Honestly I couldn't not be more unhappy . I have moved from my property and no longer required a provider. This was a year into the contract. I had to chace du for about a month till someone actually called me and cancelled it. And bare in mind they canceled it additional 10 days or so later so I got charged for an extra month. So since it has been 3 months. I have visited the branch at this point and called them a lot, I mean, I think I speak more often to Du then I do to my family. However, no one is calling me back regarding complaints that I have raised. Every time I call, they tell me someone will get back to me. And it's been like that for 3 months. When I visited them the supervisor assured me that it will be resolved and that they have over charged me something like 500 dhs. Pathetic I know. They are also not using my deposit against my bill of over 900 dhs that they are claiming I have. Yet they feel confident enough to send debt collectors after me and constantly send me threatening messages saying they will take me to court and what not. Stear clear if you ask me. And if you read this and have any suggestions of what I should do please let me know. I think at this point I am ready to go to court myself and raise a complaint. I have never in my life had such a big issue with a service provider.

So following all that I received a call regarding my complaint. The guy apologized and said the bill will be changed. It has now been 2 weeks since that call and I have not received my final bill. And this debt collector called again asking me to pay over 900. Where the updated bill should be no where near a 900.
