AMAZING!! I ve never had anyone be as outgoing and helpful while I was looking around for a car!! All the staff had a helpful friendly smile and a welcoming vibe! even told me about the detailing they do there, showed me before and afters amazing!!! 10/10 I would recommend this dealership to anyone I run into! Never buying from anyone else. (:

Tom Lang helped my wife and I purchase our first car together. For us, buying a car is a big investment, we take very seriously. He was very thorough and knowledgable on the car's facts, and it's value. We couldn't be happier to have Tom Lang as our Car Dealer. I highly recommend him if you want the most honest experience buying a car. We look forward to coming back to Eau Claire Ford to see Tom Lang for our second car!

I purchased my ford focus a bout a year ago. I have received contact from Brian Barker on how I liked my car and if I had any question. I love my car I am so glad he informed me of all the qualities of the Focus and how it maybe the car that would suit my needs. He is very professional and works with you. He will always give you a direct answer and is never pushy. I have bought a lot of new cars and this is the first time a dealership salesman ever called to see how we liked a car once we left the dealership. Brian is a caring person and always wants to get you a vehicle that you will be happy with. Brian will always make it go smoothly for you. He is an great asset to the Eau Claire dealership. Brian Barker puts his all into the job he is to do.

We drove from a few hours away to purchase this car as we had been searching for one for months. When we test drove, we noticed a lot of road noise. When we returned to purchase the noise was still there, as we were leaving for a vacation the next day, they offered to put two new tires on when we got back. After those two tires and still road noise, Alec our sales person came and picked our car up, left us a loaner, and two more tires were put on the vehicle. He then returned the car the next day. They promised to get rid of the noise and they did! Friendly service, no pressure sales...and I love my new(ish) car!

Bought a 2016 Mustang from a different dealer went...

Bought a 2016 Mustang from a different dealer went to said dealer 3 different times with a transmission noise under warranty which they could never fix. I got sick of driving an HR and half so contacted Eau Claire Ford to see if they wanted to take a look at it and they were happy to. They first rebuilt the transmission and still had problems so they took upon themselves to contact Ford and got a new transmission ok'd under warranty. They then had me bring it back just to make sure all was still good after I put a couple hundred miles on it. I had also brought up a noise in the front end to the purchasing dealer which I was told it was just typical road noise. I knew better, however drove it most of the summer that way. I once again contacted Eau Claire Ford to see if they wanted to take a look at and again they were more than happy to. Low and behold it needed a wheel bearing and once again they took care of it in a timely professional manner. I have nothing but positive things to say for the people at EC Ford. Also Corey who was my service writer through all of it was nothing but amazing to work with. Again this all for a vehicle not even purchased from them.

After a previous incident that reached the GM, Mike (who handled that issue very well) I decided to go in recently and try getting in a new vehicle so I can get a plow. Unfortunately, I was treated very poorly. I called in December 26th and made an appointment with Mike Wiseman (who was extremely helpful, at the time) for the 28th at 9am. When I got there, however, he mentioned that another customer would be dropping off a vehicle and I said I was OK with that and walked around with my daughter. What I thought would be a quick and simple dropoff turned into that other customer sitting with Mike for a good 30+ minutes. In my opinion, this was a blatant slap in my face, as he could have passed me or the other customer to another sales rep or, at the very least, let the other person know he already had a scheduled appointment. I went along with it because of the previous incident, and I wanted to show Benjamin and Matt that I am, in fact, an understanding individual - which I think I handled myself well in this case.

I decided to take a week and do a thought audit before making this post. Unfortunately, I believe EC Ford has earned this review, and I truly hope they reassess this type of business conduct.

Absolutely the worst customer service EVER. I've been taking my vehicle to Eau Claire Ford quick lane for oil changes since I bought it. 1.) Because I appreciated the fact that they "were" giving a complimentary vacuum with oil changes. But over the last few oil changes, no vacuuming. 2.) Because it's a dealership and not some joe blow's oil change shop, I expected to be treated fairly and with respect. So on my last oil change they told me I needed a new drain plug, because it had been overtightened. Well they did the previous oil change so they were the ones who overtightened it. But, I kept my mouth shut and paid the 15.00 and replaced the drain plug they overtightened, AND my floor mats were full of sand. I just got done with an oil change there again 30 minutes ago. Guess what, no complimentary vacuum, again. So I called and talked to "Keena" the quick lane manager. And tried explaining to her that the level of service I was used to getting wasn't up to par the last couple oil changes and told her about the drain plug issue from last time. all I was trying to do was bring it to her attention that my vehicle wasn't getting the normal complimentary vacuum. I didn't expect anything except to bring it to her attention. I then said, I come to you guys because of the extras you get with an oil change, not because I like spending 41.29 for an oil change. If I wanted a $20 oil change I would bring my vehicle to Woodman's. I was met with absolute rudenesss, snottiness and speaking over me and lied straight to me and said she watched them vacuum my floor mats and told me if I didn't see value in their $41.29 oil changes that she doesn't want me to come back. Now wouldn't you think that she would just respond by saying I'll look into it and next time I'll make sure you get the complimentary vacuum or if you'd like to swing back through, we can hit your floor mats for you quick. NOPE! What an inconsiderate spoiled brat. I guess when you're the owners daughter you can get away with treating repeat, loyal customers like trash. Never again!

My husband and I worked with Mark whose family is from Sicily. He was fantastic! Not only was he very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his job, he also engaged us in great conversation and made us laugh all while making our overall experience smooth and easy. We were able to trade in our old family vehicle for the trade in price we were hoping for and got a 3 month 3,000 mile warranty on the great little used mini van we ended up happily driving away in. Again and again I will recommend Eau Claire Ford to anyone whose looking for a wonderful vehicle buying experience :)

Jack "Bergie" Bergeman was amazing. My mother had traded in her Mozda 6 with him, for a 99 Lincoln and loves her new vehicle. I went to him after she told me I should trust his instincts and advise. I had a 98 Ford Contour that I got traded in for 1000$ and Bergie put me in an amazing 06 Saturn Ion. I didnt want a saturn because alot of my friends told me they were bad in accidents. So i was iffy at first, but i took it for a 5 minute test drive, and fell in love with it. I would recommend Bergie to anyone. I am even going in with my friend saturday so she can get a new car too! He is that great. And everyone there was really excited for me to get a new car, I was recieving "congradulations" every time i turned around. All in all, great experience, and now i have a reliable, beautiful vehicle all thanks to Bergie!
