This place to the only place I bring my saws and lawnmower to be worked on. Out standing people.
After purchasing several peices of equipment/accessories from this business, we were faced with a very bad experience that has left us with no other option, other than, " NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH J & E ENTERPRISES, AGAIN!! The problem started after taking our Cub Cadet zero-turn lawn mower for repairs!! Before taking the mower to J & E, I called Cub Cadet and the representatives stated that the closest servicer/dealerships in our area was J & E Enterprises. Upon arrival, the repairman took our name, phone number and zero turn as if he would repair the equipment. The very next day, we recieved an early morning call with a request from Robert, yelling on the other end of the line for us to immediately come to remove our equipment from his premises. Feedback was provided to Cub Cadet, family and friends on the way we was treated! Hopefully, losing business will teach Robert how to value and talk to customers that have helped him stay in business all these years!!! CLAIM BASED ON J & E ENTERPRISES WEBSITE: "We service all types of lawn equipment and we have a full lawn and garden service, parts and sales departments" Actually, a business owner with this type of rude, disrespecftul, unprofessional behavior, WHO CLAIMS TO SERVICE ALL TYPES OF LAWN EQUIPMENT, FULL SERVICE & PARTS deserves a 0 ratingl, but the only way I could post this review for the PUBLIC TO SEE was to choose one (1)!!
