I've got 2 business numbers and 1 prepaid from du ...

I've got 2 business numbers and 1 prepaid from du and has annual contract with data, i always pay through online with my bills monthly, but to my surprise recently they deducted from my salary 1,200 AED just for 1 business number and i already paid through online of the same. So to make it short, i paid double and it took a long time for them to credit it to my account. the next month, i have the credit to my business number due to extra payment from previous month, i've got deducted from my salary again for the phone bill. UNBELIEVABLE. I just want to cut the contract and stop this headache of paying extra/double bills. Very disappointing DU.

VERY VERY BAD SERVICE.. nobody have responsible in...

VERY VERY BAD SERVICE.. nobody have responsible in customer care service for solving issues.. i have registered a complaint I had follow up calls in 3-4 times regarding my complaint after few times I received call back from costumer care they told my complaint is revived and cleared.. but still i facing same problem.. after that i tried to call once again but unfortunately I can t able to connect costumer care representatives my call was on hold around 45 minutes (i lost money with activating Internet packages.. they deducted the money from my balance amount but I can t able to connect the internet. i face same issue in several times)

One the biggest DU office that handle personal and...

One the biggest DU office that handle personal and business customers. I find this outlet more professional than other which are in the malls! Almost 20 counters to serve you in minimum time. Paid parking are available in front of building for 2 AED per hours!
Funny thing in their office is there is no FREE WiFi to use while you are waiting in queue!!

I canceled my contract, which is at the end of 11 months with Du Mobile for reasons beyond my control .. I was surprised by the invoice I received that I have to pay AED 3650 for the entire contract value
While when I signed up with them, tell me if you cancel the payment of AED 105 for every remaining month ... in this case I have to pay 1155 dirhams and not 3650 .. This subject lasted for more than 3 months without solution .. Request a solution and clarification from the company du

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON DU OSN CHANNELS. Worst ever! I pay more than AED 400 per month for now only three channels that I actually watch. I was given a list of channels I would get when I subscribed. Two weeks later, several channels disappeared - my favourite ones! I went to the store and the manager Mohammed Sheikh was uncaring and rude and unwilling to even pretend to offer a solution. He said there's nothing to be done - even though I would have NEVER signed up knowing that channels would be just taken away. I was not offered a discount nor the ability to cancel altogether without penalty. Du is the worst! And Mr. Sheikh needs to be moved to a position where he does not interact with people.

My experience frankly pitched him with Du and in this place where I had an offer to own an iPad on my streak and from 12 o'clock in the afternoon they did not get approval to end the transaction until the employee was finally forced to write the receipt manually and I got out about 4:45 approximately as I also found a parking violation on my car My experience here in This place is very bad.

For the customer service I had to wait for an hour...

For the customer service I had to wait for an hour. Went to buy a phone and it was like if I can pass their patience testing, then only they will give me a phone. Not even a single sales person out there to help to choose the phone or their post paid plan... After 1hour of waiting I can see most customer service persons seats vacant and lots of customers still waiting and unfortunately am also one among them!!!

I think they should review the prices; in 2018 communication is becoming easier and the prices are going down.
I was surprised that some movies rental on du tv home packages costs 30 dirhams!!
This is too much for a customer who already pay for a home package!!

Signed up for a Business Complete package with Du ...

Signed up for a Business Complete package with Du in the month of August and was supposed to receive a free device with it in the month of September 2019.
Followed up with the Sales Representative John Daniel, Business Customer Care Department, the Facebook team as well as the COO of the company, Mr. Farid. I have sent across close to 25 emails and messaged the team on Facebook about the same. However, no action was taken and neither is the team helpful.

Would not recommend Du to any company for business packages. I'd prefer choosing Etisalat for business services as they deliver what they promise and are quick to rectify any issues.

*Very Poor service* Hi, Good day to you guys, I have been patiently waiting . for my home connection our villa in Al Barsha south 2, Since Last Thursday I have been patiently waiting until today nothing happened. Literally nothing happened, I have called several times on your call center and your agents told me the same thing I look stupid following up with your guys, waiting blindly I don't know when we will have connection. No actions at all, Du telecom was recommended to me, hence, maybe they were wrong. I was promised a call back for who many times and no one called me. Really headache. I hope the management will do something about this. As this is very inconvenience. You are promising something to your clients but you don't deliver. My order no. is 1.38176209 - and by the way Al Barsha South is in Dubai, please inform your call center agent about that. I don't know what information in the system you have. I hope there's action will be taken on this. As this is too much already. Thank you.

Such a bad experiance overall took 6 trips to get my work done...and still its half...they need to improve knowledge of there front desk staff...indeed 2 other people were also had fight with front desk staff...for sure they should have good knowledge of there product....

Applied for the data bundle and tried to cancel it...

Applied for the data bundle and tried to cancel it. Real nightmare.
First call: I must wait until the activation and will be able to cancel it in store without charge. Got the sms at 11pm in the night.
Store visit: it was wrong I can't cancel it, complaint raised.
Second call: The agent in the store should have cancelled it, or I should have visited the store on the same day (even if I only get a sms at 11pm.)
Anyways, it is cancelled and I will be partly charged.
Got the sms it is deactivated.
Bill arrived: full amt charged.
Another call: the bundle was never cancelled. Although I was charged for cancellation fee and got the sms confirming it is deactivated.

Everyone is horribly under trained and has no authority to solve the problem, and promise one thing and fail to deliver it. I have done everything, call, visit the store, call again, raised the complaints, used the chat, and nothing ever worked. I was misled from the first place after a one full month, talking over the phone with at least 5 people, I am still sitting with the problem that is not my mistake. Everybody talks different things. Really, this is way too much and only reason you guys are surviving is because you have a monopoly in the market and general level of service is low in this market.

Its already 1 month and 6 days i have been waitin...

Its already 1 month and 6 days i have been waiting to install Du services at home.
I have signed the contract since 13th June, please find attached contract for your reference.
I was advised by Du Representative to terminate my contract with Etisalat before the end of June so Du system will be installed on the 1st of July.
Till now, I have been calling them for several of times and all what I got is they will contact the technical support urgently and this is what I have been hearing for 1 month.
Another issue, I have been given a welcome package of dongle with 1000 megabyte till I receive the full service at home. Since 2 weeks, I am waiting for someone to activate this dongle and no one wants to process the activation. Just yesterday, they advised me to take the dongle to a Du shop to make activated.
Moreover, I have been given 4 times appointment for the installation and no one appeared.
Many excuses I have heard that Etisalat is giving them wrong address or they have to organize a visit with Etisalat etc.
I'm really disappointed with your services, I have left Etisalat for the bad services they have after 10 years being their customer. It seems that Du is not ready to provide this service and you should take more responsibility for your bad services.
I am writing this email after many complaints through calling the support line and also by tweeting on the social media and nothing happened.

Du has no management! I have been tracking refund ...

Du has no management! I have been tracking refund and complain, no solution until today after more than 2 months! I give Du 0 star , no one responsible for customer complain and problems about the service! Du opens smart plan for extra months , even after requested to stop and paid for bills , stop my phone service, open again without any notification, and now asks me to pay for it which one I didn t expect , did not know about! Complain doesn t work for Du , just don t waste your time to complain and expect to solve problem, easy peasy don t use it or don t buy any service, save your energy, stay happy!

It s been 12 days since I applied for DU connection. Until today my house is without internet & TV. It is ridiculous we are all supposed to work from home now. Where is the Government looking looking, why dont we have a choice pf service providers????

I Sandra would like to complain on all your staffs who is working in customer care are useless and dump, doesn't know anything regarding the service which you provide to the customer.We recently shifted our location from discovery gardens to gardens and one of your staff Ms Sameeha and all your staffs in the call center communicated the same thing to my husband that the du connection can be relocated to the new building ,and we where behind the whole process for two weeks sending you all the related paper works and after two weeks you people had a realization that this particular building belong to etisalat. How disgusting that can be? you guys wasted our time....if you guys are aware that this building belong to etisalat why the hell it was not communicated to us on the first place.

Please keep some professionals staffs who knows something in the call center

Etisalat is far better than you guys.

I will recommend all my colleague and friend not to apply for du as this is the WORST EXPERIENCE WE EVER HAD WITH DU.

If I could rate them lower, I would. People, if you plan to relocate, don't be like us who submitted the application for relocation only a month ahead, try submitting it much much ahead.

In the month of submitting the application, they were apparently trying to reach us in number which was never been used for the past 3-4 years (don't know what is the point in filling the application with contact details)

Since they couldn't "reach" us even after calling their utterly incompetent call centre to update the number, they closed our application and asked us to go to the customer service centre to update and resubmit our application.

Each time we called the call centre for information on the status, they said they will arrange a call back from their supervisor within 48 hours. It has now been 3 days and we haven't heard anything from them yet.

In this day and age when customer service centres are being shut because they offer such quality services online or on their website, Du has shown the public that they still prefer staying in the Stone Age while the rest of Dubai has moved light years ahead.

Clearly, seeing the previous reviews, it's obvious that the right people aren't reading enough of these and trying to resolve anything, showing they really aren't interested. Unfortunately, we are dependant on them because it's not like there are many choices available in terms of home network.
