Prices are awesome!! We had to make 2 trips to get the vehicle because we did not want to finance thru their lender. They will not do a site draft from your financial institution and will require a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle, the deposit takes 7-10 business days to get back. Also they mailed someone else's title, purchase contract & other paperwork to us that had that personal/confidential info on it. We had to contact them numerous times to get that resolved. The parking lot is really crowded & parking is horrible so it's hard to look at vehicles...they are just all jumbled together. Be prepared to spent a lot of time even if you go in with your financing in place. We spent approximately 5 hours the first trip & 2 hours on the second trip!!! Great prices but horrible customer service from the "finance department/business office upstairs".
