I ordered for pos laju to pick up the parcel from my house but no one turned up. But that's actually pos laju's fault not easyparcel's. My experience with easyparcel was quite good and convenient. But I would definitely suggest that easyparcel should have a contact number which the customers can contact with.

Very very teruk from last Wednesday I order the service until today tuesday d, no pick up at all. Everyday I make complaint and the only answer we will remind Nationwide again and pick up will be done by today. But is ady 1 week, I had make notice on this is urgent as some of the parcel is mooncake. But still festival over d, they didn't come and pick up at all. Today I contact again, Easy Parcel give me 3 options, either wait for the pick up again by today, cancel get refund or drop by my parcel to the nearest office. How come it be like this? I ask for ur service to collect form me but u ask me to drop by myself? Then why not I choose others courier service will do. Last case is Pos Laju and follow by now is Nationwide. I just curious is their problem or Easy Parcel.

I prefer it to be called difficultparcel, no one coming to pickup parcel and customer service never pickup call at all. Not sure about other area, however bukit raja and neighbouring area get very poor service. Everytime I arrange for pickup, it will end up that I have to refund my payment. Very poor service.

Not even have a phone number. Find their live agent need for few hours only reply. Previously still got people to respond. Now got urgent also dunno who to find. I call to the delivery company ask why they did not come and pick up. They say easyparcel have cancel. But my credit have deducted and status still showing waiting to pick up. Then I try to cancel it also can't. Damn poor and slow respond from their customer service.

Pgeon delivery: Drop off parcel on 14 Feb 2021, and only collect on 22 Feb 2021, which is 8 days later. and deliver on 25 Feb 2021. Do you expect receiver to not complaint? further, comments is deleted on easyparcel rating page and Pgeon FB.

Customer service is bad. Parcel has arrived one we...

Customer service is bad. Parcel has arrived one week ago, I missed the call from driver so he didn't deliver my parcel, should at lest try to knock on the door because someone is inside. Called back but no response. Live chat is useless, always talking to AI only. Sent an email to customer support but no one get back to me even after one week. Now I am not sure whether my parcel is still there.
