didnt pick up my parcel as promised by this scammer after few days...force to cancel my order and no refund is allowed...When we paid and didnt get the service...other than to call them scammer...i duno how to call them...

I created order for 5 parcels. Since 29 May 2020, for three working days, no one came to pick up. Then, by 2 Jun 2020, the system set the status as ONHOLD by quoting that I did not handover the documents after several visits, which obviously are not true. Now, I cannot cancel. Be aware that there is no hotline number provided. If you try to have online chat, expect a few hours to get a reply - if you are lucky. Do not recommend any serious person to use this service.

Had 2 times bad experience with easyparcel !! both also missed pick up and cause the delay. NOT easy at all.
Has been reported via email, given AI reply ask to wait.
Has been reported and contacted via live chat too. AI messages will entertain you, and claimed that reminder has sent to courier company. Yet, no one come and collect also on the next day. ( so delayed 2 days )
money paid but service not done and any issue reported will be entertain by AI messages. Think twice before using easyparcel.

1. Chat with customer service respond slow like turtle.
2. Parcel sometimes arbitrary charges.(no wonder shipping fee cheaper than other)
3. If parcel damaged by courier they will like professional football player kick the responsibility example (easyparcel will say courier reject to compensation in the end courier also say easyparcel reject to compensation.

We were thinking of using their service for all of our posting delivery. Mind you, we have hundreds order per month however, went we tried several testing recurring thing happen 1) item were not pick up on time (it can be delay for 1 week even when you flag "missed drop up" 2) lack of customer service support (NO contact number or email address shared) 3) CS is very ignorant, not apologise for their mistake and refund only available if you keep on chasing them.

The think is their package starts from RM100 top up value yet their service are very very bad. I think this is a SCAM company where they received money from customer WITHOUT any actual delivery been made. NOT recommended might as well hire a runner or sent to PosLaju yourself

Ask us to give money as soon as possible. When you need your support, you will not reply.

Before this, your staffs lose and messed up all my parcels airway-bill, and now still delivered to the wrong receiver after I spent my time to reconfirm all the orders with your customer service. I ve emailed both Easy parcel and Pgeon s customer service five days ago, but still haven t got your reply yet. Now I want both my C3FWVX and FPMJPC order s refund RM11.80 and pay me back both parcel s values which worth RM297. Well, this is my first time use EasyParcel as it is an online delivery booking platform for customers to compare rates and choose their most preferable courier to deliver the customers' parcels to their recipients, unexpectedly to say that it does really meet my expectation to allow me to send my parcels to my recipients much conveniently and fast! Highly recommend this to my friends who sell things online :D

Hands down to the worst logistic company that i have ever used! Sent my parcel from KL to Singapore on 30th December 2020 and i have yet to receive any update until today (29th January 2021). After customers have made the booking, courier company should make a call to their customers to arrange the pick up time. This is more efficient. Easy parcel should provide their contact information for any urgent changes.

Besides that, no live chat for any kind of support in the website. EasyParcel? Not easy indeed. Bad customer support!

Excellent platform for booking couriers & easy navigation. I find pgeon best. Poslaju not really because they have delayed collection up to days before. Nationwide has also done this but once or twice. Other than that, EasyParcel is an excellent platform to use, affordable, easy to understand, have great & easy-to-use flyers & a variety of choices for shipping. Only thing that can be improved is the postage price for East Malaysia compared to West Malaysia as it's significantly more pricy.

I have been using Easyparcel for more than a year now and have been more than satisfied with their service and that of their partners. I probably have collections about three times a week on average and only have collection problems once every six weeks or so. 99% of the time any such problems are resolved on the day itself. I have never had a parcel gone missing or damaged. I would strongly recommend Easyparcel for any online business on the peninsula
