Just discovered #Du added extra services to my pos...
Just discovered #Du added extra services to my postpaid mobile contract without my authorization, I paying for services which I never used or requested (Data 300MB package with monthly recurring charges 50AED to my existing plan).
When called #du_call_center, they refused to open a complain to investigate how those services being activated without my knowledge, leaving me with only option which is to pay for their mistakes!!!!!! Very unprofessional poor service provider with the worst customer service ever, useless call center, Manager/ supervisor is always not available in case needed for escalation, promises for call back never happened, no surprise.
Another silly & unjustified charges from #Du, while traveling International roaming usage charges is applied repeatedly (10-40 times a day as 1AED for 50Kb) EVEN if your mobile data & roaming is off!!!!!!! If you don t believe that I can share a copy of my bills which show this repeated charge of 1AED for 44 times in 2 days while outside the country with mobile date off. When complained, I heard the most silly excuse in my life, quoting from the lady in call center: Sir, even when traveling wiz (with) mobile data & roaming is off charges will still applied if 4G was previously enabled before travel!!!! Seems No one teach here that to select 3G or 4G the mobile data should be switched On in first place!
My advice to all unfortunate #Du customers who still suffering & did not move to alternative provider yet:
1. Never use your credit card for auto-payment, refund will not be possible or it will take 45 working days (in case Du admit to their mistakes)
2. Review carefully your monthly bill to make sure it is not manipulated by #Du with extra services not requested by you.
3. always test & retest your broadband/ internet line speed, my line is 32MB I found that they changed the configuration to 16MB by mistake for 2 month.
#Du your unprofessionalism way of serving & treating your customers can be written in a book with title 1000 way to screw up a client .
