I have a bad experience with this service. I booked a courier service from jb to sg under Janio. First pick up date was on 29 jan friday , no one pick up until 530pm, i submitted a report, they told me pick up time is from 1-6pm. Ok means wait until 6pm; when its 615pm still no one come, i reply the help support, no respond cause they already off work after 6pm.
1Februay, monday, help support email me and inform me that someone will pick up the item today. Ok 447pm on monday, help support check with whether someone collect the parcel dy, i replied with no. After that no more update from them.. so whats the purpose are you guys checking with me? I paid for it but no one come and collect. It s ok when the first day missed out pick up; cause they said it might because im a new user. But it still missed out the second time, so whats the meaning of your service? It s not punctual and responsible; the date and time is meaningless. Do you know that people is urgent for it? And we have our own time management to arrange just because to wait for your man to pick up the item? I dont think this service is worth for a 5 stars review. TOTALLY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED

Worst experience. Waiting for whole day and Pos laju never showed up. Totally wasting my time and patience. Please do not provide empty promise to your customers when you cannot fulfill anything. Lousy company

i sent a parcel using skynet on 16th of July, the tracking number had not been update on the system, i emails them and contact their support, and they just said "skynet have not give any reply on this issue" yes this is the way they solve problem. too much of problem in this easy parcel company that i couldnt finish talking about. so do listen to me, do not start opening account with them, you will regret

Easy Parcel is a good platform and convenient. But your courier partner, especially poslaju and nationwide service, will never pick up the goods according to the specified date. I know this is not your responsibility. You have no way to control the schedule of courier services. I understand that, but your courier partner does not answer the phone. I can only find your customer service, but all I get is SOP answer, I suspect that the answer is mine, instead of real human. According to your website's system and terms place order, set "today" pick up, your website says pick up time is 9am-6pm, 5pm has not come yet, I ask your customer service, your customer service answer, either before 6pm or after 6pm, mean? If 10pm doesn't come, I have to wait until 10pm? You answered that if missed pick up is changed to next day automatically today .. If urgent you can choose drop off or cancelled and refund ..?! It means that I will wait, do n t leave, you do n t need me Customers, you are not nervous, I am nervous and I am responsible. Now the problem is not that I am in a hurry, it is that you have not fulfilled the sales commitments, and you provide "pick up today" .. to the customer to choose. Should it be fulfilled? When this is not possible, the customer is responsible. What you can't do is a customer problem. . Best of all, "you can decided to cancelled and refund" ... really awesome solution .... It's true that I still need you guys. So I can only stand this tone. . But I really advise that if you can't perform the "pick up today" service, then please cancel this service. Because you can't control it. Don't write a "cheque" if you can't control it. . You have to face us, we also have to face our customers, and you follow us with delay. Your irresponsibility asks us to pay together. I know the source is still a courier partner. . . this is why Malaysia courier service never growth, .......

Hi, it is very troublesome with no customer hotline support. I can't get real time support from the staff and email will normally reply next day. Parcel sent out all not updated and missing, and staff just merged several ticket to one ticket, which messed up the situation, I don't know which ticket are they replying to. Many parcel delayed and not picked up.

Parcel sent on 20/12/2019 but until now 7/1/2020 still not yet delivered,

Live Chat keep reply the same for every day, every time.
No phone number to call and check my problem.
Email also keep reply will get back soon
and I have contacted them for more than 1 week, but no response.

They only response on my first live chat on this parcel, but after that every live chat got no response.

it seems that they knew it is from me and don't want to solve my issue and is avoiding my chat ....

"We receive a high volume on chat and therefore the response time may be delayed. We'll get back to you soonest. "

Didn't make collection on the date they supposed to make! Cannot get to call them with the provided hotline number! Please upgrade your service! Thought of trying your service out but you disappoint me.

It should be a zero star for service. But maybe that one star i'll give to the customer support who at least replied.
Engaged this service sometime back last year and it was good. However, it has been a nightmare and terrible experience this round. Missed pick up for 3 working days, and worst of all, no solutions. I wasted my time contacting customer care ( who perhaps are trying their best to assist with the standard answers) but when there is a problem, there must be a solution especially for a middle man company like this, not to just blame the courier.
So at the end of the day, after i make payment for a supposedly more convenient service, i ended up with more hassle and a job not done. Even a refund can't compensate the hassle this has given me.

The worst experience ever. Our company started using EasyParcel since Jan 2018. The parcel always missed pick up until we cannot wait anymore and clicked cancel then only the courier service provider contact us to arrange pick up. Force us to buy credit in order to tie us up but provide suck service. According to the courier service provider, they didn't receive any notification from EasyParcel to arrange pick up until the day we click cancel. For this time example, as per the picture attached shown that i arranged pick up date 9 Mar 2018 and today is 13 Mar 2018, we have been given them too much time to arrange the pick up but this is courier service which mean we need it to be delivered ASAP but the fact is the parcel is still in my office right now. We have been given the time and chances for them to improve their service since Jan 2018....obviously hopeless. Don't ever buy their credit, is you don't have a courier account, PosLaju will always be with you.

did not pick up my parcels as per the date in my orders, and the customer service Eunice is arrogant and took forever to reply a single question. keep on sending "We're really sorry for the long wait. May we know if you are still here with us? Please hold while our agent will try to reach out to you as soon as possible!" doesn't solve the problem. not recommended. avoid!

Very bad experience. The 5kg cost to Indonesia is just RM180. However, after a few days, They shipping cost escalated additionally 4 x than what I paid. They charged WITHOUT my CONCERN. Customer service. so SLOW. REGRET. AWFUL. DISAPPOINTED. I need a refund back of RM812 ! Easy Parcel is a SCAM. Would NOT RECOMMEND for those who wish to send your parcel abroad.

I don't really go to this place, but i'm buying some books from the company that use this service and I can tell you, it was the best experience i have ever had. In terms of live tracking and the item conditions, i would strongly recommends this service to other people as well

I really don't know how to say it. 4WGGHR doesn't know where the items are until now. It clearly said that it was delivered the same day but there were no people in sight and there was no reason. Then it was gone. There was no news for a few days. . . Those who hit 5 stars are fake accounts, right? ! ! How can such a service be given 5 stars? ! !

This is ridiculous. First 2 times using it was fine. Third time using it was a mess. Collection was promised repeatedly for couple of times but nobody came to collect. I've flagged the issue to FAQ and messages were replied hours later when I was already offline with no solution given apart form "Hi, how may I help you today?" Dropped a couple more queries and same thing happened. Hence I decided to stay online until they responded, promised delivery the next day, obviously it didn't happen. It's ridiculous to expect us to stay home everyday to wait for collection but failed us over and over again. What is going on?

Parcel arrived faster than I expected and the delivery personnel sending the items was very professional. He called to inform that he has left the parcels on my chair outside my front door to make sure I'm aware of it, maintaining contactless delivery.

Decide not using this company after all:
There is so much courier company have good system and service then them
Here is the reason
- Email to ask status or update, they totally don't reply at all
- NO Customer service number
- Live Chat only Reply this
[We receive a high volume on chat and therefore the response time may be delayed. We'll get back to you soonest. ]
- Bad Customer service due to slow response and reply

Conclusion is They actually don't have a proper customer service But have a good marketing team keep sending email and Update facebook instead of solving customer problem

Been using easyparcel for years, and been quite okay with their local delivery service- except yes, they don't come and pick up in time. But Im alright to send them in myself. 1 STAR IS FOR THE WORST SERVICE I JUST RECEIVED. Used their aramex service- my parcel is a dress that weighs less than 0.4kg - and paid and send to customer in PHILIPPINES - First time using easyparcel for international shipping. 3 weeks after customer received parcel, today they forced ME TO PAY EXTRA RM 65 - AS THEY CLAIMED ITS 1.15KG. WHERE IS THE PROOF? AND WHY IS IT ASKED AFTER 3 weeks customer has received???

AND WHY IS IT FORCED. THEY DO NOT LET US USE THE CREDITS UNTIL IT IS ALL CLEARED...OR FORCEFULLY CHARGE FROM YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT. BUT WHERE IS THE PROOF AGAIN??? THAT IT IS OVER THE WEIGHT.

The best thing I like about EasyParcel is the way I can calculate, estimate, and budget my delivery fees at home/before hand. Especially like their Pick-Up service. If they can indicate an estimate pick up time frame, it would be even better so we can arrange our time accordingly.

I ve been trying to get them and Pgeon but no one is getting back to me.

WhatsApp Pgeon, email, Messenger, IG, Twitter none replied.

Till today I don t know the status of the parcel.

UPDATE : EasyParcel LIVE CHAT CS refuse to provide me PGEON s number as it s confidential

Not sure what s confidential about a company s contact number? Instead they provided me the seller s contact number (an individual)

Isn t the seller (an individual) phone number more confidential?! That s a breach of data privacy!

Great shipping platform but your customer service is unsatisfactory. I inquire since 1pm, the live agent replies 2pm, then deemed the chat inactive after a good 8 min (2.08pm). Am I supposed to sit and wait an hour for the live agent so that I can get a proper assistance?

What make it worst both EasyParcel and PGEON's customer service NOT RESPONSIBLE. PGEON WHATSAPP TOTALLY IGNORE YOU. PREVIOUSLY THEY REPLY MUCH LATER.
