Always friendly and prompt. Buy your tires there and get free rotation. I bought an oil change package that save me a lot of money. I hope they offer me another oil change package. Well worth the savings.
I use Ashland Ford as a parts dealership for my place if work. I am in charge of ordering supplies for my job. Either I or the mechanic employed at KV Tech Construction contact Ashland Ford for the parts we need for our dump trucks, and regular work trucks. Their service is very good, and the people in parts know their stuff. We mostly deal with Greg, and dealt with Mike when he was there. Great guys who know their parts and products. I highly recommend using Ashland Ford for all your automotive supply needs.
I recently purchased my 7th vehicle in 15 years from this dealership. I keep coming back for their outstanding service, product knowledge (I'm a dedicated Ford believer), very competitive pricing (I'm consistently impressed by their very fair trade appraisals) and just genuinely friendly sales staff. I dealt with one other Ford dealer in another state 6 years ago when buying a car for my wife. It wasn't even close to Ashland Ford Chrysler in terms of any of the factors mentioned above. I heartily recommend Ashland Ford Chrysler. I'm starting to think about a new F-150 in the Spring of 2021 and I guarantee you I'll buy it from these guys. Terrific dealership.

Just picked up a beautiful 2017 jeep. I have no complaints about them. They worked with my indecisiveness tons of questions without complaining. I test drove a ton of cars and Everything went smoothly.

Bought a 2013 Ram truck 3 years ago with 28000 miles. 3 years later, vehicle has 50000 miles and 2 months after the warranty expired, the vehicle had a huge amount of rust on the rocker panel, cost was $9000 to replace and repair. We were told that it rusted from the inside out, even though it's sealed panels and it was our fault that rocks got inside even though we never drove on gravel roads. Never again will I deal with such a shady company as Dodge, Ram and this sad dealership! If you would like to have this kind of financial burden, be my guest but you have been warned!

We lost a windshield wiper on a dark rainy morning when driving near this dealership. Because we were across the road, we took our Mazda to them in the hope of getting a replacement blade. They had it. What was more notable was their generosity. They invited us drive into the service area, and their tech helped install the blade. No charge for the installation. They talked me into buying a warranty for $2,000 on a truck that I bought from them. 2011 Dodge Ram. Took my truck to them when I was having engine issues. The warranty covered nothing. They had no explanation why nothing was covered. They are still selling these worthless warranties.

Everyone we wound up dealing with at Ashland Ford Chyrsler were just great. It was very laid back dealing with these people - no pressure, no stress. Highly recommend this place.
Poor service. Took my 2017 ram 2500 with 22k miles in for a squealing noise and said it was coming from the engine bay. They couldn't hear the noise. I took 3 different people for a ride. They never took the serpentine belt off to inspect it or check the pulleys. They said it was the "typical" dodge engine noise. Mind you this was still completely under warranty, so this was warranty work. The service writer said if I wanted them to look at it further I would have to pay for the work.......why? There is something clearly wrong and your techs cant find it? They haven't checked everything. Not my problem. One of those 3 people I took for a drive was the manager who was a nice guy and heard the noise, but still all they did was lift the truck up and listen. Long story short I ended up taking my truck to EAGLE RIVER DODGE AND CHRYSLER. They listened to me and took the belt off and guess what...........? They found that an idler pulley had excessive play and the fan clutch also had play in it.....they ordered up the new parts and had me on my way! NEVER GOING TO ASHLAND DODGE AGAIN! THEIR SERVICE TECHS ARE TERRIBLE TECHS. So makes you wonder if their full service checks on multiple point inspections are even hands on. Prolly just look at it and say, " looks good to me".

Disclaimer I work here as a salesman. I didn't know much about car dealerships or cars for that matter before I started working here, but I've gained so much insight working here. I've seen first hand how my managers treat our customers and I can say with confidence that they try to do right by people, car sales people get a bad reputation because there are some very shady characters in the auto industry, but Ashland Ford Chrysler is open about our policies we don't try to hide things from the customers. It is a great place to work and I would buy a car here myself.

Traveling to Michigan I realized that the heater in my car wasn't working. I thought perhaps my coolant was low. Luckily, I came up on the Ford Dealership just west of Ashland WI. They checked my coolant and a few other things and made me feel better about my ability to get home again...albeit without heat. Staff was kind and assuring. The premises we're clean and bright. If I lived in Ashland, I'd likely be doing business with them on a regular basis. Thank you so much for easing this old lady's mind.

My husband did all of the shopping for this purchase and he said he was happy with all aspects of his experience, and would shop with them again. The salesman, Jonathan Soderman even delivered the back floor mats to our home the day after we picked up the new truck because they were not in stock. Jonathan even called us to check if we had any further questions a few days after the purchase, to make sure we were satisfied. The entire team was very accommodating to our schedule and we are happy to have purchased from them.
I tried to set up warranty repairs and, while the service tech was very nice, it was beyond him to figure out how to provide a loaner vehicle, even after I informed him that FCA (Fiat-Chrysler of America) would reimburse them a rental fee. Generally loaners are brief customer conveniences, but I would need one for an extended period of time as the work would be significant. I was working with Escallated Customer Care with FCA and everything was covered. Still, the service tech wouldn't allow a precious loaner to be out for an extended period of time. I suggested they pull a used vehicle since their reimbursement would be significant. The tech responded, "that's sales." People who can't solve problems make me nuts. Of course, I guess I dodged a bullet. If they couldn't figure out how to accept a profit on a loaner, they probably couldn't have fixed the complicated problem with my truck. I took my vehicle to Don Johnson Motors in Cumberland. They had my truck for a couple weeks and handled everything perfectly.
It is very rare to find a dealership that works so hard to help out a customer. I was impressed with Mike and Corey on how they didn't pressure us, or steer us on buying something they wanted us to buy. I was also happy on what they gave us in our trade in value. All in all, I would say we had a great experience and will continue to do business with Ashland Ford Chrysler.

Last Friday I hit a deer on the way to work. I had the vehicle towed the Ashland Ford early in the morning. The staff was very helpful and pleasant to be around. I needed a replacement vehicle. I returned in the afternoon to buy a vehicle, the sales staff was great. Not pushy and showed me only what I was interested in. I left that afternoon with a vehicle that was what I wanted and at a price that was what I was willing to pay. Very nice buying experience especially under the circumstances.
