We bought Lexus IS from them! great car with fair price! Salesman, Jeremy was very helpful! but unfortunately general manager was very aggressive and disrespectful to us as customer! We requested to get the tires changed because they were not in a fair condition! but he refuse to do that! and kept saying it meets our standards! apparently their standards are very LOW!!!! anyways we ended up buying the car only because spent 4 hours in the dealership! Very good car but very very bad customer experience!! I encourage the to work on it!! I wouldn't recommend to anyone because I believe customer relationship and experience is more important than selling your cars!!
