The worst customer service ever, in the morning 7/12 I applied the internet line for home. There is a lady Asian 40ish years old that forgot my application. Then this Friday I went to another shop in battuta mall and all was good. Now it's Sunday and I'm receiving a email asking for my passport, my visa, my NOC.
The lady at al salam tower lost my NOC.

Worst service ever in UAE. The customer care department and the toll free number you call doesn't even have any privilege. They just soothe you with good words and false promises to get good rating at the end of the call in survey, but in backend, they don't do any changes. The customer care department has no contacts with technical department and they don't work synchronized. Technical department has no idea what customer care people are talking about and customer care has no idea technical department is not even bothered about the emails they send

Very bad service .. I went to take my duplicate sim waited 2 hours ( 3.46pm to 5.50) and after waiting they told me my SIM card is deactivated and they can give the same number only as post paid. I don t understand the logic behind this. Without my knowledge they disconnected and why can t they give as prepaid . There will be around 30 to 50 customers waiting and only 10 to 15 seating is available. No place to sit also for long time. Staff are very slow . Supervisor and managers are not supportive and not listening the customer. Recommend to go any other Busines center

One of the worst service of any telecom companies I have ever seen! The processes are so backwards! So 1990! You feel you entered into a third world bureau government office not a world class tech company knowing their fees among the highest in the world! Me an owner of company can not change the email listed on DU unless I go back and get my company stamp after I waited in line for 45min they told me so!!!Whoever is managing quality and processes in this company should be replaced!

The head quarter of du telecommunications. Internet city metro station, el Salam tower. Inside the building there is the administration offices such as financial departments and recruitment team. Also in the ground floor you will fimd du store to help you for any requirements. If you want to go up you should ask for a pass from the security team first

They are the worst company ever and i was never humiliated like that in my life
their costumer care representative have no hand in any thing they just show sympathy to your situation then they promise you that they will send email to the responsible who never do any thing or interfere
then their managers who treats you like they are gods and you have to wait for 15 minutes online till they reply to you then when they reply they just tell that they will report your case to different department who never call you back and you will just have to wait

i already canceled my request with them hoping that ETISALAT will have a better service

Just discovered #Du added extra services to my pos...

Just discovered #Du added extra services to my postpaid mobile contract without my authorization, I paying for services which I never used or requested (Data 300MB package with monthly recurring charges 50AED to my existing plan).
When called #du_call_center, they refused to open a complain to investigate how those services being activated without my knowledge, leaving me with only option which is to pay for their mistakes!!!!!! Very unprofessional poor service provider with the worst customer service ever, useless call center, Manager/ supervisor is always not available in case needed for escalation, promises for call back never happened, no surprise.

Another silly & unjustified charges from #Du, while traveling International roaming usage charges is applied repeatedly (10-40 times a day as 1AED for 50Kb) EVEN if your mobile data & roaming is off!!!!!!! If you don t believe that I can share a copy of my bills which show this repeated charge of 1AED for 44 times in 2 days while outside the country with mobile date off. When complained, I heard the most silly excuse in my life, quoting from the lady in call center: Sir, even when traveling wiz (with) mobile data & roaming is off charges will still applied if 4G was previously enabled before travel!!!! Seems No one teach here that to select 3G or 4G the mobile data should be switched On in first place!

My advice to all unfortunate #Du customers who still suffering & did not move to alternative provider yet:
1. Never use your credit card for auto-payment, refund will not be possible or it will take 45 working days (in case Du admit to their mistakes)
2. Review carefully your monthly bill to make sure it is not manipulated by #Du with extra services not requested by you.
3. always test & retest your broadband/ internet line speed, my line is 32MB I found that they changed the configuration to 16MB by mistake for 2 month.

#Du your unprofessionalism way of serving & treating your customers can be written in a book with title 1000 way to screw up a client .

The way they treat their guests is disgusting. Firstly their home internet / tv package is over priced. But obviously with any monopoly. But when they have an issue and when DU makes an appointment to come to your home but comes 4 hours later and treats your wife with contempt and disrespect then we are going to have issues. Dubai is fantastic country but companies like this tarnishes people's experiences and the overall opinion of the country. Well done in collecting another month of my money whilst also emotionally draining me for something which in any other country would be a quarter the price.

At first i have to admit that i regret changing from Etisalat to du.
The mobile application is bad and has some problems.
When i cancel any add on before the start of the new month using the app, it does not reflect on their systems then i become forced to make a more than 10 minutes phone call cancel the add on.
Two days ago i recharged my pre-paid number with 210 Aed through the app to purchase a data package, yet and after 48 hours i did not receive it and they told me to make a complaint which will take 72 hours more.
So many problems within 3 month with du and i did not encounter such number of problems with etisalat within 24 month.
They need a lot of development.

We ve had the most terrible experience with our Account Manager from DU, Muhammad Bilal. We are trying to cancel a service for over 2 weeks now and promising that someone will call me to confirm but no one did. Whenever I call this person my call is being rejected and i do not get any feedback or atleast updates about our request. We have been asking DU customer service via email and phone but no one is willing to assist us. Our company has been using the service for almost 4 years now. Can someone from DU give us a helpful account manager??? We are paying on time and we are a long time customer i do not think we deserve something like this. Do not let this kind of employees ruin your mission and vision. Ive been patient on emails and communicating with Muhammad Bilal but seems like he doesnt care at all. I hope you take action on this

WORST COMPANY EVER!! Do not get your OSN services through Du. They offer nothing that's even close to comparable to what OSN offers. No decent On Demand. AND they take channels away without compensating you. I've complained and just keep getting the stock responses that it's not their fault and it's their policy to not waive fees for subscriptions or cancellations. And I keep saying they need to change their policies because they are not delivering what they promised. I'm so disappointed - and now AED 500 poorer each month for nothing.

The worst service ever, I shut down internet for one shop it was never done even though we had cleared all bill accounts for the account and requested for transfer of mobil numbers to my other company on the letter head which was also not done and now they asking me for 3000Aed to clear again for the services I have not used since December !!!!

worst service ever, they have a policy to give bad service, for example when they make certain adjustments in your account some of those adjustments they will not give you any confirmation in writing and then when you come back there is no record of such things in the system. whenever you have an issue or complaint you have to raise the complaint and if they call you which by the way they don't always call you and just tell you sorry its company policy. Also note that many of these reviews are either 5 star or 1 star, the 1 star are half a line of comment, the 5 star is a full description, you can judge for yourself what is fake and what is real on google reviews. I have my doubts. Best to complain to the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority.

The worst company ever!!!
My husband requested for relocation 8 days ago, we are calling customer service every day to get some information when will they come to move- every time the same answer don t worry sir, someone will call you today . NO ONE called, no one sent an email and no one has information when will they move.
Seriously, what is this service?!
P. S. We also went to DU office but that also didn t help.

Honestly I couldn't not be more unhappy . I have moved from my property and no longer required a provider. This was a year into the contract. I had to chace du for about a month till someone actually called me and cancelled it. And bare in mind they canceled it additional 10 days or so later so I got charged for an extra month. So since it has been 3 months. I have visited the branch at this point and called them a lot, I mean, I think I speak more often to Du then I do to my family. However, no one is calling me back regarding complaints that I have raised. Every time I call, they tell me someone will get back to me. And it's been like that for 3 months. When I visited them the supervisor assured me that it will be resolved and that they have over charged me something like 500 dhs. Pathetic I know. They are also not using my deposit against my bill of over 900 dhs that they are claiming I have. Yet they feel confident enough to send debt collectors after me and constantly send me threatening messages saying they will take me to court and what not. Stear clear if you ask me. And if you read this and have any suggestions of what I should do please let me know. I think at this point I am ready to go to court myself and raise a complaint. I have never in my life had such a big issue with a service provider.

So following all that I received a call regarding my complaint. The guy apologized and said the bill will be changed. It has now been 2 weeks since that call and I have not received my final bill. And this debt collector called again asking me to pay over 900. Where the updated bill should be no where near a 900.

My phone contract with Du was renewed for two year...

My phone contract with Du was renewed for two years, without my approval. I requested Du to transfer my number to someone else and was told that I will have to pay contract early termination charges of AED 6,000.

When I asked how my contract was renewed, Du customer service mentioned that I gave a verbal approval over the phone. I DID NO SUCH THING. I asked to hear the recording of me giving my approval , to which they responded by asking me to lodge a complaint to TRA. I complained to TRA a few days later.

Last nights, I notice that all my phone lines suddenly got disconnected. When I called Du again, I was told that I reached my maximum credit limit of AED 6,000 coz I cancelled my contract. I contacted TRA and they mentioned that they had asked du to waive the AED 6,000 contract termination fees, since I had not given my approval to renew the contract, but instead, Du cancelled my contract (without my approval AGAIN) and didn t waive the early termination fees.

I m so disappointed and angry with Du! I feel like some staff are misusing the system, perhaps for monetary gain and Du is allowing it.

This issue has caused me a great deal of stress, inconvenience and monetary loss. I had to pay to rebook my flight, which was supposed to be this morning, since I have to ensure that the issue is resolved and my lines are reconnected again before I travel.

Du has my registered email address. Why aren t renewals, upgrades, cancellations, requests etc, sent to the customers email address with a link for verification? How can an agent simply call and decide to renew or upgrade a package on a clients account without the clients approval?! I really hope my issue gets resolved and hope that Du works to fix their internal flaws so that others don t experience anything like this in the future.

Visited this store twice to upgrade my phone, which I was willing to pay the remaining balance. Both times the staff made us wait around 30 minutes, to tell us the system is down and they don t know when it will be working again.

Staff are very unhelpful and unprofessional. Would not recommend this store to anyone unless you want to waste your time.

Will be cancelling my phone and home contract in August when its up. Very bad customer service!!

MOST dysfunctional telecom centre ever!!!
People are taking breaks when are multitude of customers!!! There are few people running around... but rest are just taking breaks.
Management has to look into this chaos
It takes 15 to 20 days maybe more for getting a refund on the deposit, which was made promptly at a swipe of a card!!!

For the telecom, the services are really average! The mangers are good, but rest of the staff seems lost! They make mistakes so check your content before you sign on the dotted line
