First time driverselect experience. The 5 stars is for Q, our sales rep. Hands down, one of the best customer service oriented sales person I have ever dealt with when buying a used vehicle. He explained EVERYTHING and never seemed rushed or annoyed if my wife or I had additional questions. ALWAYS the courteous professional. Overall the experience was good. Great selection of any vehicle you could be possibly looking for and a very relaxed environment. The only downside is that, unless you put a hold on a vehicle, it can and will most likely be sold from under you (CASH IS KING!!). So if you know you need/want a vehicle, choose it online, call and make and appointment and show up AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. That way, if someone is competing for the vehicle you want, the early bird will get the worm first. THANKS Q, FOR A GREAT, STRESS-FREE experience!!
