I understand the circumstances of online shopping during this pandemic period, sometimes the parcels do received a bit longer than usual but it's not easyparcel's fault at all.

I believe you guys have did your best so, I thank all of you! As long as my parcel received in good shape and reasonable time then there's nothing that I should complain about

Lousy service. Shipment delayed for more than a month, no compensation of what so ever. Customer service try to delay the issue, not solving it. Making it hard for customer who paid for their service.

Promise to pick my parcel on the same day but not ...

Promise to pick my parcel on the same day but not even pick up on the 2nd day. They supposed to pick between 1 to 6pm daily. 2nd day after 6pm I've cancelled their services. But received e-mail to state the bank's name. In their disclaimer stated that the money will be refund within 14 days? This is wasting my time to wait for the refund & I can go myself if they took 2 days just to pick up my parcel. If the rating has option 0, I will choose 0. This is 2nd time already

Resolution is bad! I will say they have no resolution skill at all. They have no customer support phone number. They have live chat, with no proper resolution ethic, they will tell you to email. When you email them they will not reply you for weeks and when they do it will be a template reply. all they do is we are checking. They have been checking matters for me for 4 months now can you believe that? Their rate is definitely good no complaint about that, but problem solving skill is important.

Now everything is ready.
Actual Weight = 5.83
Volume Metric = 36cm*23cm*40cm/5000 = 6.63KG
So I enter 6.63kg on 23 February 2020.

Yesterday night, 9.3.2020, once I login into my account and it showed this weight dispute against on me again, this had been begin more than 3 times and have no reason show how is the calculation.

For those who wanna ship using Janio x Easy Parcel, please perform your transactions wisely and seriously.

Thank you EasyParcel for simplying delivery process for my business! Since I started using your service, I have saved a lot of delivery costs with your cheap shipping rate. Besides, I no longer need to waste time and petrol by travelling to courier branches and queue up to send parcels.

Very lousy middle man service! Encountered so many time bad experience dealing with the parcel pick up and delivery. Wasted my time to follow up / remind customer service! empty promise! never trust on their same day pick up or next day delivery trick! Always cannot maintain the quality. So many times KL-KL delivery required 1 week! Seek assistance from customer service and every time expect a standard reply i.e. Thank you for your feedback and sorry bla bla bla.. As a middle man u should think of ways to improve your service level. Else, just straight tell customers do expect at least 3-5 days delivery service. Do not trap on their same day pick up / next day Delivery service level!! Would not consider to renew their subscription package!

Please remove pgeon delivery from your service. A scam company, I belive its cheap and match the service, but somehow it is worse! only can be reach through email. Phone number on google are false one, so much for guarantee 1 day delivery for pgeon prime. Already 4 working day and not yet deliver. No update status of tracking. better bring them down or Easyparcel will bare the bad reputation

I'm more than willing to give EasyParcel a 5-star rating because of the helpful customer service representative. I've been using EasyParcel for well over two years plus now. Thus far, I've not encountered any major issues with my parcel delivery. Even with the ones I've had, EasyParcel has provided excellent support for my issues.

Reached out to support and Easy Parcel support is non existence, waited for 5 days. No one replied.

I ended up going to poslaju myself to drop off the parcel.

Slow response from sales person and support team. The ONLY reply i got from sales person is always the same which is " already urge the courier company to update" and NEVER got back to me after that.
Text - Slow response or ONE word reply.
Call - Hardly pick up.

BAD BAD BAD MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE. If you wish your item to hilang and not delivered, yes, try with easyparcel. When you make complaint, they will twist around the bush and delay to solve it. They create too many issue with customer, that's why they don't dare to put their phone number. You can see many give 5 stars rate? Brilliant. Maybe they create other google account, and comment good things about themselves.

I have really bad experience with easy parcel, dont ever use them. They can't do anything or make their courier do anything. my parcel did not collect for 2 weeks, no one bother even contacted me. REALLY REALLY BAD, DON'T GIVE THEM BUSINESS. GO DIRECT TO THE COURIER. EASY PARCEL IS ANOTHER WAY OF SCAM PEOPLE FOR MONEY. DON'T DESERVE ANY STAR.

Arranged a shipment from Malaysia to Singapore . During this pandemic period I expected there might delay on the delivery or airfreight arrangement . Surprisingly I got it from door to door in 9 days . And all the glasses in the carton box was perfectly received . Will continue support for sure. :)

Live chat means instant reply not waited for an hour or two to attend to your problem! Poor customer service and coordination! Yet to receive my shipment and initially put a blame on 11/11 Sales and even dare to propose my client/ myself to self collect! Highly not recommended for seller!

The information on platform has misled in choosing...

The information on platform has misled in choosing EP package. Quoted an amount that says eligible for EP20 and above, only reliased the top up mechanism is strictly deductible through credit available in the account at exit. Nothing can be un-do when raised to Customer Service, and suggest to buy multiple EP packages to cover the cost difference. Consumer needs to keep topping up credit so EasyParcel can continue to retain consumer money!

Nothing can afford to pay, which is enough to prove that the value and credit of this company = 0, then there are people who dare to entrust a no credit company, investors I will not invest in a company that is worthless.

EASYPARCEL SG - DISHONEST! Made a booking for a international delivery via UPS. Bought a size S box from Singpost (31cm x 23cm x 9cm), actual weight was 900g - 1kg & i indicated 1kg when i booked & declared the measurement of the box. I was unaware that i needed to input the higher weight (actual/volumetric weight). Plus, in that booking page, it says "Sending large item? Calculate the Volumetric weight here." I didn't know what Size S would be consider a large parcel.

A few days ago i was charged by EasyParcel for weight discrepancies & they allowed UPS to charge me for a 2kg volumetric weight when the volumetric weight of my parcel is only 1.28kg.

I understand that i have made a mistake on the weight when i made the booking & is willing to pay for any shortfall. However, to charge me based on 2kg instead of 1.28kg is not right. When asked how did UPS get this 2kg volumetric weight (because i'm well aware of the box's measurement since it is a Singpost Carton - Size S), they refused to answer me.

If right now EasyParcel is allowing UPS to charge me based on a 2kg parcel instead of a 1.28kg parcel, probably in future, regardless of the parcel's real actual or volumetric weight as declared truthfully in the booking page, eg 1.1kg, 1.3kg, 1.4kg, their courier partners can just round up the figure to a whole number (2kg, 3kg or any figures they like) & charge us for weight discrepancies after that.

Before you decide to make a booking at EasyParcel, please that note that whatever prices that you see on their booking page, might not be the real price that you'll be paying. Because at anytime, their courier partners can just come back & say that there's weight discrepancy & they will just charge you immediately without providing any justification.

I was given a sms msg andimmediately I called the given number. There was a recorded msg asking me to leave a msg, I informed the deliverer to deliver by 1pm.

Yes that's what he did. He addressed my name correctly. He had actually called my mobile to inform me that he got my message and tried calling me but I was busy. Later I called the recent number of missed calls and he answered me. I said thanks.

not recommended as most of comments here. no pick up for two days with no proper solution offer, this should be due to the low quality of communication between easy parcel and their courier partners.

shipment rate changed from RM5 to RM6, really higher than the usual courier rate! somemore there are many undeliverable area. NOW, their email notification of order also changed to only available for those who top up RM2k & above, disappointed!
