Bad experience, try sending our parcel via skynet,...

Bad experience, try sending our parcel via skynet, receive calls saying they will arrange for pickup for two days but no one turn up, send email to easy parcel, call skynet still didn't get my promise service.
Since pickup service is that bad, how can I still submit my parcel to them.
Totally dissapointed

Their customer service is terrible. I am not even sure if they have any particular department as customer support. I have sent them so many Emails and follow up Emails and yet not a single reply.

Very disappointed of my 1st experience at easy parcel, I had sending out my parcel on 8 dec 2018 but my parcel still on hold till now 6 Jan 2019. It s Christmas gift ,it was ruining my plan for deliver my parcel before Christmas and now they seems like going to delay my parcel till Chinese New year. It s really wasting my time and effort to track and complaint my issue day over day. But when I track my parcel the status still the same.

Being a long time user more then 2 years with EASY...

Being a long time user more then 2 years with EASY PARCEL - now their customer service become more worst -

HARD to GET CLAIM - so far i never get any compensation for LOST ITEM
-my claim many time being rejected for lost item - eventhough i follow all their asking - ask for so many detail but at last just said if courier reject it - we will just follow( eventhough they should just compensate becuz im using their system and they as middle man

PUSH CUSTOMER ( this is the reason i explode )
Their customer service email me and ask MUST GIVE more detail of lost item on the same DAY ( and put time like before 5pm ) - if not courier will ignore it - JUST LIKE THAT !!!! wow- u know who have time to check email while busy the whole day - and then get message like this- mean if i didnt reply it asap .. they will not help to check

for people that have problem like me - i suggest togehter make report to KPNDHEP - they are just ignorance and only act as middle man that look care but actually not - if u do care contact me - will be happy to change my mind

your system is great - but your customer service is OUT

If u wanna said all your previous review 5 star - u are just ignorance as hell- u will losing many big people that spend a lot for delivery -

now im looking for courier that can atleast have people to talk if have some issue-

i can say that if you do 1st time pickup, i recommend you to live chat to help cust team remind your courier service to pickup. this will avoid misspickup for the 1st time. and you actually can find their business consultant through Instagram. She might help with your delivery.

Do not top up with the EP if you are not finishing all your credits at one shot. the promotion period is short. if your account has credits left less than RM5, there is no way for you to finish it except continue to top up. This will lead to an non ending cycle.
The customer service is not really helpful. they take days to solve my problem. at the end it is not solved.
Lack of follow up. they do not follow up or send reminder to you about your account's status (eg, promotion period or activation period) after you signed the package. No reminder message or email received. They will just forfeit whatever you entitled silently when the day comes.

Guys!!! Do not engage them!! They are the worst!!! My parcel was lost in transit for almost a month!! But they aren't even doing a single thing!!!!!
Office not open, nevermind.. Emails read but no respond??? Is this the way you treat your customer?

Paid and arranged for service but never show up as scheduled. Already delayed 6 days. Live chat need to wait almost 3 hours to response and never provided any solution. Don't waste your money to top-up! Please don't. It is a shame for a local product.

Please check the terms and condition before u want to use their courier service! They have make my parcel lost and didn't compensate it. My money all gones!! Please think many many times before u people want to use their service! U will definitely regret if they make ur parcel lost! Such an irresponsible company

Not even worth a star! The worst service ever! Already the third time parcel not collected according to the date I booked! When click the "Live Chat" there was non of them response more than 30 minutes! If you can't do the pick up on time what is the purpose of letting the customers to choose the parcel collection date? When contacted to their courier partner, they said they only received the notification from EasyParcel after so many days. The worst service ever I experienced. The name should named as "EasyParcel" because you don't fit to the name! When written to the service agent Ms. Eunice Khor regarding the collections for my parcel and the only answer she can give is they already notified their partner! If really notified the courier partner why the hell there is still no collection after so many days? REALLY THE WORST SERVICE EVER! DON'T USE THIS SERVICE IF DON'T WANT YOUR PARCEL TO BE DELAY.

Terrible company. I have used them three times. First no one made any pick up, I have reached out to the Easyparcel and they told that its Poslaju fault. Second time the same. And on the third time, when no one showed up for a pick up, company rep. told me that if I need to send a package I need to go to drop off point of a courier company and not bother Easy Parcel with my pick up requests! That's what I will do, never use again your service and would tell the same to anyone who is planning to use it.

tried their service twice, first choose skynet end up nobody come to collect the parcel.call easyparcel the operator told that skynet had lots of complain. end up cancel order, drove to nearest pos office and post out my parcel. second time choose poslaju, same thing happen, nobody come to collect parcel, reported easyparcel, then admin cancel my order witout informing and no refund.
very irresponsible , never easy to send a parcel via 'easyparcel'.

We are regular users of this service. For those who are going to use this service, please note:

- Sending parcels OK.
- Pick up parcels from another party and sending it back is totally useless. One week still haven't picked up, wrote to Customer Service Daily.

- Customer service hopeless, only giving stock replies. They do not make effort to solve problems.

BE STRAIGHTFORWARD, PLEASE DO NOT ADVERTISE WHAT YOU CANNOT DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A simple yet low cost way to book for multiple courier services. Definitely helped me save lots of effort and time in shipping, and now I can more focus in boosting my eCommerce. Thx EasyParcel for bringing us such a great deal and service!!!

TLDR: Use another courier service. Save alllll the hassle.

I had a very good first experience but a terrible and not over yet second experience.

1. They didn't come for pick up on the stated date and didn't even inform me about it. It was only when I made noise that they told me "sorry etc etc" a bit too late but okay, benefit of the doubt.

2. After 3 weeks, I notice parcel still in Malaysia... I talk to their customer service which just keeps telling me the same thing over and over again even after I have expressed I am unhappy with how things are. This parcel was supposed to be a surprise for one of my best buds in Singapore but thanks to easyparcel, it has transitioned to a "surprise! I'm late!" parcel. They tell me it is due to MCO, pandemic etc etc.. Again, benefit of the doubt given.

3. Now close to a month and the parcel is STILL IN MALAYSIA... Sigh. No apology from easyparcel on the tardiness... When I contact them to ask for an explanation, they tell me the same thing... pandemic problems, mco problems... and that other courier services are experiencing same thing. But I am also using other courier services and no problem faced such as easyparcel.

4. Tell me contradicting stories. According to tracking, it says it reached Singapore customs but when I speak to agent, agent tells me still in Malaysia.. aih.

My recommendation, please just use another courier service. Talking to them also no point. Typical excuses... I have given them many chances, asked them several times but talking to a brick wall seems better.

When I asked to speak to a manager or where I could file a complaint, they sent me the contact us URL. At this point I am just laughing at the whole situation.. lol. Bottom line...

Just use another courier service.

It is very competitive for online business nowadays. Shipping fees and time are very important. I can check all my shipment instantly from EasyParcel system. Even shipment from previous week or previous month, I can view it in one click. No time wasted at counters. Excellent customer service.

they don't actually do pickup, I've texted easy parcel for few days and they keep mentioned will drop remainder to DHL, end up I contacted DHL myself and they told me they don't do pick up :)

Such a lousy service, if you don't do pickup, do put the option in your form, don't cheat customer please.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Don't fall to their advertisement trick, where easyparcel doesn't make things easy at all! The WORST courier platform ever! Miss pick up happened frequently (more than a week still no pick up the parcel), and their customer service did not provide any solution, they will ask you to either cancel or send it yourself! If you are running an online store, AVOiD them, they will ruined your business & makes your customer run away!

No matter what couriers you choose, they won't pic...

No matter what couriers you choose, they won't pickup your parcels. And worst, they wouldn't even care if the parcels aren't picked, they simply just ask you to cancel and pick some other courier (and the prob revolves over and over again smh). I was hoping the CS would help in resolving and following the issue but NO.
I would advise everyone to avoid this platform at all cost.

3 out of 10 parcels that I have sent using Pgeon h...

3 out of 10 parcels that I have sent using Pgeon has been missing. I have been contacted easy parcel through livechat / email to easy parcel and Pgeon. What I received from their reply was "We had experience large volume of orders...and please expect some delay..! That's totally different story as my parcels cannot be found from the tracking system not delay issue! It already picked up since 15th Apr and now is already 24th ! Come on. I hope they could give me a good explanation and compensate for my losses.
