Item is delivered to wrong person, Ask for help , only keep reply to ask us wait on Email
Deliver on 17/12/2019, Now 8/1/2020 the receiver still not receiving yet
Decide not using this company after all:
There is so much courier company have good system and service then them
Here is the reason
- Email to ask status or update, they totally don't reply at all
- NO Customer service number
- Live Chat only Reply this
[We receive a high volume on chat and therefore the response time may be delayed. We'll get back to you soonest. ]
- Bad Customer service due to slow response and reply

Conclusion is They actually don't have a proper customer service But have a good marketing team keep sending email and Update facebook instead of solving customer problem
