Had a great experience buying a car here today. Brent was extremely helpful and found just what I was looking for. They were following Covid safety precautions including wearing masks and sanitizing the vehicle before I test drove it. Brent and Paul were both great to work with during the buying process and made me comfortable during the whole process. We were able to finalize everything fairly quickly (quicker than any other car buying experience I've had). I would definitely recommend shopping here for your next used car!

Very terrible experience. I put a security deposit to take a particular car off of the market. Two days later I get a call saying that the policy changed in the middle of my transaction (it actually changed some time ago) and that the car I was purchasing was being driven by someone else. I was basically told that the car was going to sell to the person who got to the dealership first. I dropped everything I was doing at work and made it to the dealership 7 minutes after I received the phone call. I arrived only to find another customer with the keys, which I guess gave him priority, and I watched for an hour and a half as he went through credit approval and purchased the car I intended to buy. A very unpleasant experience to say the least.

Great dealership. Process was fast and easy. If you re looking for a place to buy nice cars for a good price this is it. My salesmen was Joshua McKay at the Grand Prairie location. He had excellent customer service, was fast at getting the process and paperwork done, and even did everything he could to help with my outside financing (which they don t really like to do of course). Overall if your looking for a salesmen that is professional and has a good attitude ask for Joshua McKay.
Tre Grays is phenomenal. If I could give him a 20 out of 10, I would! His service was great, he took his time, he was caring, and he tried his hardest to find me a great deal which he did. He asked all of the proper questions and made sure he got me the deal I wanted along with the monthly note. My favorite thing about him was that he was personable and he didn't make me feel like he just wanted my money. If you want to purchase a vehicle go ask for him and no one else!

I absolutely loathe the thought of purchasing a new car simply because of the process and over bearing salesman. HOWEVER my mind has been changed. I picked Driversselect because I heard 95% of everything can be done online. I love the fact all inventory is also available online. My original appointment was with Jeff, however when I arrived he was busy with a guest and I was lucky enough to have Tyler help me. HE WAS AWESOME!!!!! The entire process was painless. Its such a laid back atmosphere. Salesman dont attack you like fresh meat when you arrive. The coolest thing I found was that my car was missing the extra key. They told me to go to ANY VW dealership in the area and have them call the ower of DS and he will pay for an additional key. Driversselect has my business from here on out!

Wow, this dealership is a joke! Their about us section says that they have a "Culture of CARE" (Caring Acts Randomly Expressed). Well we didn't get any culture of care, we just got screwed over! On 6/25/18 at 9am I called and asked for Ivan, the sales person I had been working with on a Buick Enclave. I was told Ivan was not there yet and would be in at 11am. I was trying to do the right thing so I waited till 11 am because I didn't want to screw Ivan over on the sale of a car. At 11am, I called back and Ivan answered the phone. THE VERY FIRST THING I ASKED WAS IS THE CAR STILL AVAILABLE. His answer was he needed to check. I waited on him for about 5 minutes and he came back on the phone and told me that yes the vehicle was still available. I excitedly said great, I would like to purchase it. He asked me details about financing, asked if he could run my credit, and asked me how much money I would like to put down on the car to reserve it. I answered all of those questions. He said he would run all of that through the finance manager and call me back in 45 minuets. He also said congratulations. Side note- I live 400 miles away and have good credit. I knew I would be approved and used this time to clean out a vehicle we would be trading in and pack a bag as I was preparing to take 2 days off work and drive 400 miles to buy a car. After waiting an hour and twenty minuets Ivan called me back and explained the details of the loan terms and asked if he could take my credit card now for the down payment. I said that was fine as long as I would have the chance to inspect the car upon arrival. He took my credit card number and again said he would call me back. I asked if he could send me a receipt via fax or email and strangely enough he said no I would get it when I came in person. I found this to be strange but went along with it as he said they were very busy. Thirty more minuets went by and finally Ivan calls back. He tells me that someone else has come in and offered to buy the car and since I am not there in person they are going to sell it to the other buyer and he is sorry. I was blindsided! THE VERY FIRST THING I ASKED WAS IS THIS CAR STILL AVAILABLE? AND THEN I SAID I WANT TO BUY IT!!!!!! That was 2.5 hours before someone else walked in the door!!!! How does any company consider themselves to be reputiable or "CARE" about their customers when they sell merchandise out from under them. Keep in mind they had already ran my credit, which lowered my credit score and took my card for a deposit that I would have given them at any point in the process. How in the world does I WANT TO BUY THIS CAR mean sell it to someone else while I wait on you because you are busy? Then I was told by both Ivan and the Sales manager that even though I was first, I wasn't there in person so I lose. I asked how when you make a downpayment on something, it is ok to sell it to someone else? I don't get it? I know this company has low prices, thats what drew me in. But how much worse can you be than to sell cars out from under someone? And you know what all this time and trouble got me from them? An assurance that even though my credit score dropped from their inquiry, it wouldn't hurt me at all. And I got the opportunity to purchase a different vehicle at list price. Oh wow how lucky am I. I feel so valued and "CARE"d about. I am glad that you live up to your culture and I hope that someone will read this and realize that maybe, just maybe you should respect and "CARE" for your customers. Because in the long run, it will hurt your business to provide service like that. I would give negative or zero stars if I could.
We were looking for a car for our daughter and we knew what features we were looking for, but had not finalized the car model. Charles McCormick helped us narrow down our search to a Mazda. We visited the dealership multiple times till we found the car we were looking for. It was the best car buying experience ever. Charles was very knowledgeable and patient and worked with us. In the end we found the best car. The no-haggle price at Driversselect was also great. It was the lowest price we could find in DFW. The whole experience working with Charles and Driversselect was the best. I would highly recommend them for any car buying needs.

I did not meet him in person until the 3rd day and when I went to meet him, he had everything set up, I did my tests drives made my choice, spent my time there looking at cars not paperwork. Where to start!! First thing, I drove 10 hrs from Omaha, Ne. to buy my car. Found a Great fully loaded Chrysler 300 for an amazing price through Driversselect. Being in Omaha I wanted to make sure everything was legit before the long drive, I called and talked to Kristy only because my salesman was off that day, and she gave me a trade in value for my car right over the phone, she assured me the car was there, and everything was good to go! I drive about 10 hours, get there and meet Chandler Elliot (my salesman), take the car for a test drive, go inside and within about 3 hrs I was leaving in my new ride! The whole buying experience was top notch, pleasant, and no negotiation or high pressure sales like your typical dealer! Everyone was professional even tho they were laidback the way they presented themselves, and conducted business! That was a good thing, cause you could tell they really loved their jobs, and helping their customers! Not your typical salesman in suit and tie, but very knowledgeable experienced people taking care of their customers! I want to thank Kristy, and Chandler Elliot for a wonderful buying experience, and in and out in a very timely manner! I have already told people I work with about this place, and all my family! I know next time I m in the market for a great newer used car at a Fantastic price, I won t hesitate to look here again, and make the 10 hr drive! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! We called to verify the truck we wanted was there.
We drove an hour to get there.
When we got there, they couldn t find the truck. An hour later we asked to change sales agents, because ours got testy when we asked if it would be much longer to see the truck.
The manager found the truck in about 5 minutes.
We test drove it and decided to buy it.
Filled out all the forms.
Second sales guy came by to inform us that the car was incorrectly listed (so worth less) but of course they don t change the price.
We decided to still buy the truck.
Then came the warranty sales pitch.
We said no. Three times.
We asked him to stop trying to sell us the warranty, and that we really didn t want it, and if he tried to sell us the warranty again, we were leaving.
Then he tried to sell us the warranty again.
We left.
Waste of 4 hours. Great truck that was misrepresented. Manager tried, but the sales guys were the very worst ever.

It was a great experience! Robert B sold me my new car. I told him what I wanted, he took his time, explained everything that I wasn t clear on. And overall I m very happy with this experience.
Update: the finance manager called me today and asked how my experience could have been improved and even helped me lock in my rate at their other dealership that had a car I was also interested in and was closer to me. I had a newer salesman and he let me know they would take my feedback to help train employees. Very happy with how profession and constructive he was. I think the dealership is great, I just ended up with a salesman that wasn t a good fit for me. Thank you for making things right and getting me taken care of!
I went in yesterday looking to trade my car in and I ended up with the least knowledgeable sales person ever. He tried telling me that decreasing my payment term would increase the rate (I've never worked with any bank that works this way). He was not knowledgeable on the car either, I wasn't shown any of the features. I went in at 4:30 and was there for hours waiting on financing options and an appraisal on my trade in. Then I hear the salesman complaining (after trying to tack on 4k of bs warranties that I don't need, the car was STILL under manufacturer warranty). So I left to get financing from my bank instead. Reach out to the sales guy today and no response (sales people are supposed to reach out to the prospective customer). If they had more experienced sales people, they could have had my business. I'm disappointed and I wasted my entire afternoon just to deal with the worst car salesman I've ever encountered.
Lots of used cars almost like new. Friendly environment Mr. frank is great in his job. Found my car after lots of research... keep it up!
I am backing them down to 3 stars for poor followup. No tags received (yet they dealership received them and did not call me, they put the wrong zip code on our paperwork); we have not received any car payment info from lender (wrong zip code on our paperwork which we showed them at closing); they owe us a car cleaning and they have not followed through. I am stalking them daily!
Other than that, for the purchase part, here is my review.....we had a good experience. all done in one day, credit was great (very low rates, matched my CU).
cons: they are disorganized. I made an appointment, told them what cars i wanted to drive, they said they would have them on the lot. They did not have them. we waited and waited and waited. finally got one we wanted to drive and bought it, gave up on the rest.
service: car smells smokey. super responsive service, but the service company that is supposed to show up has not called. That's been 3 weeks so I continue to stalk them.
Tags: 4 weeks and they have not shown up. They had my zip code wrong on my finance papers which i corrected but wondering if they caught it for my tags.
Overall, I will use them again just for the ease factor. I used Jeff Jewell, He was very nice an fairly responsive but did seem a bit disorganized. So bring your sense of humor and plan on spending extra time.
The cars are in two lots so you HAVE to make an appointment and if the car you want is not there, you have to wait until they bring it. That's a pain.
BUT, all cars are on line. pricing is on line, fees are online. They do try and upsell you extended warranties (that start from day one of purchase, NOT when manufacturer's warranty expires) so ask questions. They also try and sell you gap insurance. Both of those do add up.
We are happy with your Honda purchase and the price we got. A top of the line civic for about $7K less than a new one would be, and with only 15K miles on it. Car is in excellent shape. They are constantly bringing in new cars as well so you can see whats about to be added to the website on their holding lot where you drive the cars. They also update website regularly. Ours was removed from the website once we made our deposit (which is no refundable by the way so make sure you are sure before you whip out your card).
Keys: they only offered one and said I could have another made (keyless entry, push button so it's a key fob). He said cheaper than Honda if I did it at DS: $250. I called Honda, it's $135, much cheaper. So Jeff was mistaken or upselling me. They should come with two keys, all cars do.
Great place to buy a car from, went there with no appointment and drove away with a car. Only thing was the paper work took a long time to get ready but everything else was perfect will be going back for another car.
made an appointment to test drive a car. when I got there I checked in at the front counter. they called the salesman to say that I was here for my appointment he said he was off the clock and gone for the day. they set me up with another sales counselor but I was now 4th inline for the car I was there to buy. I waited another hour to test drive the the car. after waiting the sales counselor came back and said the car sold and if wanted to look at something else

At first i was a little hesitant to choose drivers select, but once i saw just how personal and dedicated Lisa was to helping me obtain a vehicle,i knew right then and there that i would be using Lisa and Drivers Select to buy my vehicle. I am only 23 years old and they still made the process painless after so many others telling me my age hurt my chances. Kinda crazy transition. Found a vehicle that my daughter liked. Called to check availability and put a deposit down to reserve the vehicle. I asked if they would have all the paperwork prefilled to minimize time at dealership. Everything was perfect. Flew from Corpus Christi to DFW and took a cab from the airport to the dealership. I called and confirmed with sales rep. by email, over phone and with text message that car is still available and set up appointment.
I provided my personal information while I was there, signed papers and waited around 2 hours to know that someone else already put deposit for this car in the morning (I was there in the afternoon).
As of now car is still listed on their web site (Stock#: A46464), after 24 hours of presumed deposit.
Sales rep. asked me if I want to buy another car instead. It seems to me it's bait and switch or they don't want to sell car to customers who wants to pay cash.
While I was waiting there I saw another customer was upset and angry with the same sales rep. because he was pushing to buy some kind of product/service that customer didn't want to buy. Later, I saw a manager came by and try to convince the customer and explaining why he needs to buy these add nos that customer didn't like to buy and customer just got more angry saying "I just want to buy car, not your xxxx" and stepped out of the door without buying the vehicle, customer was loud before he leave.
I think they advertise car with low price and sell costly loan and expensive extended warranty to customer and I was not interested either of these, I wanted to pay cash and didn't want to buy extended warranty.
Please inform your customer ahead that you won't sell car for cash or won't sell car if customer don't want to buy your other product like extended warranty.

Bruce Roath is the best car salesman i have every encounter. I told him what i can put down and he worked his magic he didn't give me that salesman talk he truly stood by his word. I won't be going to another dealership besides drivers select. Have a wonderful selection of update cars also.

Tremaine was our Client Experience contact and was extremely professional, positive, and patient with us as we looked at several cars. As I understand it, Tremaine is new and I know he will do exceptionally well! Trey was another employee that we encountered, and I understand it he is a trainer for the company. While we were not his prospects, he treated us as if we were. He also provided an exceptional experience, which included taking one of the cars on a test drive with us. He also engaged our children in a great conversation, while providing tons of wisdom. We got a 2019 RAM Big Horn with AWD and V8 for only 32k. I found the listing on Car Gurus and called them up to schedule an appointment. "Q" or Quentonious helped us with no pressure. No constant talking, just answering questions, and allowing us to enjoy our experience with the truck we were interested in. With it being a Saturday, the paperwork took quite a while to purchase the car but we are happy in the end! Nicole Lancey has been so awesome. I knew I was wanting to upgrade my car, but I was having to wait for the title to come in after paying my current vehicle off. She was never pushy, would just drop me a note to see if I had found a car or if I was still looking. Well I found the vehicle on their website yesterday and texted her asking her to call me once she got to work. It was actually her day off, but she came in anyway to help me with my car purchase. She made the process a pleasant experience and when I am ready for another vehicle I hope she is still there because I would definitely go with her again and would recommend her and Driversselect to my family and friends. Naod was my car salesman and he was absolutely amazing. When I called Echo Park Naod answered. When I told him I interested in the silver 2017 Pacifica Limited with Mocha colored seats he immediately said "Ohhhh that car is SO Nice it has a vacuum cleaner built in it". Right then and there I assumed Echo Park was a small car lot but when me and my husband arrived I realized the Lot was Huge. The fact that my salesman new exactly what vehicle I was talking about off of my very basic description was AmazeBalls to me. Right then and there over the phone Naod started the process of taking care of myself and husband. I had no clue that Naod was a newbie on the sales floor until we got there and I only new that because we where told at the start of our visit. If no one told us this I would have thought he had been doing this forever. He answered every question even when we threw him curve balls. He made sure the finance team worked with us to get us a low interest rate, I got a beautiful extended warranty package AND he went to the back and came back with cornbread for me. Naod rocks. Months. Which after he ran my credit 6 times come to find out was a lie. The manager Jay emailed me. Asked for stubs. That I sent. A week later & still no response. They don t care about customers or how they effect their credit. Or how awful they make the car buying experience.
Definitely recommend this dealership and our salesman Joshua. I went in there 6 months pregnant and had a smile my face the whole time. The vans I saw online were available for me to test drive as soon as we got there. He was friendly and didn't pressure me at all. Knowledge of the car was great. No gimmicks or hassle here. We had come from another dealership who tried to tack on over $1,000 in fees for window tinting, lo jack, and nitrogen in the tires...ridiculous ! Not here. No hidden fees. The quality of the cars on the lot is excellent. My husband ended up liking my fully loaded minivan so much that he took our daughter to school in it the next day while I was at work ! LOL.

Great prices and big selection of cars found exactly what I wanted, down side it took me 7 hours to get out of the dealership with my new car had an appointment at 12pm and left the dealership at 7pm very slow at getting you out because each salesperson is trying to help 5 people at once and they did not wash my car, pull off window stickers or put gas in it before giving me the keys like I was told they would i left the lot with the gas light on.
It was a very good experience when it comes to buying a vehicle. Harry was friendly and not pushy. He had the car ready and it just felt comfortable.

They made changes to their policies they now only buy cars 1 to 3 years old and still under warranty. Great cars, great prices, and they plan to move very soon ... they are planning to move to Grand Prairie

I just walked in for a 2017 Land Rover which was low on miles so I wanted to see the car. The car was okay. I asked for honest feedback from Paul on what could be the reason for this car to be sitting in your lot for this long and the reason for its low price. He gave me a satisfactory answer and explained all my questions. Out of curiosity I asked if they have any 2016+ Jeep Grand Cherokee and then the actual deal started.
I was presented with several options, since I know what I wanted, I was able to pick two Jeep. Paul was extremely helpful in setting up the test drive of the car the steps for purchasing it. There was no pressure of buying at all from him. I will recommend Paul at DRIVERSSELECT to all my friends and family.
Their price is already below market, so be ready for 0 negotiation.
While you make the deal, be sure to ask for good detailing of the car, this could be an area of improvement. Since I was in rush so I won't blame on their detailer. It is not a deal breaker at all, car was fairly clean, may be my definition of cleaning could be strict here.

I went to driversselect 2 times.. First time to get my friend's car but we end up not taking it because of their mistake. Second time to see some cars but they didn't show even we took appointment.. I will not recommend it to anybody.. I got the car from some other good dealer..
EchoPark Automotive is a great place to purchase a gently used vehicle that is a couple of years and cars that have low miles. We purchased a 3 years Lexus GS350 F Sport with low miles and a great price. Wife was very happy. Jeff Jewell did a great job in showing us the vehicle and telling us about some of the features. Very smooth transaction with no high sales pressure. This has been the best place in my years of experience to purchase a used vehicle. A+ for the dealership and A+ for Jeff. To start off, I NEVER do reviews...I've been in sales for over 20 years and the experience I had here was so fantastic, it motivated me to write the review I NEVER write. Been looking for a little over a year. Have grown to really dislike the car buying experience. Lots of pressure and wasting time sitting (while they go "talk to the manager"). It's been one of the biggest things holding me back from actually pulling the trigger on a new car.
The dealership I was at, right before this dealership, took a whole Saturday of mine...I only test drove 3 cars! Wasn't completely sold either and then the pressure started. Told them my offer (which of course was lower than the sticker price...I know the game), not only did they come back with a counter offer, IT WAS $4,000 OVER THE ORIGINAL STICKER PRICE!!! How is that possible? Then they tried to make a big deal about the $4,000..."We'll give you $3,000 off. Can we say congrats on a new car?" Um...NO Anyways, long story short, my Saturday was wasted for nothing. The only good thing that came of the experience was that it led me to DriverSelect.
At this new dealership, I checked the reviews and they all seemed good. Being in sales, I know there are hidden things all a long the way and some will take advantage of it. I went in being super cautious...looking for any and all hidden stuff all these other dealership had been doing.
My sales rep was David Bridgeman. Super personable and SUPER PATIENT! He was completely transparent with the whole process. He told me from beginning to end what would happen from start to finish "If I decided to make a purchase".
My favorite thing about the whole process was that as a sales trainer, I teach that you MUST LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER if you want the order. David listened. I told David straight up my expectations and how I didn't want to be trapped all day like at other lots and that I REALLY WAS interested in making a decision...but I needed time to process it all.
We sat and he pulled up 17 models of the car I was looking for (selection is amazing by the way). He asked me several questions to help narrow down the choices. I was left with 5. I test drove 2 of the 3 and then left because I had to go to work. Total time at the dealership...less that 1 hour!!!
I came back the next morning. I'm sure David knew he had a sale. I can be one of those annoying customers who splits hairs when making decisions and this was no different. I HAD to go test drive the others. I felt kind of silly for asking to test drive THE SAME CAR but David was very accommodating and told me that if I was spending the amount of money I was on a car, then I SHOULD be picky and make sure of what I want...how rare?!?!?!? Most sales people just want to hurry and close the sale.
At the closing table, it was a very simple process. I told them what my terms were, they made some quick calculations and then gave me a few different options on how to go about with financing...the price of the car never changed. I was offered their extended packages and only accepted one of them. I turned everything else down. Again, here is where David listened. He KNEW I wasn't going to go with any of the packages but he still asked (like a good salesperson should)...but there was NO PRESSURE. We made a deal and I had to leave again and come back to finish paperwork. total time this trip: less than an hour!
I've seen so many contracts and seen so many hidden things. People can be very creative when writing those things. Definitely on guard at this point...everything else has been too smooth and too pleasant. Guess what?!?!?! No hidden anything!
Sorry this was a bit long, but its rare that (me being in sales for 20 years) I get impressed with a sales person and their organization. It's often we hear about the car buying experience and what a horror it is...just thought it would be a good idea to make sure people hear of the good experiences too! Thank You David for your professionalism and patience, you definitely made me a happy man!!!

I came to EchoPark first thing Friday Morning. It was really easy and was quickly directed to someone that helped me and explained clearly the vehicle purchasing process. I've been looking for the right car for months and I was so lucky to find exactly what I wanted down to the T. I was helped by Lilia Galindo. Her service was gracious and not pushy like other dealerships. She answered all the questions and concerns I had with a response easy for me to understand. This will be by 4th car purchase and by far the easiest.
LaMarcus of the Grand Prairie EchoPark branch was very patient sales person. I felt in no way pressured to purchase my vehicle or any add-ons. The paperwork went smoothly and he even saved me a whole percentage point in ARP.
This place does not negotiate price at all, despite having damage on vehicle and two tires with significantly lower thread count than the other two. I had already secured outside financing with my local credit union and this place only uses inside financing( they do this to mark up the interest rate) told me it would take two to three weeks to get funds from my bank, so they will not use them, or any other outside financing for that matter. I was told I could see how much they bought the truck for at auction. A woman came over with a laptop and rather hastily scrolled through some numbers. She tried telling me they paid the same price they were trying to sell me the vehicle for! I'm sorry but that's not how that works! After I asked if they were at all willing to come down on the price, she said no, closed her laptop and walked off. My sales man didn't even return, so I left. I would not recommend any dealer that's not willing to negotiate or use outside financing.
Greg was very patient and personable. I have a vehicle that I truly like and not have gone with anything else. He did not hassle me at all and he came back with numbers that I can agree on. I would deal with him in the future if I needed another car.
Got my first car here. They were very helpful and answered all of my questions. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for good priced used cars. I absolutely love my 2016 Ford Escape. Thanks guys!
