The worst experience ever. Our company started using EasyParcel since Jan 2018. The parcel always missed pick up until we cannot wait anymore and clicked cancel then only the courier service provider contact us to arrange pick up. Force us to buy credit in order to tie us up but provide suck service. According to the courier service provider, they didn't receive any notification from EasyParcel to arrange pick up until the day we click cancel. For this time example, as per the picture attached shown that i arranged pick up date 9 Mar 2018 and today is 13 Mar 2018, we have been given them too much time to arrange the pick up but this is courier service which mean we need it to be delivered ASAP but the fact is the parcel is still in my office right now. We have been given the time and chances for them to improve their service since Jan 2018....obviously hopeless. Don't ever buy their credit, is you don't have a courier account, PosLaju will always be with you.
