Extremely poor service, I was calling the call center 800155 because the internet is not working for 5 days and if it works it's extremely slow, I was calling for the past 3 days and they don't answer at all, I stayed on hold for almost 3minutes. Even the live chat guy (Mohammad Mohammad) also keeps you waiting for a long time to get a reply until you give up. They just take the payment but not providing the required service and they don't even compensate. Very bad service

Saida in customer service of main offices was very helpful, she went out of her way to expedite the process

If you visit this Customer care centre we feel like India Pakistan . This company deserve in Dubai

All good but the problem is they keep on chasing when u have a month overdue, they treat u in a way that you have not paid your bills for ages though you have used it for years. They should have some sort of chance for old users who pay big bills some sort of flexibility

Worst company ever. Good in stealing hard earned customers money.

1hr and 26 min waiting time on call center, Du is always providing me worst experience i ever had, its a monopoly they do whatever they like, charge you for services that are not existing
