Excellent Company to work with. Cars are 2 to 3 year old and condition and title is all clean and good. Price of vehicle is below KBB book value. I went in and was helped by a very sales ( Jeremy) and I was given the opportunity to test drive different cars and he is patient to get with my needs. We test drove 7 vehicle before coming to our selection.... I came in for the Audi A3 and ended up driving off the lot on a CLA250. very happy experience buying a car here in Driver select. No pressure and very easy ! no games like a lot of dealers I go to where you wait for a long time and the sales and manager play the in and out game! and also no hidden " pin stripe, tinting, or any over price junk that we dont need" what U see is what u get here. They got me great finance rate and we did buy the extended warranty because of the type of vehicle I got.. after choosing the right car we were out with all the documents and signing done in 30 min ! wow ! that is a new car buying experience. I cannot say any better and screw the other car dealers for playing games! I will get another from them in a heart beat! If U want a transparent system of buying car! we finally got one in town.. thank you driver select.
Thorough, fast and friendly customer service. Although I have not made a decision on a purchase, they are undoubtedly the best in late model cars and below market prices.
I purchased my Jeep August 9, 2019 I was notifying my salesman women CC that I was having problems with it. February 18, 2020 I had to take my car to Jeep and I need a motor in my vehicle. How is it months later I need anew motor in my car. I later found that Driver Select rigged this vehicle to get it off of their lot. I also signed up for a warranty with CC come to find out I never had it. I constantly called the dealership to speak to a Manager I was always put on hold and someone would come back and hang up in my face.ill never purchase a car from Driver Select.
THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF! Was there for hours--had every intention of buying a car. They wait you out to get you tired of negotiating so you just settle. People were sleeping on the couches and looked like they had been there for days. Dealers try to trick you up with "let me show you the math" as if you can't see the numbers in front of you. GO ELSEWHERE
They can have really good deals. No bargains though. Their cars seemed to be in good shape. One issue, you can only finance from the banks they have ties with. Really busy on the weekends. Even if you have an appointment you might have to wait for a while.
This dealership is not your typical dealership as we thought. You need an appointment and need to have your choices picked out online prior to your appointment. Actually it would be better to test drive your cars elsewhere and come here to just buy. We were at this dealership on a Saturday as "walk-ins" we had no appointment for 5 hours with our 8 year old in tow. I did do research online for a week and We had a budget and cars in mind. Nowhere on their website does it mention appointment needed, appointment suggested or appointment only. This would be helpful, DS. We test drove 3 cars in I would say 2-3 hours. Most of their cars are off site and as a walk-in it will take 1 hour to get 1 car to test drive. I am not sure, but their offsite lot must be located in Waco. :) They do have a large inventory and great prices. No pressure to buy, no swarming salesmen. The buying process took maybe an hour to 1.5 hours. They have good rates and 3 lenders to choose from. I do agree with another reviewer, the detailing process of the car you buy could be better.
Since we were walk in's, our assigned salesmen was Tommy. He was a nice guy. He could be a bit more organized. Throughout the 5 hour process we did have to go and "find" him several times. Also, I had to return to the dealership this week for our SD card for our navigation system to work in our new car and some of our paperwork was not copied right & missing. Just little details.
I do like this dealership and would purchase from them again. It would have been a great experience if we would have had an appointment and they had our cars ready to test drive when we got there. So, my advice, make an appointment, tell them what you want to drive, they can then tell you if they still have the car or not and have them ready to drive when you arrive, get pre-approved online and come with an acceptable form of down payment. They don t accept CC or personal checks.

I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range but knew i desperately needed one Josh took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a car that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was happy with my purchase. I highly recommend Driver Select Echo Park (Joshua Lopez) . It was worth the hour drive to get there lol I am very pleased with my car and the excellent service i received.
Bought a fully loaded '19 Tahoe with low mileage four months ago. I've had to take the vehicle to a Chevy repair shop on 4 different occasions. Echo Park didn't want to mess with it since it was under manufacturer's warranty. They also failed to get the vehicle inspected before selling it to me, which severally delayed completing registration and ultimately getting license plates. I've also had to consistently follow-up to get reimbursement for the inspection I had to pay for. This has been the worst experience. I highly recommend not buying from them.

I want to share my car buying experience with Driver Select, please read this so you may be aware of similar issues and take care.
Yes, Driver Select offers competitive prices compared to many other dealerships and no bargain which I felt good. You will be lucky if there is no problem with the Car you bought. But it will be a night mare if there is an issue and I faced bitter experience with Driver select customer service. It s not 1 attempt but they took 5 attempts to fix an issue with my car and still problem is not resolved. Reason is simple they are not serious after the Sale.
I bought a Honda Civic in Dec'18 and during test run, low pressure indicator popped up. Sales person told its due to weather and they will check the pressure and fix it. Issue is that, Low pressure light comes and stays on even the tire pressure is ok, I contacted Customer Service and they asked me bring the vehicle to inspect and fix it.
As mentioned, Driver Select took 5 attempts (4 times at their facility and 1 time at (unknown) Honda dealer). First 3 times they fixed the issue at Driver select facility and issue came back within a week, indicates poor quality of service and I doubt the 190 point inspection pass claim. 4th time, they claimed that car was taken to a Honda dealership (unknown till now) and never provided Dealership details / Report on what was fixed, despite I requested several times. Taking to Honda dealership was a clear bluff.
After 4th attempt failed, I asked to exchange the vehicle and sales Manager Vance requested me for one last chance to fix the car from another Honda dealership (Lute Riley Honda).
I dropped my car and insisted to get a report from Honda this time to make sure it is fixed properly. Got a call after 3 days that car was ready but no report given and was told they will email it next day. After couple of follow-ups, finally they disclosed that car was not taken to Honda dealership and they changed tires which were having uneven tread that might have caused the problem. Clearly no transparency.
They knew the tires condition from day 1 and inspected multiple times and never mentioned about uneven tread. I replaced 2 front tires with low tread (6) after 2nd attempt failed. Other 2 tires have good tread (9), so this claim of uneven tread is not convincing. Even it is true, they should have done this much earlier. After 5th attempt, I told if the issue not coming up for a month then I will consider the issue is resolved, however it back again after 2 weeks. I contacted Customer service and no response till now.
I made 5 trips to Driver select (60 miles per trip, total 300 miles), spent 12 hours precious time (office hours) and wrote more than dozen mails and calls and spent $150 to replace 2 tires. Ended up frustrated and felt not treated fairly. We expect Customer service to take care of the issues and address concerns, but my experience with Driver Select is really disappointing and I trusted them and patiently took my car 5 times and still they are unable to fix the problem to my satisfaction. After my initial google review, Wes from Customer Service promised that they will fix the issue whatever it takes to my satisfaction, but not kept the word. I spent 14 grand and ended up with a problematic car.
What I liked:
Dan was courteous and efficient, even when juggling another customer. Tip: Better if it s a working day when there is less rush. No pressure to buy. Allowed me to test drive twice, alone and with the wife. Trade in was generous. Price was lowest all around for a low mileage 328i. I was not treated any different even though I did not use their finance, I was paying cash.
What could have been better:
I was initially told they would allow independent inspection, but manager shot it down, citing Corp policy. I personally know some friends that bought from them and had an inspection done in the past month. I let it slide due to the mileage. Can do with less aggressive marketing to push extended warranty. But I understand, there are targets to meet and is no different than say Best Buy trying to get you to buy a service warranty and maybe the price is even reasonable.
They only filled half a tank of gas, maybe because it s premium, not a big deal.
Car buying has always been the most dreadful experience for me...but not this time! I have heard for the last couple of years about Drivers Select on multiple radio stations, but was blown away by the friendliness and commitment to making this experience about what we wanted or needed instead of just finalizing a deal. Kevin helped me talked through my thoughts to narrow down exactly what was best for me and then he even came out and met me and the kids all the way across the metroplex in order for me to see the vehicle. Then after finalizing the deal, they worked with me on a delivery date and place that was convenient (since this was a surprise gift for my wife). On top of everything they had already done for me that I felt was above and beyond, they poured it on thicker by getting involved in the surprise and making it 100 times more special than I ever could. They were there to tell my wife Happy Birthday with cupcakes and other gifts and truly made it an experience that was not only special for our family, but made it easy for me to realize, THERE IS NO BETTER PLACE TO BUY A CAR...PERIOD!!!

Long wait for customer service and longer waits to see a car
Received a good deal on my car, however a month after purchasing it my car keeps displaying maintenance required . My car allegedly has over 2,000 miles until I should require an oil change according to the sticker on my windshield. I was told that I m no longer under their warranty and to go to a real Toyota dealership to take care of it. Also they push the extended warranty way to hard. I had to deny it over 6 times, and a woman who I guess was some type of manager tried to pressure me into me into trading in my car for $1k. Instead I sold it within days for $5000 on my own. Just know that you may get a good price, but once you re off the lot, you re on your own after 30 days of purchase.

Got my car in the fastest car buying experience I could ve imagined. I would recommend DriversSelect an EchoPark company to others.
This is amazing place to buy a used car..this is my first time buying a used car from Driver select and absolutely loved entire experience. Their facility is amazing and so are people, we worked with dedicated and professional sales man Kyle, who helped through out the process.. there were no sales gimmicks, pricing hassles ..my experience was even better than new car dealership where you have wait hours for finance manager who will try to sell you unnecessary addons..Kyle was our point of contact all the way and we were blown away with entire experience..
Their website is very easy to work with and entire inventory is online, we looked at 4 cars and their selection is hand picked and great quality..

Do not go with George Khan, made me ran my credit knowing I wasn t going to get approved for financing. He made an unsure face when I was entering in my income (at the time I didn t think much of it) he comes back saying I have to be making a certain income in order for me to purchase the vehicle even though he said my credit was good. I just wasted time and hurt my score. They use sneaky tactics to lock you in please save ur time and money and go somewhere else.
Chris was very attentive to my questions. With Chris and 2 sales managers we made the near impossible, possible. I love my new car.
My experience at drversselect, was one of the most memorable experiences when purchasing a car. The atmosphere was great, the car selection incredible, but most importantly our sales rep. Was very helpful, friendly and honest..he's name is Hensay Qualah. We thank you mr. Qualah. Great experience.
I was hesitant on car searching, because of the rush of the car salesman when you pull into the parking lot. This location did not do that at all! They answered all my questions/concerns and let me have the time I needed to think. And, to top it off, they got my price where I needed it without a ton of back and forth! Very pleased!

For my first car I had a pretty good experience, Larry was the guy that handled all my paperwork and wants from a car, he did a great job and was genuinely a nice guy. Although, over past 6 months they have changed most of their staff, they still provide good service for past customers, for example when I couldn t find the policy number for my dents and chips coverage they went through their info and helped me out.
Other than th trade in offer, it was a good experience. Get financing approved and set an appointment to get in and out quickly. Otherwise be prepared for long waits.
My boyfriend and I walked in to Drivers Select not knowing what to expect. We knew one thing, we wanted a dealer who understood our needs on top of being personable and understanding of our needs in a vehicle. We had a budget and had a vehicle type in mind. Joshua Lopez helped us find the right car. He crunched numbers and spent hours making sure we got in a vehicle we wanted. I am so appreciative of his time, expertise and I would definitely come back in the future. My new car is nice, clean and had perfect mileage and upkeep and it's a perfect family car that my kids love too. I'm definitely recommending my friends to try Drivers Select and with Joshua.
I bought 2 cars from Echo Park in June and have had nothing but problems with them both. I own 4 cars in total and have owned over 20 cars in my lifetime. I also come from the automotive background. I am not sure of the inspections they perform or where the cars come from that both of the cars would have spent over 6 days in the shop each in less than 3 months. I received another call from my daughter today that her car was headed back into the shop. We have had transmission problems, multiple sensor issues, and repairs costing hundreds of dollars on cars that have less than 40k miles and 2016 and 2018.
Robert Bonner was such a joy to work with! He was easy to contact- quick with responses and funny and kind - he made the process super easy- when I go there to pick up the car it was no haggling or hassle - it was just exactly what he told me it would be !
And I truly felt he was genuinely happy for me to drive away in my car - "whatever you do just drive safely " were his parting words to me

I actually called driver select back in January and spoke with Josh who was very professional and eager to assist. However, I decided that I was not ready to purchase , at that time. I filled out another application online about three weeks ago and it just so happened that Josh called me back again. I advised him I would be ready to purchase in a few weeks and he go on the job. He kept me informed, let me know what my options were and stayed up front about everything. If I had a question he didn't have an answer to he made sure he got an answer. All of the hard work was done from home. He sent pictures of the vehicle we decided was the best choice. It had the right miles, down payment and car payment. I can say my experience was very pleasant. I have been in customer service for 13 years and sometimes it's hard to please me but I must say I am very pleased and I am enjoying my new vehicle. The whole experience was stress free. I would encourage anyone who is looking for a stress free car buying experience to stop by and ask for Josh!
Their prices are very reasonable and they do not have any thing over 3 years old. The one thing we did not know is that you need to schedule an appointment as the vehicles are offsite. We did not see it mentioned on the website. We were still able to test drive a vehicle, so we have narrowed down our choice.
It was an overall good experience. There was no pressure from the salespeople. The cars and prices sell themselves and I did not have to waste much time filling out paperwork. Kyle did a great job! They had everything ready for us and it was a very efficient process.

Initially I thought it was great, as soon as I took the car home, the window on passenger side did not go up all the way, I called them back and they told me to bring it back, I did, they kept it for 2 days and I was told that the door was not input correctly and the would need to order a new door, when I contacted the salesman, he just kept saying he would get back with me. He never did, stop taking my calls. After about 3 car washes, the top coat began to peel on the hood, I thought I was minor, after 2 more washes, the whole hood began to peel and underneath it revealed numerous paint over marks that are a different color white. I have had tons of minor issues and not once have they ever tried to correct even though I have tried numerous times. Very dissatisfied and have not recommended.

My husband and I with our 8 month old baby drove roughly 37 miles to get to Drivers Select. We knew exactly what we wanted and had all of our financing in order. When we got there we were greeted with smiles and friendly faces.
We were assigned to a guy named Chuck.... well Chuck was terrible. We could not have been more of an inconvenience to him if we had tried. We told him what we were looking at and he told us the two vehicles were not at the lot. They were across the street . Well the first vehicle he pulled up and left running. He then came inside and said go ahead check it put and ride in it if you d like . It was pouring rain so my husband and I thought it was a little odd he didn t come out with us but whatever no big deal.
We go back in and ask about the original vehicle we were wanting to see that he told us was across the street . He was so put off by us that it immediately put me on guard. He then storms in and says do you even have a cashiers check because I m not going to get it if you don t. It s 30 minutes away
EXCUSE ME! He now has wasted hours of our time when we had no idea that outside financing was unable to be bank drafted and had to be a cashiers check. Which would have not been an issue had we known from the beginning. Well longer story short it escalated and I was done with them. Until the customer care manager said he had another salesman and please allow him a chance...
We were introduced to Ryan and he went wayyyy above and beyond to make it right!! He was AMAZING! After he let us drive the vehicle he set everything up and we went back the next day for a flawless process and left with our new vehicle!! He has since checked in to make sure we were satisfied and that the car was meeting all of our needs!
If you go to Drivers Select beware of Chuck and ask for Ryan!! I know they had other extremely nice sales people because we witnessed other happy customers. It s a shame that one person can cause somewhat of a negative review!!
Jeff is the aboslute best! He made the whole car buying process to simple and easy. He was even patient with me when I bothered him on his day off. I ended up leaving the lot with my dream car and an incredible experience. Most people dread the car salesman experience but Jeff never pushed anything I didn t want, and made sure I left with exactly what I wanted on my terms. I highly recommend driversselect, especially Jeff. He s amazing!
This is in regards to our recent interaction with Echopark / Driversselect Dallas. We had a great experience the first time we bought a car at Driversselect before Echopark bought them. We used to speak highly of them. Then we were treated horribly. We had shown interest in a car that sold to someone else. On Jan 30, they called and told us it was still available as the buyer did not pick it up. We provided a deposit to hold the car and began 3 hour drive to Dallas from Austin. 115 miles into the drive, they called and informed us that they sold the car to someone else. They asked us to buy car, then left us 3 hours from home. We wasted 6 1/2 hours, because they called us to buy their car.
This does not align with their parent company Sonic Automotive's values. They say they are: Selfless, Communal, Friendly, Empowering, Real, Listeners, Respectful, and Honest.
Their actions do not align at all.

What a shady operation. Was it pure incompetence, or something worse?
Summary:
Friday I took a test drive of 2 vehicles, and was very pleased with one of them. I put a 500.00 deposit to hold the vehicle so I could bring my wife with me the next day and purchase the car for her.
Saturday my wife, two toddlers, and I arrived to sign the contract and take the vehicle home. After waiting almost 3 hours, with the kids becoming a nightmare, I asked for my salesperson Torey to go ahead and charge my card for the down payment. I was putting $3000.00 down, so I said just charge 2500.00 since I paid 500.00 already. They screwed up and charged me $3000.00. When I mentioned it, I was told the 500.00 would get refunded in 3-5 days, and that's just how the holds work. So now I've spent 3500.00, still waiting on the contract.
Contract time:
Finally, the contract arrives. My wife and I were signing everything as quickly as possible, with the kids getting out of control. Then 3 pages before the car belonged to us, I noticed the mileage was different than the car I put a deposit on. Then I saw it was a 2016, and I was buying a 2017. We almost bought the wrong car.
The Big Mistake:
They had sold the car I paid to have held earlier in the morning. Matt Fink, the sales manager, said Torey put the deposit on the wrong vehicle. He said he was sorry and he would make things right.
The "joke" of making things "right":
Torey admitted to me he made a mistake on the deposit, but didn't apologize or act like he cared. I asked to see Fink. Fink said he was sorry and would make things right. I asked how, and he offered 200.00 off a vehicle of my choice. They sold what was to be my car, had 3500.00 of my money, and tried to get me to sign a contract for the wrong vehicle, and 200.00 was how bad they felt. Now I can't buy a car from a reputable dealer until I get my money back (3-5 business days). Oh, and according to Fink, they should have charged me 2500.00 as I'd asked, that it was another error.

The sales man raymond did not make me feel rushed. I literally requested 5 cars to be pulled side by side and he was willing to pull more until I was 100% sure. I've purchased 4 other cars from them and I felt good driving home my new vehicle..
The new location is awesome. The longest part of the transaction was picking the vehicle.
I will be purchasing my next car from them.

Very poor customer support, there was a small crack on the rear view mirror, noticed after parking in my garage, i was able to get in touch with Wes Wilson (he seemed to be prompt, responsive) on May 9th 2019, i guess he placed an order but never came back with an update, there have been a dozens of voicemail i left, and email asking for update , nobody bothers to reply. Worst experience on my end.
Finally got a call from Wes, parts was in and scheduled an appointment, they replaced the parts, had to wait just a couple of hour and boom. Overall a very good place to find good deals on used cars. Would recommend this place for a hassle free car buying experience but on weekdays, Saturday is super busy.

Ease of execution was fantastic. Working with Raymond was great since he understanding of the 4-5 cars that I wanted to test drive and there was no pressure. It was what they advertise, but it was refreshing to actually experience it. Best car buying I've ever had, and I've purchased at least 10 cars in the past. Overall, buying a car here was a good experience. I bought a quality car at a reasonable price. The low pressure sales was appreciated, thanks Sidney. I will definitely consider driversselect for my future vehicles. I didn't give 5 stars for the following reasons: 1) They are there to sell cars and have a vast inventory from which to choose. Do your research before you go and know the details of your intended model(s) ahead of time. The salesmen do not have an in depth grasp of every vehicle on the lot, there are too many! Sidney was honest and only told me what he knew and deferred if he didn't. 2) The vehicle only came with one key. I was given the option to purchase another key at their cost. I was a little disappointed as I was not informed of this until they handed me the keys to drive the car off the lot. That said, overall I was pleased with the experience.
I want to give a shout out to Harold Lee for personalizing my experience. He went above and beyond to get me in a car from the time I walked in the door. I explained my situation to him and he did everything to help me out. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone to get a car because they don t just want your money and really want to help you out!

Yesterday, I went in to do a trade in with my car I knew what I wanted and what I was looking for and I requested Kyle Bryant because that was really the only name that down the reviews with good recommendation. Let me tell you I made a fantastic option of going to him. I really HIGHLY recommend Kyle Bryant. If I could give more than five stars I would. He's nice, he won't give you the run around, he's very straight forward, he knows his information about cars and if you don't understand anything he would be glad to break things down to you. The car I wanted is the car I got it took 4 hours but he was very patient but I drove off the lot happy with my purchase and my monthly payments. Drivers select will not let you down everyone was happy, great energy, and had great vibes. Come see drivers select and I promise you will NOT be disappointed.

It was a good experience with no pressure. The only 2 complaints I have are that they would not accept a personal check and that they gave me my new car with half a tank of gas. First time ever a dealership would not take my check or did not make sure the car was full of gas. This is a no frills place but they were helpful and the transaction went smoothly
We had a wonderful experience with Sidney. Everything was very easy. We paid with cash. They didn t try to force the extra warranty on us. The prices online are non negotiable so it takes the stress out of negotiating. I think we got our Honda Civic at a very good price. Would highly recommend. They have very strict criteria of what kind of cars they sell and what their history is with mileage, never been in a wreck, year model, and some other criterias I can t remember.
My overview of the sale of the car was good but after purchasing the car to get help after leaving voice mail after voice mail to have a return call made to us no call ever returned person that answer phone is very rude and hung up on me twice, although the sale was good i will never purchase a car from this place again
I ve bought many cars over the years, but this was the easiest yet by far. No nonsense approach to the entire process. My sales associate was James and he did a great job with everything. I ll be recommending this car dealership to my friends and coworkers.
We bought 2 vehicles in the past with your company, We dealt with Kyle Burnett and he was very helpful. This week, we tried to buy the 3rd vehicle which supposed to be the Lexus 2017 GX460. Eladio Garcia send us the sales contract and we've been talking to the customer services back and forth. We were ready with the money and planning to drive 5 1/2 hours there tomorrow however, after trying to contact the sales rep all day today without any response, we finally found out the car was already sold. We tried multiple times to call but got hung up every single time. The least they could've done was call us back to tell us they sold the car. We will not do any more businesses with him or your company again. Your customer services has really gone downhill, and this is coming from another business owner.

This was our first time buying a car thru drivers select. Josh Lopez made it extremely easy for us. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We were informed about all the different ways of how this dealership works. For example, their price was not negotiable and they only take cash, or cashiers check unless you financed thru their lender. We truly appreciate the transparency and honesty of how they do their business. Josh was not pushing like other car salesman. We were able to get the car I want without hassle and trade in our older van. Do your homeward on their online selection before you go and it will save you lots of time. We will definitely recommend drivers select for your next pre owned vehicle and Josh will be the guy for you.

2 out of the 3 times I've gone here, customer service has been horrible. The last time was the final straw. While there getting ready to purchase a car and discuss the issues with it, Tre Ross comes over and ignores me and speaks to the Male I had with me. When I go to ask a question, because he came over and asked what our questions were, he interrupts raises his voice and starts trying to over talk me, yelling "well I have the final say so". Not until I asked him why is he interrupting when you asked if we had questions...and now I'm asking questions, did he finally get quiet. Initially his whole demeanor and customer service collectively was not a great experience. People like him are simple and allow their title to make them, not they make the title. For him to barely address me and I'm the one purchasing further showed his lack of respect and bottom of the barrel customer service. He answered questions to just talk, not actually listen and work to service the customer. I previously heard not to go there but tried it anyway and now regret it. If this fool as the "manager" is not there to accommodate the customer (within reason), listen to concerns, come up with solutions and feel comfortable talking to both men and women, his mind is as narrow as his legs and he should work on both. After they sold the car I test drove in the middle of us discussing the purchase, there weren't any serious actions taken to try to find the same car or better. Whether they can or not, basic customer service would be to apologize and work towards a solution but that did not happen. Driver's select needs to work on being more personable with customers and communicative within the company to avoid the situation that I experienced. The only saving grace was the salesman's attitude that kept the situation from getting worse. Reading the reviews of car issues, won't be back.

I did not find my perfect car at DS, however the service I received while trying to find my perfect car was great! I only dealt with the dealership online, so I can't comment on the service face-to-face. Chris was very helpful, and was constantly updating me on their new inventory. He knew exactly what make, model, and trim I wanted, and was sure to let me know once they received one that met the criteria.
One thing to note though, is that this dealership is similar to other big box stores in terms of "no-haggle pricing". This is good, since you know exactly what you're paying and the prices are fair to KBB, but don't expect to negotiate a deal of your own.
I would definitely recommend anyone in the market for an almost-new car to check out Driver Select.

I called Josh Lopez Monday morning and he had the car of my dreams prepped and ready to drive for me when I got off work the same day. Josh even found me a better interest rate than the loan I was going to use. The old way of spending hours buying a car are over at Driversselect/Echo Park. I'm not going to lie and say it's not a time consuming and e haisting orocrss buying a car, but at least Frank was patient and made it as painless as possible. I had my car totaled in an accident and was under pressure to get a car quickly. I had no idea what I even wanted when I stepped in the door. Buying a car is a stressful ordeal that I have been accustomed to for quite some time. Every time my wife mentioned that she wanted a new car it made me cringe. The thought of going into a dealership and being hounded by seedy salesmen and dealing with the ever drawn out process of financing made me want to vomit. So when she brought it up again 2 days ago I felt the knots in my stomach start to tighten. I said, lets go ahead and browse on the internet first before we do anything. We went through several websites but she was unable to find the exact car that she wanted so we kept looking. Finally, we came across the Driversselect website and there it was, a 2015 Ford Explorer Limited, fully loaded, her heart melted and I knew that was the one. That's when the dread sank in, now we have to go in and deal with the horrors of buying a car. But wait, my wife saw that we were able to apply online, a silver lining to this dark cloud was starting to emerge. She plugged in all our info and then we waited. After about 15 minutes we received a call from a gentleman named Larry Pelky, he spoke very well and seemed genuine right out the gate. Maybe this wasn't going to be so bad after `all. He ran our numbers and was able to get us financed for my wife's dream car. He invited us to the dealership and met us with a friendly smile and led us to our new car. Larry gave us his undivided attention was very excited to show us all the features and how to operate them. He went over our paperwork and even let us drive it while we waited to be finalized. After we got back to the dealership Larry took us to our booth so that we could seal the deal, he even gave us delicious Cokes to quench our thirst. Papers began to fly as signature were running across the pages. Then just like, we were the new owners of this beautiful machine, I sat back in awe with the incredible events that transpired. Larry Pelky changed my opinion on how cars are bought. I will forever send my friends and family to him to experience this wonderful process. Great experience. We visited three "traditional" dealers and their internet pricing was all completely misleading with rediculous "dealer add ons". Don't fall for it! The price at Driverselect was the same as advertised with NO additional dealer charges. I'd buy here again before calling anyone else and wasting time.

Everyone was kind and professional as soon as I walked inside. I did not have an appointment, but my salesman Mark was very professional and squeezed me into his very busy Saturday schedule. I was able to trade in my old vehicle for something that I deperately needed now that I'm driving to work every day - reliability. Mark walked me through the whole experience like he was explaining the process to his own family; therefore, I felt like the decision to buy the car today (06/03/17) was something that was well thought out and well executed.
