BEWARE!!! I purchased a vehicle from this location...

BEWARE!!! I purchased a vehicle from this location June 9th, took the car back a few days later due to the brakes squealing and a vibration when turning a/c on. The dealership greased the brakes and couldn't tell me what the vibration issue was and to take it to the manufacture. I purchased a 2017 Jaguar XE, it took over a month to get an appointment with Jaguar due to needing a loaner because I work for a living a needed a car. In the meantime the brakes sounded horrible, I finally took the car to Jaguar of Grapevine and was informed I needed a new set of brakes for $1000. I contacted Driver Select CUSTOMER CARE, I spoke with an associate by the name of Miriam 8/28. I explained to Miriam the situation which she let me know she would get with the GM and explain to him what happened since the 30 day warranty was up and she would give me a call back. I did not hear back from Miriam the next day so I decided to call back, Miriam let me know she had forgot and would do it the next day since it was so late and if she didn't contact me by noon Thursday to give her a call. Fast forward noon Thursday and I had not heard from Miriam, I called and she was at lunch. She finally called me back after leaving a message with another customer service representative. I begin to ask her if she had spoken to the GM and her response was she had forgot again and to give her 15mins and she would call me back. She finally called me back to let me know that they could not help due to the 30 day warranty was expired however, I had an extended warranty and maintenance plan and to let them know. (The extended warranty or maintenance plan doesn't cover ware and tare) I begin to tell her that I brought the car back for this reason before the warranty was expired and was instructed to go the Jaguar Dealership which took awhile due to being booked up. She had an I don't care attitude. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
