Such a normal office, located in a convenient place, it was convenient to walk from Injaz bc, you really wait a long time in line, and everything is ok, the Filipinos serve quite quickly. If you sit in the Arab, then a little slower.

Worst customer experience ever! I had cancelled my...

Worst customer experience ever! I had cancelled my account after my tenancy contract had expired and I had paid the final settlement bill. My account was non-existent but they sent me a bill after 30 days of cancelling and closing my account. Visited the Mall of The Emirates Branch and the supervisor was ignorant and disrespectful to say the least. Even though he admitted it was a system error but he said I will have to pay because it s on my account which was cancelled and closed. Complaint was raised and the technical team called me on Friday morning at 9am and I requested them to call later during the day. Instead the person said okay and I got text saying the case is resolved. Most pathetic customer service and ignorantly rude staff! Such a shame!

No parking. Payed 50 DHS for private parking. Had to walk a bit. Needed to change my mobile plan and get my home Internet deposit back. Was assisted by Mr Mustafa . That gentleman was on the phone all the time and got me subscribed to a different plan and told me that my deposit will be adjusted in my next bill which never happened. Very disappointed

We found this telecommunications company at Dubai ...

We found this telecommunications company at Dubai Airport. They were terrible. When we received the money, we asked ourselves to install the SIM card. We didn t know how to install it. We asked the waiter to help me. He ignored us and asked us to go back and install it. The attitude is very bad, don't use this one in the future. We went to the hotel and asked the counter staff to install the phone.

Home Wifi (landline) has been disabled for 4 days....

Home Wifi (landline) has been disabled for 4 days. Called many times, submitted all the documents requested - nothing happened. Very poor customer service, they can t help at all and all of our questions they have no answer for. Emails should be replied for in 24 hours it took 3 days and still no answer.

I can not understand how a company as big as DU fu...

I can not understand how a company as big as DU functions so poorly.
I'm only giving 1 star as that is the lowest I can put.
I'm trying to receive previous bills, something you would assume to be very simple. After visiting Du branches FOUR times and being told different information each time, and emailing FOUR times and receiving conflicting information to what I was told in the shop, I am still no better off.

I'm not angry, i'm disappointed, I'm lying, I am actually pretty angry.

Overcharging every single month. Calling to pay your bill, even tho I still have two weeks to go. Takes ages to pay your bill, since you have to do it thought voice automated machine.
Sometimes they even disconnect services to other countries.

Blatantly mis-selling and unwilling to help. Du activates year-long packages and services without any intimation and force you to pay. Definitely do not take up a Corporate Plan with Du. Their monthly invoices (even with breakdown of charges) makes no sense and charges are definitely more than actual.

We are stuck with a plan for two of our contact numbers since over two years, only trying to shut it without any penalty. If you try to ask for a full settlement, they claim full payment for 12 months of the package (that we even didn't sign up for). Oh yeah, and they have no evidence / contract to prove our sign up.

The most useless and theft company. They don't inform of the hidden charges like deposit and later deduct them when u pay bill.. I want my bill adjusted and email me copies of the documents I signed agreeing to any deposit. You even have the guts to tell me that the agent who activated my account is not one of your agents. Then how were the services provided???? 0

Honestly, after reading a lot of the negative reviews about the customer service, i wasn't too sure about visiting this exact location. Giving the benefit of the doubt, i went and was proven wrong. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE i have experienced in a long time. They make you feel like they are doing you a favor even when asking for a simple request. Will definitely be cancelling my DU subscription after this experience. Definitely not worth the trouble!!

Was attended to quickly but the administration they were able to undertake was limited. I simply wanted to migrate from post paid to pre-paid and all I could do here was complete some forms, pay my bill....now I need to wait a few days for the 'back office' to call me to actually do the migration. The store is clean and quiet and has plenty assistants to help and parking was easy, in the RTA paid car park.

This is one of the worst companies that we have ha...

This is one of the worst companies that we have had the displeasure of dealing with. No sense of customer service at all, and an astonishing level of incompetence across the board that will leave you speechless.

They will have you going around in circles if you contact them to sort out problems that they will create for you after you make the big mistake of becoming their customer.

From incorrect billing to consistently giving wrong information and making it as difficult and convoluted as possible to get your deposit money back, they will leave no stone unturned in rendering truly abysmal service.

We have wasted far too much of our time dealing with their ineptitude - never again.

We are so glad that we are done with them and we will never, ever, be a du customer in any way, shape or form again.

Tourist Data pack is costlier than rest of the world. In Thailand one can have unlimited internet for 30 days at 1000 RS but in du it's around 5000 RS and no VoIP calls. And VPNs are illegal. Very bad policies.

I don't even know where to start! Du has become a disastrous company! From fraud invoicing (adding services you never signed up for) and lying customer care agents (we will open a ticket -> next time you call there is no ticket or it was marked as resolved though nothing has happened) to manipulated customer satisfaction surveys (they only ask/let you to complete the survey after the call if they see you are happy) and bad service quality (broadband outages and bad network coverage). Du was once a decent company and a good alternative to Etisalat! However, over the last years, things are going constantly down! Stay away from them!

Du has horrible customer service! After I was sold a service that does not work, I had to make three calls without a solution, then went to this customer service to follow up and they told me they are not technical people so all they can do is to raise another trouble ticket. When I asked to speak to a manager the rep first joked around for 5 mins with his friends then disappeared for another 5 just to come back and tell me his manager is busy and there would not be anything else the manager would do other than raise a ticket anyway. I finally convinced the all knowing expert service rep to check the status of my previous tickets for the second time, he said they were all closed already. I pushed him to look and find if any closure notes were taken and finally he said the last note said the service was actually not available in my building!!! I would change DU in a heartbeat if I could but of course I cannot as it is the only service provider in my building... In another country, in another life maybe...

such a worst customer dealers, no one of this company is responsible for customer complaints.. my whole family members had bad experiences from DU . None of your officers know when the issue will solve or how to solve...

in such a good country like UAE , why no actions are going against DU even after this much disappointments from lots of customers.!!

As a business customer, they are very disappointing. Account manager does not reply to emails or to calls, your queries get forwarded to some channel partner who is only interested in selling new sims to you. Been trying to renew a contract on my existing business connection and its its get impossible to do it. Its Cheaper to retain and renew contracts than sell new ones, doesnt Du's strategy department understand this? Their service is getting very poor over time. Used to be good a few years ago but not anymore
