Excellent service. Technicians do a thorough job and and good work. They have the best oil/rotation package for the price. Advisers explain any issues they find and tell you the recommendations but don't try to upsell you. I recommend this service for everyone!

Got my oil changed at Eau Claire Ford a week ago. They told me I had a bad oil leak and needed a new timing cover gasket that would run me upwards of $1400. Since I hadn't noticed a leak of any kind I got a second opinion at Northtown in Menomonie. They put some die in my engine oil and a week later they told me they see no leaks of any kind and everything seems fine. Eau Claire Ford also neglected to remind me that my Certified Pre-owned vehicle is covered under a 7 year power train warranty and that the repair, if needed, would be covered. Instead they told me I could open a credit line with them if I couldn't come up with the cash, and that this repair needed to happen immediately.

So this is my warning to anyone who sees this. Stay away from Eau Claire Ford!

I have always had excellent customer service from this place. I bought a used vehicle for my daughter when she was 16 and the vehicle is getting her back and forth safely from st cloud where she is now a senior in college. She came back home this past weekend and we brought her vehicle into the quicklane and the technicians were fast. We went to look at vehicles while it was getting worked on and before we even left the lot on a test drive, they called us to let us know it was done and we could pick it up whenever we were done. Thanks guys!

I'm never going back to this place! I've brought my car a bunch of times for oil changes and they've always been good but recently I took my car in and they told me that my transmission was shot and I should trade in my car. They explained that the issue wasn't under warranty even though what they printed for me clearly said it was. I took my car to 2 other places and they both agreed that it was a warranty issue. EC ford just wanted me to trade in my car and buy a new one. They even had a salesperson come up to me as I was talking to the maintenance guy about my transmission issue.

I am impressed with the overall service I received at Eau Claire Ford. After visiting four dealerships with poor customer service, Taylor greeted us with a heartfelt, sincere welcome. We felt an immediate connection with Taylor and we knew that we would purchase our vehicle from Ford. Taylor has great expertise about vehicles and he was able to guide us into the vehicle that met our needs. I would recommend my friends and family to buy their vehicle from Eau Claire Ford and ask for Taylor. If there were an award for Best Salesperson, Taylor would get my vote!

I wish I could give a lower score!
Would never buy a car from them again! Salesman was great he tried to aim to please but the manager and even owner are the reason I ll never be back! We bought a car late in the evening wasn t till 8:30pm till we left the store. They had me empty out my vehicle and take the new one. It was not clean to start with we found a chew can cigarette ash s stains in the center council inside and outside needed a lot of TLC. I was not thrilled with this as anywhere else I have bought a car they always detail before handing over keys. They promised I could come back in two days to get it detailed. The very next morning the vehicle started showing multiple issues that were not stated in the their amazing 60 point inspection that all the salesman raved about. When we brought it in to be detailed we took salesman aside and explained our concerns he said he would talk with the manager to see what we could do. The detail they did on our SUV took 30 MINUTES! Well when we got it back I could see why they just vacuumed it and took it through the car wash! Still cigarette ash marks in the center council and bird droppings that the car wash couldn t get off!When manger came over we explained our concerns about the vehicle and how the detail we were promised was no more that what I could have done myself. He proceeds to undermine everything we said as if was our fault and we were just a bother to him when we indeed checked these things before buying. We did not start a scene we just politely asked if they could check records and see what they can do. He the proceeds to tell us he will only help us if we pay for them to do more inspections (which they should have had done before we purchase this not so cheap vehicle). When we asked to speak to somebody higher then him we were told if we kept up with this we will no longer be allowed on the property. Again we never once made a scene just wanting them to help make things right. I then called and left a message with the owner and it has been a week and has yet to call back. Even if they have the perfect vehicle I m looking for I will never purchase again!

My parents and I traded in my first car for an Escape with Mark Grill last weekend. I was very nervous and rather emotional as this was a big step for me. Mark came to help us right away.He treated us like people rather than as a potential sale, which immediately helped me feel at ease. He was honest with us, interested in getting to know us, and was patient (even when I lost my key underneath my driver's seat). The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. They work very well together as a team. I got an excellent trade in price for my car, and they were more than willing to work with us until we found a deal that we all felt comfortable with. When I left the dealership I felt that I had found the car that was meant for me and I love showing it off ;-) I would recommend Mark and Eau Claire Ford to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and quality service. Benjamin and his team made my truck buying experience very easy. They gave a fair price on my F150 trade and were priced competitively on the new F150. His communication was top notch. I picked up the truck on trip from Milwaukee to Minneapolis and they had me in & out within 30 minutes. I ll certainly be visiting again when it s time to trade this one in.

I bought a brand new Ford Fiesta two years ago. It was riddled with problems and in the two years that I have driven it, I have been to the Eau Claire Ford to get it serviced at least 4 times, including getting a new clutch twice. I understand that is out of the service department's control, but I feel like I never get the full story from the service representatives and often I have to call to check up on the car, before they will call me. I have dealt with 3 different people and I don't think any of them truly care about me the customer. When I call to schedule an appointment, I have been told to call back later because only the person that called me can set up the appointment. The whole process has been very frustrating. I understand that problems with the car is out of their hands, but I would have appreciated a bit more customer service when dealing with these issues. I will not be buying another Ford vehicle.

Robert my sales rep. was great, He was a great asset in getting some warranty paint repairs done even loaning His own car to me to run some errands that day because no loner vehicles were available. However, it took three attempts to repair the paint and other managers gave me the impression they didn't believe further attempts were necessary after the 1st one because the remaing paint flaws were so small, the reason for only 3 stars. I purchased our 2019 Escape April, 27th and it took until May 28th to have the paint issues solved to my satisfaction. Even with the problems I had I would buy from them again.

Don't expect an oil change to be anything quick, especially if there is someone ahead of you. I appreciate the thoroughness of their service, but at least 1-2 hours for an oil change. I have even scheduled appointments and you are added to the list when you arrive.

We went to Eau Claire Ford to look at possible cars to buy after work. John Vang was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car we were looking for; then he suggested we try the Ford C-Max. After the first mile I was in love and knew it was the car for me. John found the perfect car for me, he is very intuitive, informative and helpful. Everyone was helpful and ended up staying late but we left Eau Claire Ford with the perfect car for us. My Husband and I were both very impressed by the customer service and helpfulness of John Vang and all the staff at Eau Claire Ford.

Just a terrible experience here. Started out great. Found me exactly the truck I wanted. Bought the new truck, but came from the factory with body damage. After driving it for a while while they ordered parts, it took them FOUR weeks to make the repair. Then I had to send it back twice more for several days each to repair their handy work. Also had it in twice for faulty window controls, first time they fed me a little bull and said it was fixed, second time they actually found the problem, but it takes a third time to have parts available. After Several Hundred Miles and days of my life wasted they have made zero attempt to appease me. Would not recommend. Will not return.

I found my new car purchase to be very pleasurable at Eau Claire Ford. The staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. You can tell that they enjoy working for Eau Claire Ford. The atmosphere was very relaxed. I never felt like I was being pressured into a purchase. In fact I found it to be the complete opposite. John Vang, the sales associate that helped me with my purchase, only wanted to make sure that I left with the car that I wanted and that I was happy with the purchase.

I was also very surprised with the financing options that Ford provides. I was able to finance the purchase through the dealership at a much lower interest rate and a much higher borrowing amount than was available through my own bank.

I definitely recommend checking out Eau Claire Ford if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.

My fiancee and I bought a 2012 Ford Focus from Bergie and Doug on March 13th, this was our first experience buying a newer vehicle and they helped us out so much and even stayed late to finish up our loan information. Mike, Bergie, and Doug also gave us the price that we saw online a couple days before and honored that price even though the listing on this vehicle had gone up $1,000. Then, on April 26th we totaled our Focus when we hit a deer. We called up Bergie and let him know that we were waiting for our insurance to go through but would be back to buy another vehicle. Bergie was very sympathetic and made sure that we were okay and then over the next few weeks he called to make sure that we were still feeling okay as well as when we'd be in again. On May 13th we went back into Eau Claire Ford and started looking at another vehicle. Bergie again had us test drive the vehicle and we ended up buying a 2012 Ford Fusion. Then, when our loan that we were going to get outside of EC Ford fell through that night they were gracious enough to let us use the car that night and bring back the money the next day. I have never felt so comfortable with someone who is selling me something. Bergie told us straight out that he wasn't making commission on what we were buying and was very straight forward and honest with us. When we want to buy another vehicle (hopefully not soon or due to us totaling another vehicle by a deer) we will DEFINITELY go back to Bergie at Eau Claire Ford!!! Thank you so much for your service and hospitality while buying our vehicles.

They've always treated us well. Like most oil change services it depends on the time of day. If you go early or late or during lunch time it might be busy, but the staff seems to work diligently.

They seem honest and fair. It's our regular place for oil changes and other maintenance.

I recently bought a car from here. It was a used Nissan Suv and the people at ford definitely knew their stuff even though they arent a nissan dealer. They gave me a pretty good offer on my trade in and provided exceptional customer service. The life time power train warranty makes buying from ford even better. No need to worry about something breaking drivng off the lot because most of it will be covered. I definitely will be coming back for all of my check ups and oil changes.

Because most financial service people make me feel like they are not telling me everything I need to know. She went through everything and explained to me in easy terms what i was getting. I also met the sales manager and I think he was a MN Vikings fan which I am also that was a plus. He was also very nice and very funny. Worst dealership I have ever worked with, it started by them telling me it would take about 1.5 hours to get a quote on a vehicle and it ended up taking 5 hours. They also forget to add an extra option I chose onto the loan and said if i wanted it I'd have to pay out of pocket sometime, it's been a month now and the back break pads and rotors are already metal on metal and I've put 2000 miles on it so I called them up and they said that it passed their "safety inspection" so they only replaced the front pads and rotors so now I'm stuck paying for that. I would not suggest doing buisness with this company the owner is only looking for money.

Oh Eau Claire Ford how I've tried to let you be something you are not!!
My issue is not with the sales department but the service/Quicklane department. It all began in 2015 after deciding that my recently purchased Ford Fusion Hybrid should be babied by a dealer service department as I put about 50,000 miles on it per year. I figured I'd get my service done here since it was nearby and oil changes seemed reasonably priced. Then came the need for tires in November 2015. I ordered Goodyear Assurance Tripletred at a cool $1000 mounted, balanced and aligned plus free tire rotations. I felt like I got a great deal and that they'd last for at least a year and a half and I'd get winter tires next year and be able to extend the lives of both by switching each season. Not so. The tires started to cup even though I rotated them every 5,000 with my oil changes. Also, I was told that since they were a directional tire they'd be hard to rotate in a fashion to wear that cupping out. I decided to try and let the rotations work the problem out. June comes and I am told by the service advisor that I need new tires. Less than one year and about 30,000 miles. This is where I am introduced to the service manager Ted who says he will "take care of me" and all I need to do is let them take measurements and start the warranty process. Little did I know Ted wasn't the most communicative person, easiest to get a hold of, or honest. I sat for 2 1/2 hours one Friday afternoon waiting for my tires to be measured. Several weeks went by and I hadn't heard a thing from Ted after calling his extension at EC Ford, cell phone and texting. I decided to stop in and speak with him. He proceeded to tell me his phone was not working properly and never got any of my messages. Again he never reached out to me after my visit and I noticed there was a big tire sale there Buy 2, Get 2 which seemed a better deal than waiting for Ted. I stopped in the day after the sale and asked him to honor that price instead of the warranty (which I could only apply to Goodyear tires) and he did. I opted for Michelin Defender tires. However, it took another 2 months to get the tires in November on my vehicle because of Ted's telephone tag game which I resolved again by going into the dealership. Again, I felt as though the tire deal was good but the way I was dealt with as a loyal customer was unacceptable.

I wish that was the end of my story. Fast forward to August 2017 and the very tires I purchased in November 2016 are now in need of replacement with 37,000 miles and at the 9 month mark. I brought up the past issue and the current issue to the new Quicklane manager Keena. She was eagerly helpful and wanted to help resolve my problem, with me buying another set of tires and them claiming warranty for two of the four tires. It seems that Michelin won't warranty tires that the dealer gave for free in a promo so I'm out that. She suggested I get my shocks and struts evaluated so I promptly made an appointment for the next day. The evaluation came back with no issues and that leaves me now at the point I am at. After two messages left on her voicemail and a call to her cell phone which she gave me the number to, I have had no further communication. I am contemplating contacting the new service manager however, I believe I should just move on. I cannot and will not recommend this dealer's service department for any service. I am in the market for a new truck/SUV and will be taking that business elsewhere as well.

Update....
Within 5 minutes of posting this and posting this on their Facebook page, I received a call from Mike the general manager and he wanted to take care of this as soon as possible. By the following Monday, Keena had gotten Michelin to warranty all four tires and helped me decide on a replacement set of tires. She went above and beyond to remedy the situation. Mike arranged a rental vehicle free of charge and to make sure everything was right with my vehicle, an alignment. I'm happy and my cost is less than $350. They did right by me and hope they continue...

I went in to trade my previous vehicle in for something bigger. Dave Perchinsky was the Sales Consultant to help me out. He was extremely knowledgeable with anything I asked him. He was there to get the car that was right for me. He did beyond my satisfaction. He was very laid back as well and was joy to talk and work with. All the other employees did well also in getting me on the road and making the trade in go smoothly and quickly. Joe, the Business Manager also knows his stuff and he was who I actually purchased my previous vehicle from. It was very nice to work with the same crowd of people, and to create a relationship with them. I highly recommend Eau Claire Ford, top notch and quick service.

Went to Eau Claire Ford for a recall on fuel tank straps. After the recall was done we were given a free inspection on the F150. They found 6 parts that needed to be replaced. I work at a tire and auto shopmyself. So took the truck back to our shop and our mechanics only found that 2 of the 6 parts were bad! Sorry, we will never go back to a place that "pads" the invoices.

If I could give a zero star review I would. Not only did they not solve the problem after bringing my car to the service lanes twice, they also tried to rip me off. They assumed since I was a college kid I wouldn't know that my battery was still under warranty so they attempted to charge me for a new battery. I will never return to this establishment

He explained that he was relatively new and would help us with whatever questions we had, when questions came up that he didnt know the answer to, he was very quick to get us answers from someone else. I left with a car for a very reasonable price that I am confident driving.

Made phone call to inquire about a vehicle found on the internet site. Spoke with "Bergie" and did the preapproval over the phone, which made it easier to process everything once I went and test drove the vehicle. Was going to wait a day to come look at the vehicle I was interested in, but Bergie wasn't going to be in the next day and said it was new to the lot and probably wouldn't last long. It was a very hot day, but my friend drove me to Eau Claire so I could test drive the vehicle. When we arrived, Bergie was outside on the cell phone and we had to wait approximately 10 minutes for him to realize we were there. After test driving the vehicle, I knew it was what I wanted, so I met with Kandi and filled out the paperwork. With preapproval, it was so easy to finish the sale. There were no floor mats in the vehicle, and the "head honcho" was very kind and had Bergie put in brand new ones that matched the vehicle perfectly. I came back and picked up the vehicle a different day, but, again, people were somewhat friendly. Bergie put my plates on the car for me and also reprogrammed the keyless entry for me. All in all, a very simple buying experience.

I purchased a vehicle here about 3 months ago. Within 3 days I had it back in to have it serviced, they said that they took care of the problem but before I even got back home it was making the same noise again!!!! I continued to have new problems with it so I called about 2 weeks later and told them about my problems and they told me to bring it back and they would help get me into something that I liked better... sounds good, right??? WRONG!!!!! My husband and I came in and test drove a few other cars. We picked one out and were ready to fill out paperwork when they told me that they would give us $4000 LESS for trade-in than what we paid for the vehicle less than 4 weeks earlier!!!! So much for the 3/7/30 guarantee!!!! I am completely dissatisfied with their service after the sale! I am having my vehicle serviced again (elsewhere) for the initial problem noise and surprise surprise, it's NOT covered by the crappy extended warranty they sold us. No reason they didn't want to fix it!!!! WORST car buying experience EVER!!!!!

If I would have known now how I would have been treated I would have never bought my vehicle from this dealership. I was told when I bought my vehicle how I was suppose to rate the salesman, I did not rate salesman poorly but apparently said salesman was upset with me. So when I had a recall I called the salesperson because I was concerned about getting the recalled fixed, at that time I was told that because I did not give an excellent review of the salesperson I would be put on a bottom of a list for service. I called the manager and was told there was no such list. I beg to differ told the manger he needed to talk to the sales person. I would not recommend purchasing anything from from Eau Claire ford due to my experience there.

Alec and all the staff at EC Ford were awesome to work with. No pressure, no stress car buying experience. We have never bought a vehicle without oodles of stress. What a great change. The service department is great, too. We recommend EC Ford to everyone, and will look there when the time comes to replace our other vehicle.

The used vehicles stated what needed work on them and were accurate. I've had my ford so far for 2 days and love it. My sales consultant Dawn got me into the vehicle i wanted and answered all questions, she even went the distance to find out prices on parts needed for stated worn joints on the purchase. Highly recommended place for buying vehicles. Eau Claire Ford Lincoln will see me again when i want to upgrade someday.

Bought a used vehicle. They said they would fix a broken heater. They lied Took vehicle to my mechanic and he found numerous things wrong with it. Contacted dealer and was told they wouldn t stand behind it. DONT BUY FROM THIS DEALER

Whenever Brian was busy with other guests Rob and Josh gladly helped setup test drives and answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend Eau Claire Ford Lincoln.

I bought a 2004 F150 from Eau Claire Ford just over a month ago, and I have recently had an issue, where the truck didn't want to stay running. I got it going, but the service engine soon light was on. I called Eau Claire Ford, and they got me in as soon as they could. Even though I hadn't bought any extra coverage and the repairs wouldn't normally be covered by the 3 month/3,000 mile warranty given, John Vang (my salesman) and the service consultant Mike Koehler, fought to have it paid for since I had recently purchased the truck. I greatly appreciate it and think its outstanding how they stand up for the customers! Its just adds another great expeirence to the list I already have regarding my expeirence with Eau Claire Ford. Thank you for the wonderful business!! I will definitally recommend Eau Claire Ford to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle.

BEWARE and I highly encourage you to call around and look elsewhere for service before you go here. Yes it is a dealership so you likely will pay more, but I am rating on their customer service and the fact that there are other service centers that I have worked with that do a much better job.
At Ford, they charge you $99 for a diagnostic of your problem, however in my case they did not find anything to provide me with a diagnostic, therefore NO ANSWERS and I am out $99. They never mentioned that there could be a chance they don't find anything. If they are diagnosing two systems, they do offer a discount for the second item, however you are charged PER problem. I do understand they have time invested into searching out the problem and that is fair. I learned the hard way and should have called around first. I called around later and found 2 out of 2 places I called that charge LESS then Ford and were much more willing to help and much more empathetic. FORD also does not have good customer service. I was told they'd contact me in 2 hours but they did not call me with any updates until I called them 3 hours after they said they'd have an answer. To top it off, the intermittent problem they were diagnosing for me, now is a permanent problem after they worked on it and did the diagnostics.

Stay away!! Sold my son a vehicle with a wiring issue. But is willing to give us the bill for fixing it. The mechanics don't know what they are doing there. These people are a joke, I would never buy anything from them!
