Easy Parcel is a good platform and convenient. But your courier partner, especially poslaju and nationwide service, will never pick up the goods according to the specified date. I know this is not your responsibility. You have no way to control the schedule of courier services. I understand that, but your courier partner does not answer the phone. According to your website's system and terms place order, set "today" pick up, your website says pick up time is 9am-6pm, 5pm has not come yet, I ask your customer service, your customer service answer, either before 6pm or after 6pm, mean? If 10pm doesn't come, I have to wait until 10pm? You answered that if missed pick up is changed to next day automatically today .. If urgent you can choose drop off or cancelled and refund ..?!
