Great customer service, a great car buying experience.

5 Star dealership. The salesman put no pressure on me to buy. I knew the car I wanted so I called first to question about some of the features. About 1 hour later I was test driving my car. That took about 15 minutes. After that I signed paperwork which took about 20 minutes. No hassle, the entire process of purchasing this vehicle was easy breezy.

James did an excellent job listening to my concerns and what I needed... Great job!

Holy cow! This was the EASIEST and BEST experience I have EVER had!!! Jay and Salim made the process painless and were totally upfront about everything! Came in to buy a car for myself, Ashton and Joseph were so accommodating that I convinced my sister to get a truck! We will definitely use them again!

Here are the pros: Nice selection of late model vehicles of all types at completive prices. They do allow inspection of vehicle by independent mechanic (a big plus, although you may have to push a little). Generally transparent. Salesman also closes as well.

Here are the cons: The will push HARD on extended warranties, and high margin add-ons like dent care, and appearance protection. Prepare to hold firm during closing. Only a single source for financing. It would be very difficult to 'bring in outside financing'. They are a very lean operation, carefully look over any vehicle, as I don't think they put a lot of money into them before offering for sale.

Neither pro or con: They will offer financing with a few points of interest above the buy rate (i.e. keeping a little for themselves). This is not uncommon, and I don't necessarily consider it underhanded or dishonest. Just expect to refinance the car at your bank or credit union right away. That's easy to do.

Had a pretty good experience buying my 2018 Silverado. Price was great, salesman (Clayton) was great. Getting the paperwork done was the hardest part. Three and a half hours later it was done and I was running late. Clayton pulled up in the truck and I was out of there. When I got home I walked around my new vehicle and behold. Some fresh damage on the PS wheel well that was not there when I test drove. I immediately took a picture and texted Clayton. Clayton immediately responded and turned me over to Customer Care. That was a week ago, now Clayton want even acknowledge my text. Customer Care is MIA!!!!!

The sales mgr made me purchase a service package he stated it doesn t make business since for us to do the deal if you don t do it I felt trapped into this deal seeing tht they had ran my credit several times to get my approval... I also was told that my payment wouldn t be due until 45 days after but got a call from the LH and told me it was due on the 9th not even a month after I brought the car... not to mention they still owe me a battery for my key fob... beware of buying a car there

I had done a lot of research online and found some vehicles that had everything I was looking for at the price I wanted. 3 out of 4 were at Driversselect, with their good reviews it was a no brainer to go in. Gustavo was awesome right off the bat, friendly, listened and pulled 2 of the vehicles up right away for me to test drive. It was a great overall experience and I highly recommend stopping in!

I came into the dealership with the information needed to look at a specific truck. Josh did a great job getting a fair amount for my trade in and finding the truck I was looking for that was not on the main lot. There was no pressure. Josh was straightforward with cost, vehicle options, and financing; and he gave me multiple options for interest rates, payments, and warranties. As a whole it was a great experience and that is due to the Echo Park model and Josh s skills as a salesman. I would come again!

I must say this was the most pleasant experience I have had to date buying a car! Lilia G was simply amazing.. She read my tone, got me into an upgraded car and all on my terms! I was in and out in about 2 hours and on time for my next event. I highly recommend!

Won t recommend driversect.. they have added a extended warranty in the final bill, and I am still behind them to get that refund.

This was the second car I have purchased from DriversSelect. This was for my sister. Joy, was a very polite saleswoman and eager to help my sister find a safe car, within the proposed budget. My sister loves her new car. The only thing I wish we had received was an oil change, as it was needing one shortly after we purchased it, as well as the car was not filled all the way up (would have been nice to have). Otherwise, the car is lovely and she s very happy.

Customer service here is AMAZING! Jeff helped us from filing our paper work, calling every 30 minutes to give up updates, and seriously made the whole process the best! He was a genuine guy who was there to help, (not a pushy salesman AT ALL). I purchased a 2018 Hyandai Tucson and it s seriously the perfect car for me! Left dealership w/o floormats. Salesman said he would mail them to us. 5 months and a dozen phone calls later - they send rubber floormats for my 2018 Nissan Maxima. Called back and was told that the car wasn't pictured with floormats. HORRIBLE customer service, if you can even get them on the phone. Lost a two time customer over floormats. Will discourage everyone I know from going there. CUSTOMER SERVICE is what separates successful businesses from the ones that will be gone in 5 years. This one won't last. Oh, and forget a second key! If you lose the only one you get, you're up a creek.

Had a really really good experience at drivers select Austin And Bennie were very helpful and made the process of getting my Lexus super easy and quick would definitely recommend.!!

And again Josh Lopez has hooked me up with yet another car. This is the 4th car I purchased from him in the last 1.5 years. He makes the process seamless and we don t sit in the dealership for hours. BEWARE!!! I purchased a vehicle from this location June 9th, took the car back a few days later due to the brakes squealing and a vibration when turning a/c on. The dealership greased the brakes and couldn't tell me what the vibration issue was and to take it to the manufacture. I purchased a 2017 Jaguar XE, it took over a month to get an appointment with Jaguar due to needing a loaner because I work for a living a needed a car. In the meantime the brakes sounded horrible, I finally took the car to Jaguar of Grapevine and was informed I needed a new set of brakes for $1000. I contacted Driver Select CUSTOMER CARE, I spoke with an associate by the name of Miriam 8/28. I explained to Miriam the situation which she let me know she would get with the GM and explain to him what happened since the 30 day warranty was up and she would give me a call back. I did not hear back from Miriam the next day so I decided to call back, Miriam let me know she had forgot and would do it the next day since it was so late and if she didn't contact me by noon Thursday to give her a call. Fast forward noon Thursday and I had not heard from Miriam, I called and she was at lunch. She finally called me back after leaving a message with another customer service representative. I begin to ask her if she had spoken to the GM and her response was she had forgot again and to give her 15mins and she would call me back. She finally called me back to let me know that they could not help due to the 30 day warranty was expired however, I had an extended warranty and maintenance plan and to let them know. (The extended warranty or maintenance plan doesn't cover ware and tare) I begin to tell her that I brought the car back for this reason before the warranty was expired and was instructed to go the Jaguar Dealership which took awhile due to being booked up. She had an I don't care attitude. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Awful customer service and unethical pricing/negotiations.

After agreeing on price, what I'd put down and the monthly payment over the phone and in person, they came back to me after I agreed to buy the car and upped the price $50 per month saying they made an error in the pricing quote - an error I pointed out a day before but was not fixed.

Overall, this was the worst car buying experience I have had. I have bought 7 cars from dealers over the last 18 years. They are far too busy with not nearly adequate infrastructure. The whole experience took 3 times longer than the most extreme acceptable time limits: 7 hours... and we only looked at and test drove 1 (yes, one) car.

Pros: decent, let's say fair, prices... "no haggle" prices (more on that in cons)... new, nice vehicles... our salesman was a decent guy... the facilities were mostly clean but very crowded (holy orange!)... vehicle was as advertised... optional valet parking.

Cons: "no haggle" pricing, sure, except the managers pressure you to buy extra warranties and insurances if you decline them with the salesperson, going so far as to refuse to seek other financing options unless you buy the extras (for me, those extras would have cost an additipnal $4,000)... it took 7 hours... the place was packed with people and cars (apparently they are moving to a larger facility soon)... financing options are minimal (unless you buy extras)... we were asked to move out of our booth during the financing part which made us uncomfortable (this was also at about 3 hours into the visit)... charging stations for mobile devices were not functional... at 7 hours it is very difficult to read contracts and I suspect this is a shady design (to exhaust people so they arent detailed with the specifics, like $4,000 in unnecessary extras).

They offer a nice extended warranty (75k miles, basically bumper to bumper). Most modern vehicles should last 100,000 miles without major problems. Since their vehicles are low milage and newer, this is quite unnecessary.

Remember! You will need to secure full coverage insurance before you complete the transaction. So, inquire about the finance company as early as possible, if you are financing.

If I were you, Id put them on a strict time limit immediately. They do not have the best deals or cars! Feel free to walk away!

Driversselect was an experience that everyone should have when shopping for a car. They were down to earth, honest, and patient with me. Chris Scheu was the salesman who worked with me, and he made sure all of my questions were answered. He talked to me like I was a person, not just someone to get money out of. I felt confident knowing I was getting a good deal. Another awesome part is the "feel" of this dealership is unlike anyone I have seen. They are wearing jeans and tshirts, the aesthetics of the building itself were just so happy, everything was orange! I truly loved it, and it is conveniently located across from Watermark Community Church, where I was able to stop and get a latte (they have the best coffee in the world). Overall had a pleasant experience with this company! Would recommend to anyone!

Well it went well and i got a decent trade in value for my truck and test drove some nice cars. Ended up not being able to get the car i wanted due to circumstances foreseen on my half of the deal, but that was understandable. The whole process took about 8 hours (yes i know, 8 hours is a LONG time.) but i was able to get in a near new 2018 RAV4. Tommy and his team worked for 8 hours straight to get me in a car that day. Most dealerships would have kicked me out by that point. Thank you Driversselect for getting me out of a bad deal and putting me in a good one. Thanks Tommy and the team for doing everything you could with what i had.

The process was easy and fast. I got preapproved after submitting the application online, which saved me a tremendous amount of time spent at the dealership. I have never had a more smooth process buying a car!! Drivers select is hands down, THE BEST DEALERSHIP I have ever dealt with!! I picked out my car online and then connected with George K. He never tried to sway me towards another vehicle (which most salesmen do), and completed my deal with the exact terms I asked for!! Also, my deal was sealed in less than 2 hours and I was driving my new car off the lot!! I'll recommend anyone I can ti drivers select!!!

Great experience, second car purchased. Both times went very smooth. Tip to buyers would be to really look over vehicles online and get your financing ready before you go. That saves lots of time.

Brandie helped me test drive a car I found online, and was shocked at how accurate the internet pictures and descriptions were. I ended up getting a better car at a great price, never had the need to haggle because it was already priced so low. The staff were very friendly and it only took a couple of hours to get everything done, and that includes a long test drive I took.

The sales representative didn't meet me at the appointed time we agreed upon. The financing through the dealership is terrible. I have excellent credit but was given this horrible rate. I quickly found another lender. But one redeeming quality is the vehicle itself is good. I love my new used car. The dealership furniture and amenities are nice as well. And the people are nice. Please work on your credit options are tell buyers that they can bring their own financing. I was discouraged or told EchoPark doesn't allow outside financing, which I don't believe is correct.

First time driverselect experience. The 5 stars is for Q, our sales rep. Hands down, one of the best customer service oriented sales person I have ever dealt with when buying a used vehicle. He explained EVERYTHING and never seemed rushed or annoyed if my wife or I had additional questions. ALWAYS the courteous professional. Overall the experience was good. Great selection of any vehicle you could be possibly looking for and a very relaxed environment. The only downside is that, unless you put a hold on a vehicle, it can and will most likely be sold from under you (CASH IS KING!!). So if you know you need/want a vehicle, choose it online, call and make and appointment and show up AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. Do not go in there with expectations of being helped when you walk on the lot like most dealerships eager to make a sale. We waited 37 min before a sales person even greeted us, than another 30 minutes before he came back to tell us he couldn't find the vehicle we were wanting. I rated this 2 star because our salesman wasn't pushy or didn't try to haggle me in. Just sucks they do not negotiate on pricing because the vehicle needs new tires and they would not put new ones on.

Updated: 6/6- Still think this place is terrible. My vehicle requires a air pump to inflate the emergency tire, they give me some $20 air pump from Wal Mart rather than giving me the OEM and now the vehicle is making noises when turning.

We bought Lexus IS from them! great car with fair price! Salesman, Jeremy was very helpful! but unfortunately general manager was very aggressive and disrespectful to us as customer! We requested to get the tires changed because they were not in a fair condition! but he refuse to do that! and kept saying it meets our standards! apparently their standards are very LOW!!!! anyways we ended up buying the car only because spent 4 hours in the dealership! Very good car but very very bad customer experience!! I encourage the to work on it!! I wouldn't recommend to anyone because I believe customer relationship and experience is more important than selling your cars!!

Great experience. Spent a total of 2 hours in the dealership. Working with Lenny was outstanding!!! He listened to what I was looking for and did everything in his power to get me what I was looking for and at the right price.

The people there were very helpful and answered every question I had with confidence. They have service refreshments and are welcoming.

Upon arrival, I was apprehensive due to how busy it was ...which is a good sign. The facility is expansive and tidy. Coffee and vending machines were available to use while we waited. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean.
We were promptly greeted and were able to get checked in early.
Not too long afterwards, Chris greeted us and prepped the test drive. The rest is history.
Chris and Nora were knowledgeable, kind, patient, and nonjudgmental.They both gave us advice which we took to heart and consideration. We never felt pressured by them.
We traveled 2 and 1/2 hours to this location and it was beyond worth it!

Worked with Matt Fink. He replied to my initial request immediately and got me me a quick, fair trade-in value. When I arrived at the dealership the Matt handled the transaction professionally and I was in and out in no time.

Came to this location from Denver to get an AMAZING deal on my Dream Car. I have spent a year looking at Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawks and the perfect gem appeared in Dallas. Robert was informative honest and helpful from beginning to end of the process that took me 4 visits over a week and a half to decideon. He never made me feel as if I was asking to much with my VERY SPECIFIC requests. The variety of quality cars makes this location great if you are considering a few different options. I was able to test drive leave and come back with my husband and then leave and come back again with my parents before deciding on a car and Robert ALWAYS seemed more than happy to go above and beyond for me. We were very pleased with our purchase at driversselect and do recommend this company. Our salesman (Raymond) and his trainee (Michael) were intelligent, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. We received a great trade-in value on our old car combined with a super price of the new car. The only negative in the process was we did not want to go with driversselect financing which made the whole process a bit laborious, but worth it in the end.

Prices are awesome!! We had to make 2 trips to get the vehicle because we did not want to finance thru their lender. They will not do a site draft from your financial institution and will require a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle, the deposit takes 7-10 business days to get back. Also they mailed someone else's title, purchase contract & other paperwork to us that had that personal/confidential info on it. We had to contact them numerous times to get that resolved. The parking lot is really crowded & parking is horrible so it's hard to look at vehicles...they are just all jumbled together. Be prepared to spent a lot of time even if you go in with your financing in place. We spent approximately 5 hours the first trip & 2 hours on the second trip!!! Great prices but horrible customer service from the "finance department/business office upstairs".

The car buying experience was good. There was no pressure from salesman or trying to sell extras. The price was good in comparison to others. My entire deal was done over email. Then drove from Houston to Grand Prairie to pick up car. I would recommend to others in the car market.

This place is amazing! I was blown away at the volume of cars they have as well as the number of cars they sell by the minute. Although it was extremely hot, a ton of people, and plenty of viable options to choose from Tory R. was super patient and took excellent care of us right down to the end. Never did I believe I could buy a car this easy. Told salesman I was on a tight schedule, he told me to go online fill out application it would be fast and easy - I thought sure. Filled out very easy went to bed next morning I had been approved. Told him I saw the car I wanted online, I wanted to come see it, I had been approved, if I bought I wanted information on extended warranty. When I got there car was waiting, information on warranty was waiting. Told him I needed to get car next day for out of town trip - when I arrived it was ready and waiting. Haggling/negotiating on a vehicle's purchase price is NOT allowed; the final price is the price shown in their ads. So do not ask to reduce the already very fair, low price; instead, be grateful for that low price... and be grateful that the final price does not depend on each customers' haggling skills.

ALL TRUCKS HAVE SALT DAMAGE. THEY WILL NOT TAKE IT BACK AFTER YOU SIGN THE CONTRACT...I WENT BACK WITH THE TRUCK THE NEXT DAY TO LET THEM KNOW ABOUT THE DAMAGE,, AND THEY JUST TOLD ME TO LOOK FOR ONE IN LOT TO REPLACE IT,,,,, "ALL TRUCKS IN THE LOT HAD THE SAME SALT PROBLEM",,,SO THEY DID NOT TAKE THE TRUCK BACK SAID IT WAS A DONE DEAL,, WITHIN 6 MONTHS THE SALT WAS EATING TRU THE METAL SHOWING UP ON THE PAINT.. HAD TO SALE IT ALMOST 10 GRAND LESS THEN WHAT I PAID FOR IT... STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALTY PLACE....

This is a good place to buy a car. They have really competitive prices and there cars are in "good" to "really good" shape depending on which car you are looking at. The staff is really helpful and patient and good at communication. I worked with Kenneth Mansfield who was very helpful. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because a few of the cars had rust on the bottom due to being purchased from harsh winter states like Michigan and Minnesota. Just make sure to look at the under body of the car for rust. Most of the cars are going to look fine underneath. I recommend shopping for a car here. It is transparent and simple.

This place is the epitome of dishonesty. Do not use this dealership!! Super lengthy process to get nowhere. I have excellent credit and a large loan approval but their sales team is unwilling to acccept any credit union outside of their own and force you into a corner with their shady verbage. If you want to refinance immediately after buying your car then by all means use these run-around tricksters. Or if you buy here, do not buy a single warranty or pay in all cash because they don't deserve honest hard working people's business.

I recently purchased a vehicle from here and discovered a problem on the drive home. Since the vehicle was still under the manufacturer warranty, I brought the car into my local Nissan dealership. Unfortunately Nissan uncovered some physical damage that was not covered under warranty and quoted me $2200 for the repair. I contacted Driverselect and they paid for the repair. I m not happy about the unfortunate circumstances, but at least Driverselect stood behind their product and made things right.
