I wanted a used kia Sorento and loved the one on their lot. I have bad credit due to bankruptcy in past. They took one look at my credit and went crickets. I filled out the app and did all the stuff asked. I went over to prestige kia. 3 hours later I had a car and not terrible interest rate. This is my 2nd bad buying experience here.

I had an overall excellent experience at Eau Claire Ford. Matt in Sales and Josh the manager, were extremely helpful and patient while I made a decision on my truck purchase. The experience went so well that my wife and I both decided to buy vehicles on the same day! We could not be happier with our vehicles, with how everyone treated us, and the entire process!

I highly recommend for anyone that wants a hassle free purchase at an excellent price.

Snapped the studs off my right front wheel on my 4...

Snapped the studs off my right front wheel on my 450,000 mile 2007 Explorer Sport Trac. Called their service dept. They gave me the # of their trusted towing company. Tow arrived quickly and arrived at dealer at 4:40PM. The crew surveyed the issue and aquired the replacement studs and worked overtime to get me back on the road at 7PM. I was able to get my remaining cows bred for the day and parked my truck back in my driveway at 10:30PM. The tow and the work performed were reasonably priced > I was happy > my customers were happy. Thank you Ford of Eau Claire

I just leased a new edge from Brian Barker and he found a vehicle for me that was a great deal and more than what I was looking for. Brian is excellent at listening and finding the right vehicle for me. I would highly recommend Brian for all your car buying needs. On a side note I know his wife also who is just as awesome as Brian is.

A year and a half ago, I bought a used car here fo...

A year and a half ago, I bought a used car here for 10 grand .I figured buying from the dealership, I wouldn't have any problems .I was assured that the car was in great shape .I asked to take it to another mechanic but they said it wasn't necessary as the car was in excellent condition .Well, I recently had engine problems .I took the car in to get serviced and it was $3200.00 to fix it. Note that I work a half mile away from where I live .I doubt I put on 3k miles since I've owned it. When I took it in, they kept going over the stuff that needs to be changed aftef 120,000 miles. Shouldn't they have done that before I bought it? It comes down to me paying almost a third of the price that I bought the car for within 1.5 years of purchase with hardly any miles put on it .I feel like this was a scam and do not plan on going back when I buy a new vehicle this fall. Not sure how they treat people who purchase new cars here, but I would never recommend buying a used car here.

Horrible customer service.... I have been here several times for oil changes. As a Lincoln owner I'm supposed to get a free wash but each time I ask for it they tell me it will take an additional two hours because it has to be scheduled with a separate department. Beyond that, they've tried to upsell me each time with something stupid and unnecessary. The last straw was when they told me that my air filter had been chewed by a mouse which was clearly not the case. It was ripped cleanly in half (assumably by them) before they came out to tell me that I needed to buy a new one. When I asked about it later another employee told me it had gotten too hot and melted. The visit before they told me I had a cracked lug nut. Even if it was cracked it would've posed no risk whatsoever. When I complained they did nothing to address my concerns. Steer clear of this dealership. I will drive anywhere else to buy my next Lincoln.

I brought in my vehicle for a diagnosis because my driver's window was not working correctly as it should have been. The staff at Ford Lincoln Quick Lane was extremely friendly and accommodating. I am a college student so they offered to drive me to class when I dropped my vehicle off and pick me up again after my vehicle was finished. The customer service truly went above and beyond all expectations. After the diagnosis, they called me promptly and told me what was wrong and that it would cost about $630 to fix the problem. I couldn't afford to fix it immediately (being a poor college student), so I picked up my car and drove it home because I figured I wouldn't use the window much during the winter anyways. When I was driving back, the window began to roll down on its own accord, so I drove it back to Ford. They gave me the most sincere apology and had their head technician take a look at it immediately. Apparently when they were putting the door panel back on, one of the cables in the window regulator had snapped and became completely unattached, causing the window to roll up or down freely. What happened next caught me completely off-guard. Joe from the service department came over and offered me a very sincere apology for what had happened. He then offered to do the complete job, and replace the broken part free of charge! Keep in mind, the quoted price of this job and the part was over $630! He told me that the part would be overnighted and that my car would be done the next day. I was completely floored, and didn't know what to say except for thank you. The service department offered me their most sincere apologies and thanked me tremendously for letting them fix my problem. In my opinion, Ford Lincoln Quick Lane went above and beyond and truly surpassed all of my expectations. I have to mention how well I was treated by all of the staff there. Joe from service is a stellar employee who puts customer service before anything else. This was my first experience dealing with Ford Lincoln Quick Lane, and based off of it, I will never take my vehicle to be serviced anywhere else. They truly care about their customers, and I was extremely pleased with every aspect of dealing with their business. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you again, and I will see you next time my car breaks down.

Simply intended on drive-by window shopping today, but were approached by a salesman. He was incredibly friendly, so much so that I got out and walked the lot with him. He explained the companies no bargain/no commission approach. He listened to what we were looking for, and was very open about their inability to meet our very particular needs. We didn't buy anything, but this is the 2nd dealership I've felt the need to commend without buying from because they seem to go about things the right way. Very well may have bought today if they had what we needed, but didn't feel pressured or "shamed" for leaving.

When I walked into this dealership there was someone there right away to see if there was something they could help me with! I asked to take a test drive of the 2013 Mustang and they were more than happy to let me. When riding in the car the salesmen (Bergie) was excellent at answering all my questions. If he didn't know the answer he told me when we got back and was honest about not knowing exactly, a keen qaulity in a salesmen in my opinion. I came back the following Monday because I fell in love with the car. Bergie was right there to assist me. He went over everything before we got started and was excellent to work with. He made me feel like a kid in a candy store! Everything he did made the process as easy as possible and was even polite enough to offer me lunch! The business manager was also very polite and offered me something to drink. I can't say how happy these individuals have made me and with the smiles on their faces I knew they enjoyed what they were doing! I will recommend the Eau Claire Ford Lincoln to anyone and everyone! Thanks for the awesome experience of buying a brand new car. I can't get this smile off my face! I'll be back with my servies for oil changes and all my other needs! Thanks Bergie!

When I went to Eau Claire Ford I had a pretty good idea as to what I wanted. I had done a lot of research online and had my search narrowed down to a new F-150 with the ecoboost motor. I was greeted at the door by my sales person, Joe Henchel. I thought I knew a lot about these trucks but he really knew these trucks inside and out. He helped me choose an axle ratio that would help get me better fuel mileage but still allow me to tow what I need to pull.

I couldn't be any happier with my new truck and I would strongly recommend seeing Joe if you are looking for a new vehicle!

Benjamin in sales is so professional and makes sure every detail is taken care of and every question I have gets answered. Their service team goes above and beyond to take care of my vehicle. I would never take my car to anyone but the dealer for many reasons, but it is truly a wonderful experience at Eau Claire, and the newly renovated facility only adds to it!!

I purchased a truck here a few years back had good experiences. Came in for an oil change and whole different story! no prices listed to any services offered, took close to two hours as they over booked. The tire rotation took nearly half hour by Itself. They do have friendly staff as they were very apologetic to over booking. Hopefully the next time will be better. Always have to give second chance.

I don t normally write reviews but I couldn t pass this one up. I have to say I would definitely return to Eau Claire Ford for my future purchase because of the pleasant experience I had. The customer service was awesome. As soon as I got there, John Vang greeted me and helped me right away. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. It was just great working with someone who cared about what I want and took the time for me. I would highly recommend John Vang at this dealership.

I came in with no expectations when it came to actually getting a new car, but Brian Barker and the team at Eau Claire Ford Lincoln and Quick Lane worked their magic and got me into a new Ford Fiesta at the same payment I was making on my 10 year old used car from a competing dealership. I will forever trust my future business to them.

I cannot recommend their service. Its slow, its poor results and has a strong lack of communication. I have had three appointments in the last three months and continued to give EC Ford an opportunity to get it right, I even purchased products from them simply to see if they could provide the right services. My wife and I have had it...its just so bad. We both have New Ford vehicles and need a good Ford dealership to service our vehicles.

1. They communicate the service will be done in whatever length of time...Its not! Prepare yourself for a 45 minute to an hour wait! You WILL wait.

2. They broke a part on my vehicle, I said its ok, it still works its fine...just dont take it off anymore. They did not follow directions...I PERSONALLY had to reinstall it AGAIN! Strike 2

3. Replaced normal wear and tear parts...was specially given the instruction...car needs to be done by 3 p.m. "No problem!" Not even close...4:30...still waiting! - Strike 3

4. Wife goes in and gets an oil change...car supposed to be done by noon...wife...calls me...ticked off...she's still there at 2:00 - Unnaceptable

5. My car goes in for a checkup.."I will call you at noon at the latest" NOPE! 1:30...still waiting!! Call the dealership...cant seem to get a hold of anyone in the service department...no one calls back for another 45 minutes...

Thats it...I've had it

Final Strike...I am driving to Bloomer, Barron or the friggin cities to get a car serviced by someone who know their stuff.

Now...the good news...the people are friendly...they just seem to either be too strapped to provide timely service or need to add staff to improve their wait times!

Took my truck in to be diagnosed for what turned out to be a faulty alternator, which I told them I would fix myself since it was brand new and under warranty. I was only charged a battery checking fee instead of a full diagnostic fee, which was appreciated. The problem had gotten so bad though that I couldn't even make it much out of the parking lot, so I turned around and asked what could be done. The shop was backed up, but service tech Ryan took the liberty of using his own time to remove the alternator in the parking lot, take me to the parts store in his own vehicle, and put it back in-- all without even wanting to be paid for his time! This saved me a ton of time and money, and I can't thank him enough. Management-- make sure Ryan knows he is appreciated!!! Thank you!!!

Went into eau Claire ford looking for a fuel efficient vehicle. My long time good friend Taylor Peterson now a Sales man got me hooked up with a awesome 2010 Ford fusion. I was concerned at first with the purchase and told him that and the best thing I noticed was that there was no pressure. Even though we are good friends he did not pressure me into buying the car or buying something else. I think that is huge when going to a dealership to buying new/used vehicle. I worked at eau Claire ford back in the day and still then the sales staff is very up front and honest and respects your decision if you don't want to purchase a vehicle that day or at all. They just want to help you as best as they can. Again If you got a vehicle you are looking to buy I recommend talking to Taylor Peterson or anyone at the Eau Claire Ford sales staff!!!

There are many places to buy Fords in the Eau Claire area, do not make this the place where you do your business. After purchasing ties with a 70,000 mile warranty the front right tire blew out at 200 miles after hitting a small hole in the road. Eau Claire Ford would not honor the warranty. It will be a long time before I darken the door of this establishment and I love my Taurus and Focus. At the very least DO NOT have your vehicle serviced here.

Absolutely do not suggest this place anymore, used to have great service except when they suggest you get this fixed but it doesn't need fixing. I brought my truck (2011 ford F350 powerstroke) there to get the fuel filter and oil changed. Well long story short they broke a piece on the truck making it inoperable. They did not have the part in stock and had to go to Rochester ford to get it. The woman there then made it seem like it was my fault after I asked her a few questions. They wouldn't give me a loaner truck to haul my horse trailer with the next day. It took 3 days to have my truck returned. I will never darken the doors of Eau Claire Ford ever again. Even after buying my last 2 vehicles there.

Took my truck there when the AC Compressor went out while I was in Eau Claire. Over $1000 to repair it, brought the truck home and short time later no AC again. Had to take the truck back in. About 1 month later and again, no AC. I have called several times to talk to them and they are always to busy to take a phone call, I have left several messages and have yet to receive a return call.

I found the truck I wanted to buy which had a coup...

I found the truck I wanted to buy which had a couple issues that I wanted taken care of before I bought it. It had a big dent in the passenger door that I wanted fixed and the turn signals didn't work properly. They agreed to repair them so I agreed to buy it. The salesman called me a couple days later and said that they found that the backup camera wasn't working and that they would fix it. He also said they hadn't gotten it in to the body shop yet. A week and a half later it was finally out of the body shop. They still hadn't fixed the turn signals so they said I could take it to my local Dodge dealer to have it fixed and they would pay for it. I called to let them know that I had gotten the price to have it fixed and was told that they had spent enough money on my truck already and were not going to pay to fix anything else on it. I guess they don't have any ethics. I won't be doing any business with them again and won't recommend anyone to either.

We very recently purchased a new Ford Fusion SE from Eau Claire Ford and found the service nothing less than outstanding. Adam Westaby was a terrific sales rep. Even when we rejected the bumper-to-bumper "insurance" so we would have coverage even after the first 3 years, the financial manager (I think her name was Kelli?) remained positive and professional. So far no major problems with the new vehicle. What sold us on it was its comfort and maneuverability. The seats provide great lumbar support. It also handles superbly. We typically do not like 4-cylinder engines, but this one is exceptional with quick response and plenty of torque without being "whiney". And Ford thinks of everything... a little pull-out drawer with a soft pad in it for change, a pop-up compartment on the dash that we discovered is good for storing grocery lists and maps, not one, but two plug-ins for charging cell phones along with a USB port, etc., a place to sit a cup or soda in the door....and so on. The SYNC message center is kinda fun too.... once you figure out how to talk to a computer. I ended up singing it to it and it worked :-) Hubby is in love with the metallic paint, the huge trunk, the easy-to-fold-down seats, and the roominess inside of the car (he is 6'3") and the comfort it provides. If you're into sun roofs and enhanced sound systems, the SEL is the ticket. There is only 1 thing we are a tad disappointed with: 1) To get the very geneous rebate, we had to finance with Ford at 5.49% which seems really high. It was worth it to get the initial rebate. We may refinance after the 4 mandatory months. In general when we drive this car, it feels like a full-sized car and reminds us of the cars we used to ride in when we were kids back in the 50's and 60's. Very solid. Love the extra wide tires.... hugs the road. Very smooth. When I checked its reliability ratings on-line, Ford Fusion was rated in the 94th percentile which we thought was pretty darn good. My niece owns a 2005 Ford Fusion and she has never had any major problems with it. I would definitely recommend considering buying a vehicle from Eau Claire Ford. We had a great experience with them and hope you will too.

I have had an excellent experience when I bought my used 2013 Escape from Taylor, he is so wonderful to work with, I brought my friend (Kirk Mueller) to him and he Bought a 2014 F150 and was so pleased with experience as well! I also am so happy with you service department, they are also excellent at what they do. I would give them all a (11) on a 1-10 scale with 10 being excellent!!! Thank you for making my buying a new car fun!!!

They sold me a 2015 Ford Focus. They did not disclose that this particular car was being sued for faulty transmission. I have already had a repair on the transmission at 30,000 miles. They sold me the bumper to bumper coverage and then called me back later saying I forgot to sign some stuff. I went back and they had took the bumper to bumper off and said it was not an option. They lied to me on the phone to get me back to go back on the original contract.My guess is because of the faulty transmission issues. I now have to go through the process of finding a lawyer. STAY AWAY from them. If I could give zero star I would.

I recently purchased a 2018 Ford Taurus SE and I couldn't be happier. Scott Phillips was my sales guy. Spoke to him on the phone prior to coming in laid out the details. Stopped in later that day and they nailed it with what I was looking for. They didn't have the exact car on the lot but they were very prompt in getting it delivered. Scott worked around my schedule and made it a very fast and painless procedure. I did have some flaws on the vehicle I later noticed which was paint issues. Scott again got it taken care of and was more than happy to help out even after the sale. The service dept did a fantastic job getting my car taken care of and provided a loaner free of charge to me. Even after all was said and done and I have had vehicle about 3 months I get a phone call on my birthday from Scott Phillips wishing me a happy birthday! I have been through alot of dealerships and that by far was above and beyond. I have not once had that kind of customer service and to acknowledge my birthday 3 months after a sale is incredible! I do see the it's a hate/love relationship with other reviews left on their website and everyone has different expectations but my personal experience means I will be a long time customer. I HIGHLY recommend Scott Phillips as your contact at the dealership. I'm sure others are just as courteous and helpful but I can firsthand vouch for Scott. Thanks again for accommodating and being an out-going positive person. Also I had an awesome birthday and that phone call was icing on the cake!! Take care and THANK YOU!!

Worst place in the world tried to sell me a truck for one price and then wanted 4000 more if I wanted it to run at 38000 bucks to start with it should run good but not according to them just add repair cost to the truck after it was on the lot and I am there to sign papers for purchase i find out the 38000 truck dont run now want 4000 grand more wth.

Recently purchased a used pickup truck from Eau Claire Ford. Was initially impressed with my salesman's general knowledge of the vehicles we discussed. After making the decision to purchase and taking delivery of the truck, there was an issue that surfaced. I went back to the dealership and felt that a fair resolution was reached. I felt the staff I encountered at Eau Claire Ford were professional. I would consider dealing with them again in the future.

Brought my car in for an ABS repair on a Wednesday and was told it would be done Friday. Was also told I would be called before anything happened with a price estimate. Nobody called. Friday came and went. Saturday morning I called, the service manager told me the car was disassembled and that the technician wouldn t be back until Monday, and apologized for me needing to be back at school on Sunday (in Madison). Awful service, will never come here again.

I recently transferred to the Eau Claire area as I'm currently serving on active duty with the military and it was time for a new truck, So I decided to look for a "new home" to purchase a vehicle and I have found it.

As I purchase a vehicle, I like to look at all of the pro's and con's of the vehicle. I analyze everything from the insurance cost, safety features, historical problems, resale, etc. I don't make a lot of money being in the military, so when I do purchase a vehicle, I have to make sure that I'm getting the most bang for my buck.

Dale Hable helped me with this entire purchasing process and he when above and beyond customer satisfaction for what a sales representative should or could do. Dale was patient with me and not once did he ever pressure me into buying anything. Dale just wanted to make sure that he found me the right vehicle to meet all of my needs and at a price that I could afford.

I have purchased many vehicles in my life and Dale was an AEWSOME sales rep! Even though I thought I knew everything about my new truck, he still went over the checklist and he did everything by the book and to standards......taking no shortcuts and leaving me with a better understanding on how deliveries should be done. Dale was very thorough and explained everything to me so that I could understand it.

Through my purchasing process, I had the privilage and the honor to not only work with Dale, but also with the sales manager Adam Olmstead, and the business manager Michael Newton. They were all very courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. And I think that this all reflects greatly on the ownership as well. Mr. Mohr and his wife also took the time to get to know me and what my best needs for a vehicle would be. They even provide the public with complimentary beverages and chocolate chip cookies. And I LOVE COOKIES!! That speaks great volumes about Mr. and Mrs. Mohr and their dealership.

When I retire in a few years, I will definitely purchase my "Retirement" vehicle from Dale and from Eau Claire Ford. I have devoted my entire life serving our country, and I truly believe that Eau Claire Ford has devoted it's business in serving our communities and beyond. Thanks for the new 2016 F-150 XLT Eau Claire Ford...I LOVE IT!!

Absolutley awful service! I drove into service lanes and stood behind a customer that was getting helped, three other vehicles pulled in and service consultants had no problem assisting them. I stopped keeping track of time after 20 minutes of not being helped, and 4 other customers being helped. They obviously pick their favorites (females) over being concerned about my safety related recall. total waste of time and i would rather go to ken vance motors where people are acknowledged as soon as they drive into the service lanes

The only reason this is one star is because of their front office staff being so gracious even though they are so busy.

I took a used car here to be evaluated so I could bid on it appropriately. And paid 100 dollars for a full inspection. they only found 2 problems.

The problems they did not find are the worst kinds of safety issues.
2 bad ball joints , bad wheel bearing. It is like they never took the car out and drove it.

The instrument panel started failing after they had the car as well, first the fuel gauge and then the temp gauges.

I also tried to contact the dealership to resolve this issue and they never contacted me back after several weeks which prompted this review.

DO NOT take your car here to be serviced. Unless maybe it's an oil change.

I will of course be lodging a formal complaint against the business.

Called to check on a vehicle, let Dustin know I was coming and I would be there in about 1 1/2 hours because I was coming from 90 miles away. Arrived and was told "just after we hung up a customer came to look at it". Waited a few minutes to find out there was a write up on the vehicle so I drove all the way here for nothing. Thanks! I would say that all they care about is selling a car and will be nice and do whatever it takes to make a deal...with whoever gets there first. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I would definitely recommend John Vang from Eau Claire Ford. We had gone there with no expectation to get a car, we just wanted to browse, however, we were greeted right away from John and it was a very pleasant experience. He walked us straight to out to what we were looking for. He made sure that we were sure about our purchase. He didn't want us to buy something we were just "maybe" about. I really appreciated his patience with us.

I went in to look at a SUV that I had seen on the website, it turns out that they had sold that one the day before. John Vang had called me and told me about this Bravada they had that was around the same price. I went in and test drove it and I liked it so we started the paperwork.
It was fast and easy and I felt very comfortable the whole time.

It is a different atmosphere at Eau Claire Ford, not your typical car salesmen. Brandon was so sincere and helpful. Would recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to stop in and ask for him!!

I recently took ownership of a 2011 Chevy Malibu from Eau Claire Ford. The salesperson, Mark Grill, was absolutely fantastic. His kind, considering, understanding, and knowledge of the vehicle and the situation I was in made my experience buying a car so much better. There is no question that I will be going back to Eau Claire Ford and the incredible team they have there.

I NEVER would have driven 7 hours to pick up a used bought car sight unseen unless I was pretty confident it would be as described. Brett did an outstanding job communicating every detail about the car's condition. The only surprise when I showed up was that it was actually better than I expected. Brett and Adam were so easy to work with and made a process I typically dread simple and completely painless. I also have to mention whoever preps cars for delivery is fantastic at their job. It was spotless. This was honestly the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. Here's to hoping they open a location closer to me....

I wish there were an Option for 0 Stars or negative Stars. My Dad recently bought a 2014 Ram sports edition. But two days after we purchased it from Eau Claire Ford the power steering goes out. My dad called, and they said they could look at it and that my dad would have to rent a car, they did not have any loaners for my dad to use. Every time he asked for the lady that helped us she was always with a customer or something and was left on hold whenever called. My dad got fed up at this point and said I'm not going to refer you to anyone.Finally, he took it to our local dealership, and they said they could fix it but it has been sitting there waiting for the warranty papers to go through. Whatever you do don't go there it's terrible they make you feel at home, and everything when you get in the store and are looking for a vehicle but once you buy a car you are just a number to them, and they do not care anymore, and they won't help you. I didn't realize buying a single truck would have to deal with the Better Business Bureau. We asked for the owner to give us a call or for his phone number but they do not give this info out. All we wanted was customer service after the sale if this is something you want don't buy from this dealer. The general manager said he would call my Dad the next day and he didn't return his call until after five he left a voicemail with no reply so my Dad called back and was told this was his day off. He didn't say he would be out off the office the day before. I don't know if the owner knows how his business is being run, but if he does, it is too bad if he cares he will give me Dad a call Mike has his number.

It was a little to fast process for me, ran into a few conflicts as we couldn't afford what they offered and was going to charge me a large fee to cancel but in the end they worked with me and got it all resolved and got my money back.

Worst Place To Buy A Vehicle.
We were lied to by the ad online, the general manager and the salesman.
They lied about what engine was in the truck that I bought. Also was told nothing was wrong with the truck and the transmission is going out.
When we called and talked with the general manager he didnt seem to care and would do nothing about it.
Thw general manager mike was very rude, this place.is a joke!

I do find it interesting that the folks who answer...

I do find it interesting that the folks who answer the phone are scripted to say, "Eau Claire Ford Lincoln, home of the lifetime warranty", but when you ask them specifically, what does lifetime warranty mean, they don't have a clue. Management should make sure that all employees touting a major claim like that be able to explain what it means. I purchased a new 2015 F250 SuperDuty from this dealership and it's had anything but a lifetime warranty.

Bought a car in late Feb 2013. Absolutely loved the service. Their prices are competitive if not better than anything else I could find. It was a used car and they still went well beyond ordering a missing part (cosmetic only), and even replacing the battery now (3 weeks after purchase) despite the fact that isn't technically covered by their 3 month / 3000 mile warranty.

I'm terrible with names, but I would definitely recommend "Bergie" as a sales person. "Zoogs" (Used Car Sales Manager) was also great.

This has been the best experience buying a car I've ever had.
