#PGEONPRIME - ordered on 17Jan @ 1.58pm, waited 2 days over weekend and Mon 20 Jan morning recd SMS said will pick up. Waited ONE FULL DAY never show up, not a single call if can't make it. What make it worst both EasyParcel and PGEON's customer service NOT RESPONSIBLE. PGEON WHATSAPP TOTALLY IGNORE YOU. PREVIOUSLY THEY REPLY MUCH LATER. THIS IS HOW THEY TRY TO AVOID YOU WHEN THEIR DRIVER/STAFF IS UNRELIABLE. THINK THRICE IF YOU HAVE URGENT MATTER TO SENT OUT
