I ve been trying to get them and Pgeon but no one ...

I ve been trying to get them and Pgeon but no one is getting back to me.

WhatsApp Pgeon, email, Messenger, IG, Twitter none replied.

Till today I don t know the status of the parcel.

UPDATE : EasyParcel LIVE CHAT CS refuse to provide me PGEON s number as it s confidential

Not sure what s confidential about a company s contact number? Instead they provided me the seller s contact number (an individual)

Isn t the seller (an individual) phone number more confidential?! That s a breach of data privacy!

Will it ever leave Bayan Lepas and reach Johor Bahru?
Tried CS and their reply looks auto-generated

Not helpful at all and not reachable
If I had a choice, I wouldn t be using Pgeon / EasyParcel
