I needed to sell my 2006 Lexus ES350 and after taking it to several dealers I thought I would be able to get around $10-$11K. I was happy with that. I heard spearal radio commercials for driversselect, and gave them a call as well. They told me over the phone that they would offer me between $12K-$14K if my car was in the condition I described (I told them it was in excellent shape). I was actually shocked when I arrived at the store, met their appraiser, Lear, and he gave me the full $14K and cut me a check on the spot. I was so excited to get $3,000 more than I expected. It was an incredibly easy transactions, and I would recommend everyone put a call into driversselect when looking to sell your car.

I called to discussed with my sales person which vehicle I was interested in he helped me set up a time to come in, provided me with one on one care, did not haggle with me regarding any part of the sale, shared with me the benefits they offered for car care and was prompt about getting my car ready after the sale. I value my time and they did not waste any of it. I can appreciate how they put their customers first and focuoon my individual car needs. I would recommend anyone to buy from them. I got more car for the money, low miles and a car that has excellent car care history.

Bought a car from Echopark Dallas last week. The process itself was pretty standard except that it was painful to get them to cover a cracked window glass that they said was within spec (until the crack continues to get bigger). My main gripe with them is the fact that they didn t give me a second key fob. I didn t notice when we left and called that afternoon to ask. They said that they only had one key and that I would have to buy one myself. Who sells a car with only one key? They should make buyers aware of this before they commit. A key for this car costs $250. They shouldn t hide this from buyers. Once you sign the papers it s too late.

My sales person, Keenan McNealy, was awesome. He was very patient, kind, and made the process easy. Especially when I was undecided if I wanted to take the vehicle or not, he stuck by me throughout the process. It has been 11 years since I purchased a vehicle from a dealership. The reason for the length of time was I got tired of being haggled and nagged all those years when shopping other dealerships. This place gives you no communication if your trying to apply for a car online. I applied and did not even know I needed a cosigner until 2 days later. I had to call to talk to the manger to even know that information and When I did get a cosigner they still don't reply or answer me . I am not a fan of sitting and waiting in car dealerships . I thank god I didn't either . NOT WORTH IT I WILL GO ELSEWHERE.

A month after buying my car, I now understand why the dealership was so insistent that I write a review immediately. Every aspect of dealing with this dealership after the purchase of my car has been completely awful. The customer service dept has an incredibly high lack of communication and will completely give you the run around. I called every day and emailed several times and had little to no response. I've wasted 2 weeks unable to drive my new car and trying to get a car fixed that they sold me with issues, which they feel isn't their issue now that they have my money. The rotors are completely rusted over and brake pads have no padding, the car is jumping when hitting the brakes, not stopping properly, and isn't safe for me to drive. There's no way that "normal wear and tear" could have caused this in 2-3 wks, but b/c it "passed their inspection" they have no desire to help me. I was told to take it to a dealership and submit the paperwork to them and they would take care of it. So I did. Then I was told if I would bring the car back to them, then they could repair it. Once I agreed I could, suddenly they couldn't do that either. Excuse after excuse after excuse. 2 opinions from dealerships other than them and an obvious issue, but since they have my money I'm not their problem. I will never ever return and will tell all my family and friends to run as fast and far away as they can from these scam artist. It's dealerships like this that give other places a bad name.

We bought our second car here but it was a terrible experience. The sales guys trying to make their sale worked so hard to get us there and then we end up with a car with no a/c. How is that not something you check? The first car my wife bought by herself and the battery terminals were dirty and we ended up having to replace the battery in the first 2 months. I thought that was a one off thing and they would be better this time. They give you good value for your trade and they sell cars at the lowest price possible. Those things are great. But it s too busy for the people they have on Saturday. We went in with the whole deal already done and still took over 3 hours. One of those hours was them trying to print out stuff. Go there for cheap cars with no inspection done to them and check them hard. Do not go there if you want an in and out experience.

Everything was so easy with Joshua's help, after been looking for over a month i found driver select and i was working with another sales agent, and i almost didnt buy my car here due to the lack of attention from this agent. Well i decided it to give a one last call to driver select (and after been talking to the other representive for over more than a week and no questions were answer, neither he will return my calls) Well Joshua Picked up the phone and he got everything done within 2 days what the other sales rep couldnt do in almost 2 weeks!!... Well thanks to Joshua my long journey on looking for a car which it wasnt nice or pleasent came to an end and thanks to him, calling me back, updating me with everything, he did beyond to help!!! HE IS AWESOME!!! Well by the time i got there to pick up the car and to final all the paperwork Ruben helped me as well very nice guy and awesome help on explain us everything and being so nice and polite while we were waiting. Yes they have good sales Rep and do what they can to get you a car and car that has not been recked but I got my car from there two weeks later my key stop working for my key had to wait 2 and half hours for that to get fix also my engine lights apear to realize they didn't close my oil cap right so I had to pay 125$ to fix for there fault leaving my car in the shop with oil spill all over the engine if y'all get y'all car I highly recommend y'all check everything been in and out before making a first perchance also they have one person working in customer service so good luck on trying to get help on a timely matter. They advise you to go to a Chevy dealership 99% of the time might as well buy your car from the real dealership or go to Carmax!!

I went online and submitted my information and received a call from a salesman, Lary Pelky. He asked me a few questions and by the time I arrived at the dealership, he had all the paperwork ready. WOW! We went for a test drive and got back to the dealership, I signed the paperwork and I was all done. The whole time in the dealership I spent only one hour. I'm completely satisfied. It has been 6 weeks and we still have not received the key. No one can seem to resolve the situation and now they aren't even responding to our messages. I walked away a satisfied customer, but now would never purchase another vehicle based on this customer service after the fact. Once they get your money, you no longer matter.

Also the warranty we purchased really works I just paid $100 for towing from dallas to Waxahachie Including the cost of fixing what was wrong. They have road side assistance 24 hours. My wife and I were searching for the perfect truck and thought we might have found it at Echo Park Dallas, but we live 7 hrs away. We called to check if it was available and ended up FaceTime calling with the salesman Lenny Gomez. He was very upfront about some scratches in the paint and walked us around the whole truck, inside and out. Although we didn t end up buying, Lenny was a pleasure to work with and we had a fun and professional experience with him. The rest of the team members we spoke with, Quentin on the live chat and Morgan on the phone we re both equally helpful and professional. Seems like a great operation with quality, lightly used cars. I bought a Ford Edge for my wife about 7 months ago. The car was totalled approximately 2 months ago. We had paid out of pocket, $250 for an extra key to be made on the date of the purchase. We decided we did not need the extra key, and I began calling for a refund about a month after we bought the car, as the sales rep informed us that the "key voucher" was refundable if we did not use it. From all of my calls to Driversselect, I never heard back at all, not once. A couple of weeks ago, my wife and I went in with the receipt for the key, the car is now totalled and no need for anybody to have a key. They took the receipt and our information, after having spent 2 hours in the dealership, and have never gotten back with us since then. I guess I will have to go up there in person again, which is nowhere near where we work or live! I don't understand how it can be so hard to refund a simple $250, when we paid $25,000 for a vehicle from them. I'm going to end up spending the $250 in gase going back and forth in vain attempts to collect our $250! This has been frustrating me all year! I will never do business with them again as they just hope that you get frustrated and give up and keep your money.

After researching online, we found a car we were really interested in. Called to check availability and Tremaine was very helpful, courteous and honest. I loved that we could take our time on the test drive. Once we decided and started the paperwork, it was a pretty smooth process that didn't take longer than a normal car purchase transaction. Finance manager was also very knowledgable and honest. Which my husband appreciated. They had a TV with kids cartoons on it that kept my 7yo. Daughter entertained. The rest of the staff was really friendly and helpful from arrival to departure. This place is definately for those who do their homework online and basically know what they want.

WORST EXPERIENCE! I haven't even made my first car payment yet and I've already taken my car in for major service issues three times! They actually had to replace the transmission in my 2015 Nissan Versa Note. Dealership refuses to take the car back regardless of my health and safety in the car. Problem still hasn't been resolved with my car, but now they are calling me a liar and telling me that I have "buyer's remorse" which is not the case because I love the car. I just wish it would function properly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE!

Wide selection of cars to choose from and definitely better than carmax kind of dealerships in terms of price/value.

I also liked the fact I can test drive as many cars as I can with minimum fuss. Warning : Don t go on Weekend - it s busy but regular weekdays is good.

Cons:
Financing - They don t accept credit unions as they require too much documentation plus slowness in paying the dealer and often rates are 1.5% higher with their affiliated financial institutions.

They try to sell extended warranty products just like any other dealership would. But I went here thinking they are different and they aren t.

No good after-sales service. I had to replace two tires right after purchase- the air was leaking every day and when I took it to discount tires, they said those tires were already fixed and leaking and cannot be fixed anymore. But when I took it to dealership, they couldn t find any fault with tires. If they do 190 point inspection as advertised, how come they are able to sell tires which are fixed, it s puzzling .

On top of this, sales guy won t pick up the call and once he texted he was off that day. He was kind and courteous during the sales process though.

Overall, it was exciting experience initially but faded once car is bought.

He was also friendly, which I wasn't sure about the staff since some of the workers there looked more annoyed then wanting to be there. But not my sales guy. So don't be discouraged if you stop in and find some sour faces or drooping eyes and disgruntled voices. If you ask for Roberto, you'll be pleased.

I wanted a new car. I've had the same car for 5 years, just wanted something nicer, newer. I went to carmax first and got a trade-in value for my 2012 Honda Crosstour. I saw a couple of cars online at Drivers select and went to check them out. I met with Chris Scheu. I chose him from the reviews on their site. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable and just helpful overall. I drove a couple of Jeeps, came back the next day wanting to try an Infiniti. They gave me $1k more on my trade in than carmax and a great deal overall on my new Infiniti, never pushy. Hurry though if you see something you like. It may be gone later that same day. One of the busiest dealerships I visited, crazy turnover in cars due to their prices. All vehicles are one owner, no accidents on cards. Ask for Chris, he was great. I'm an over 50 female and don't like the car buying game most play, I'm in sales too.

I was so pleasantly surprised to purchase a vehicle from driversselect and have them be so friendly, transparent and completely lacking of pressure to purchase items you don't need or want. Our salesman, Sidney Prince, was awesome! I highly recommend this place for an honest car buying experience.

THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCES IVE EVER HAD!! I literally ordered my car offline I had never driven it or seen it in person prior this purchase. I absolutely loved it with the first glance. I have to admit I was a little skeptical in the beginning I wasn t sure if I was making the right decision with online purchases, however after I had applied for the vehicle online I contacted them the following day I got a nice gentleman on the line his name was Dan Dasch he was such a great help. I wasn t able to speak via phone through out my work day he kept me informed via email throughout the entire process. Thanks for your patients you really made me feel comfortable an at ease, Thankfully he wasn t a pushy sales person and he didn t want me to get anything outside of my price range that I didn t feel comfortable with. He has even followed up with me to make sure that this was the car that I really wanted. When I arrived all of the necessary paperwork was completed prior to my visit. I test drove the vehicle & signed what was needed an I was on my way. I drove three hours away to pick up the vehicle. When I arrived to the location everyone was so happy and willing to help the customer service was . I was here at this location for about hour an a half which isn t bad considering it could take up your entire day. Keep up the good work guys I would recommend this place to any an everyone.

Went to look at 2 cars, ended up liking one. The cost of the car is $16,909 But they wanted me to pay close to $22,000 they added their car warranties without showing the prices. We were going back and forth because warranty was close to $3,000, exterior warranty $600 and interior $450. The sales guy seemed annoyed we weren t wanting the plan. So he got the Senior Finance supervisor to take over. He ended up reducing my APR from 9.9% to 3.49% just so we could get the plan. We ended up getting the plan and probably will cancel it. I know this is how car dealerships work but we were told by multiple call center workers they weren t like this. Dont lie to me.

The process is streamlined if you complete everything you can online, prior to visiting the location. They have a fantastic selection of vehicles, and it didn t take them long to acquire the exact car we wanted! Just keep an eye on the website and act fast if you see what you want because chances are it won t be there for long! Roberto helped us seal the deal and he made the process as painless as possible.

I pay $480 a month for a car that ppl pay $260 my credit was in the mid 600s but i needed a car for work i was desperate, they knew that & took advantage! Also their customer service is a joke, its an answering machine that tells u it will call u back in 24hrs i dont think its kool to have to wait 24hrs or more just to speak to someone...

Went to three dealerships before coming to driver select, the other dealerships wasted my time. But on my way to driver select I chatted in with a live representative who just ask Me what I was looking for and my personal info. So when I got to driver select the live agent she handed me the keys and let me test drive it, I could not believe how easy they made it for me. After test driving the car came back in, we made a deal and drove off with the car of my dreams the next day they made it very easy and comfortable for me and worked with me to make sure I was a happy customer. He was professional and knowledgeable and gave my husband and I his undivided attention and care while we were at the dealership. I really like Driver's Select and they typically have good inventory. My only complaint is that the car we wanted, which was a great price and otherwise perfect, smelled of smoke. The salesman said they could do a chemical bomb treatment to take care of the smell. He promised it would work.
They did so and it seemed fine but the smell came back in about 2 days. Now we own a stinky car and are stuck with it. We are going to try to treat it other ways but it is very disappointing.

First, let me say the purchase of my daughter's car on Wed., 6/7, was by far the best car purchasing experience my wife and I have ever had. Trey was our sales representative and was extremely friendly and professional. We arrived for a 6pm appointment, test drove our targeted car, processed all of the paperwork and were out of there by 8:15 pm. That's absolutely amazing! One other item if note; I was very impressed with the selection of high end automobiles! We will be back next spring when we plan to purchase our next car!

Purchasing "the right car" car can be time-consuming and emotional. However, I appreciate the patience and flexibility that Trey demonstrated with me while I looked for the best-suited car for me given several vehicle options. He was good at promptly responding to me as I juggled my time to get there to test drive vehicles. He also was able to pose questions to me about what I was looking for without making any decisions for me. I found this to be very helpful because it helped me to figure out what was really important to me in my car purchase. Overall the experience has been good minus the few hiccups and not so pleasant service by another experience guide along with requirements changing a few times each time we decided on the car we wanted maybe due to external financing.

We had a great experience with Stephen and his trainee. We were able to trade in our old van and get a vehicle that looked and felt brand new. The prices were amazing and the 75k mile warranty made me feel very safe in making our purchase. The vehicle inventory is crazy, I recommend you have a vehicle picked out before you arrive. We did and the process went very smooth and relatively fast.

Well, I did like the car buying experience but it is the after sales that is in dire need of improvement. There were problems with my car, specifically, the interior dome light switch was missing. I was told that a customer service personnel would contact me regarding the issue within a week. It has almost been 3 weeks and no one yet has contacted me regarding the issue. The salesperson who assisted me in buying the car has stopped responding to my emails/calls.
I'm very frustrated on seeing such attitude from such a respectable organization. It seems that all of the employees will do whatever it takes to sell a car but no one would bother about a customer once the car has been sold. Disappointed !!

To our great disappointment their company policy is that they WILL NOT accept outside financing unless your financial institution will just cut them a cashier's check without requiring the dealership to provide any assurances that they'll issue the title to them as the leanholder. I wish we knew that before wasting so much time with them. This information isn't on their website but we were told this by multiple employees and it was confirmed by their management. They insist that you finance through them, and don't care to earn customer's business. When we decided to purchase the vehicle we were looking at it was thatonly then our salesman informed us they won't accept any outside financing. We told him we would have to do business elsewhere...the salesman just said "ok that's fine" and he just walked off. It was painfuly obvious he didn't care at all about making a sale.

I did a lot of research online for my next vehicle and my search kept leading me to Drivers Select. I was skeptical at first but I read many good reviews so I contacted them told them the 2 cars I wanted to look and the day I would be in to see them. When we arrived the cars were parked side by side so I could look at them both and easily compare. I test drove them both and then finally decided. Financing was a breeze I was able to purchase with 0 down and our sales rep Shannon Reed was able to stay with in my targeted monthly payment. I will also tell you I had my husband and 2 kids with me and my salesmen went with all the craziness that comes with that. Drivers Select has snack for older kids and a play room that is centrally located. Bathrooms were nice with a changing station in both the men and women's restroom. I would recommend to Drivers Select to start hunting for a bigger establishment parking is a nightmare even though they offer free valet and the inside lobby area is a tad too small for all the business that comes through there on a Sat. I would HIGHLY recommend making an appt and submit your financial stuff online. It will be a time saver. We were in and out of the dealership with in 3hours.
