I have a bad experience with this service. I booked a courier service from jb to sg under Janio. First pick up date was on 29 jan friday , no one pick up until 530pm, i submitted a report, they told me pick up time is from 1-6pm. Ok means wait until 6pm; when its 615pm still no one come, i reply the help support, no respond cause they already off work after 6pm.
1Februay, monday, help support email me and inform me that someone will pick up the item today. Ok 447pm on monday, help support check with whether someone collect the parcel dy, i replied with no. After that no more update from them.. so whats the purpose are you guys checking with me? I paid for it but no one come and collect. It s ok when the first day missed out pick up; cause they said it might because im a new user. But it still missed out the second time, so whats the meaning of your service? It s not punctual and responsible; the date and time is meaningless. Do you know that people is urgent for it? And we have our own time management to arrange just because to wait for your man to pick up the item? I dont think this service is worth for a 5 stars review. TOTALLY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED
