of me. Very disappointed and insulted. Never will I come back and I suggest others do the same. All they care about is money. GOODBYE.

Needed an oil change on a leased car (from another dealer) and everything was wonderfully friendly and the process smooth from scheduling until finish. The waiting room was well equipped - even with TV. Being that I usually hate any kind of car service experience - I left this one uplifted.

I needed emergency electrical diagnosis on my F250. Mr. Duffenbach returned my call of June 5th, gave me appt for June 7. Repaired truck with new alternator. I was in/out in less than 3 hours. Able to keep my Thursday schedule. My hat's off to Duffy and whomever the mechanic was. God Bless. GREAT SERVICE! I was really in a bind, but Duffy came through for me and EC Ford! THANK YOU!! i'D GIVE 10 STARS, BUT THERE WERE ONLY A CHOICE OF 5!

I brought my car in for the Works package. This team works fast and efficient. They showed me my cabin filter, it was never checked at all the other places I've been to for the last seven years. I couldn't believe how bad it was, they took care of my filter and had me done in under 30 minutes. I know where I am going from now on, by the way I'll gladly drive from Minnesota for this top notch service.

Horrible customer service! My Mom recently purchased a car from there. The radio needed a password. We sat for 4+ hours waiting for it to be reprogrammed, to find out that they had not a clue what they were doing. We had to seek them out for answers. Three weeks later she is still waiting for her radio or a replacement radio. Its terrible customer service when they keep jacking you around. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
