James was great very helpful with everything. Very happy with my purchase. I recommend anyone looking for a car to go to Driversselect. Gene the sales manager was fantastic.
Spent 5.5 hours here and we were continuously left in the lobby for hours at a time waiting to finalize purchasing a car. Sales girl worked hard but disappeared after confirming purchase. Long process and didn t treat customers respectfully of our time.
How many people shopping for a vehicle have actual knowledge in cars or car sales? Guessing not many based on the reviews - that or those who are positively rating this dealership are employees. They list a used 2003 Audi A6 for $12,500 it has 87,157 mi and is a 5 speed automatic - they're charging $5k OVER market value and when you comp vehicles, within 500 miles you'll find they're significantly cheaper with the same mileage or less, not to mention one model year over. When I brought this to the attention of a sales rep he changed his tune they base their price on vehicles 1000 mile radius before it was 500. I'm not going to go into a rant over the other vehicles they're conning. These guys are shysters. Very disappointed because they are appealing at first, they've got a nice selection they're just beyond overpriced.
Mark Pederson is amazing and so kind!! He made buying my new corolla so easy and stress free. Probably the best car buying experience my family has had. Also, I got an awesome deal on my trade in. I highly recommend him and driversselect!
This was my very first experience buying a car, and I was a bit nervous about handling it all by myself. I called in on a Tuesday evening to inquire about a Subaru Legacy I had seen online and quickly had an appointment the next morning with Charles McCormick. As I was pulling into the parking lot, I received a call from Charles letting me know he had just located and driven the car around so that it was ready for me to see. We had a great discussion about what I was looking for, and Charles was very helpful in addressing any of my concerns and answering my questions. I had done quite a bit of research beforehand, which I think impressed him a bit and also made me feel very comfortable from the beginning. After we talked, I got to see and test drive the car (by myself!) and absolutely loved everything about it. It was definitely my car. I went back to work, but came back that evening after comparing financing options (which Charles beat every time) and got to trade in my current car and drive my new Subaru home that night! Charles stayed an hour and a half after closing to make sure I was happy and that everything went smoothly. I really, truly appreciate the transparency and care that Charles McCormick offers his customers. I was presented with all my options and still able to make my own decisions without feeling pressured. Thank you for making this experience so great, Charles!!
EchoPark is a great place to buy a car. Charles was a great salesman. He was there for us each step of the way. Thank you Charles and EchoPark for a great car buying experience.
Even at the beginning, I m extremely impress of the professionalism of the staffs. From the check in area to all the way to signing the deal. This place is highly recommended and will definitely come back again
Josh and Gene was very professional and helpful, I drove away the same day in the car of my choice with their help. They have a great extensive inventory of quality vehicles to choose from, which includes a CarFax. Thanks Driversselect for everything.
I am a single mother. Sold my other vehicle to put money down on an Acura RDX. The sales guy, Robert Maddox was very nice but obviously does not know much about the vehicles. I spoke to him a week or so prior to coming in and then got approved for a loan. Came in and test drove the RDX and it was fine. Then when we get on the highway to take it home I can tell that the alignment was totally off. I questioned it it was the same vehicle that we had test drove and he said yes. It did not feel like it. So, I had to take it back in to get fixed after purchasing it. Then I had told him PRIOR to purchasing the vehicle that one feature that I love to use is the Apply Play and I use it on a regular bases in my Honda. So, he said that this car had it and I could not get it to work. So, now I became upset because I call them again and he has me speak to this lady named Miriam whom just gives you some spill and doesn't really listen to you and keeps saying sorry like that is going to fix the issue. She told me to take the car to a Acura dealer to get the Apply Play fixed. I was hot by then and told her that I am running around town getting this vehicle fixed that I JUST purchased and it makes no sense. I told her I wanted to give it back and she said they won't take it back. You should stand on your product. She said they can give me another vehicle or take the RDX to Acura. I ended up taking the RDX to Acura in Arlington. They said that my RDX does NOT have Apple Play on it that is why it does not work!!! So, why did Robert and Miriam send me over there for something that was not even on the RDX? Then after I told Robert, he comes sending me a list with vehicles that have it. Ummm shouldn't you have told me this PRIOR to my purchase. So then I look through the cars that they have and tried to pick something else. But then thought about it, more. This is a big purchase and I want to get what I want. I went in there to purchase a great working Acura RDX that has Apply play and I depended on my sales guy to much for the knowledge because he doesn't know much about the vehicle he sold to me and just wanted to make the sale. So I really wanted the Acura but according to the list he gave me they don't have apply play until 2019. So, I feel like I am stuck in a vehicle that I really did not want and Miriam NEVER called me back after I told her that they sent me to the dealer for something that was not even on the vehicle in the first place and then they don't have any newer RDX's in stock. So to me it was a bad experience working with Drivers select and I don't care for the way that Robert Maddox and Mirriam handled the situation (not handling anything). I work hard for my money just like all of your other customers and I want to be treated with respect as well.
I had a great experience. I got a car that seems brand new (15k miles) for a great price. John was an outstanding salesman and there really is no pressure, just a really good car buying experience where you don't have to feel guilty about getting a good deal.
I had a phenomenal experience at DriverSelect and was able to leave with a 2017 Chevrolet Equinox with only $500 down! Harold Lee was amazing through the entire process. We notice something minor wrong with the car during the test drive and he immediately sent the car to servicing to be fixed. He answered any questions we asked and was able to handle all of the time consuming stuff via telephone. The overall experience was such a breath of fresh air compared to a dealership I had visited the day prior. The previous dealership s website boasted about a $500 down payment but when I got to the lot I was told it would have to be $600 - prior to credit check, income verification and looking at cars. At the end I was offered a 2011 Chevy equinox with 140k that was more than $1500 more than the 2017 model I got from Driver Select. Harold was even able to get me a lower payment about! I ve already recommended him to a few of my family members and friends. I really hope they follow through. I know they ll have as good of an experience as I did. - Tyra Davis
I made it known I did not want to spend endless hours at the dealership. Demeon went above and beyond and was able to get me in and out! Great service and I am totally happy with my purchase!!! Thank you
With a rough start to my car buying experience Driversselect took 100% responsibilty and was apologetic even though the setback wasnt 100% their fault. They completely redeemed themselves and made the process painless and not your typical car buying pain. My Salesman Joshua McKay was amazing and very personable with a great sense of humor and went above and beyond for me. Most of the process was handled over the phone and when I arrived it took no time at all to get everything done and out the door. The Whole Staff was incredibly nice and I love my Vehicle and got a great deal despite my not so great credit. I will be a return customer in the future and will highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle.
Bought my very first car from here. I submitted my finance app Friday, and got my car on the following Monday. Nicole made my car buying experience so easy and worry free. She was available to answer all of my questions. I was honestly so nervous just knowing how salesmen at dealerships are, and with Driver s Select, it was nothing like that. Thank you so much Nicole, you were amazing.
Bought a Used 2008 Ford F-150 from DriversSelect Recently and I must say I am very pleased with the service and quality of care in which they took care of me and my vehicle. They threw in some key features to me that signify quality serivce. Cleaned and detailed vehicle prior to me picking up, filled up the tank, offered a superior extended warranty, and even gave an exceptional rate on my tint that I had added. I must say they went above and beyond. Will definitely do business with them again in future. Nic was the best salesperson I have ever worked with and he made me feel safe in buying a vehicle and new I could count on him to take care of me. Also the Customer Care agent Afton was amazing. Very friendly and loving person She made me feel like her brother and added a lot of value to Nic's already impressive service. Thank you Nic, Afton, and Drivers Select!!! My new truck is SO SWEEET!!!
Such a no-brainer to go to DriversSelect and find a new-used car for literally the best deal in DFW. Ask for Frank Traver or any one of the sales personnel and they'll guide you through the process. Go Cowboys!
I stopped by there on a Sunday to Look at the car that I was interested in and their PA system said that I was trespassing. I like the vehicle, but I guess I'll buy something somewhere else.
Awesome experience. Can't say enough about how great everyone was to work with. Easy, no pressure, incredible prices. Car buying usually stinks. Not here.
Unless you're there in person, and even then, you will have zero support from customer service. Left 2-3 messages for 2 of the departments-- haven't heard back and it's been 3 months since I initially try to contact them!
I was recently in a car accident and had to get a car quickly. Chris Wilson at drivers select was patient and very helpful in getting me in the vehicle that s right for me and my family at the right price. The manager, Gene, was very knowledgeable and easy to work with as well. I would definitely return if I was in need of another vehicle.
I really didn t feel like this was a normal car buying experience. I applied over the phone and then was in and out of the store in under an hour with my new truck. Bob Dabagia took excellent care of everything.
I worked with a guy who was insistent on me purchasing gap insurance. I told him no a number of times until I got upset with him after the 7th time of him asking. After looking at my car, I noticed the seatbelt wasn t working correctly, and the valet key was missing. The guy was rude during the process of me insisting that the basic safety device (seatbelt) was inspected before I purchase it. The manager also agreed to replacing the valet key with the car. During the closing process of the paperwork, the manager signed a document stating they will provide this key. A month later I have not received it. I called the customer care number 2 weeks ago. They stated that they would return a phone call within 24 hours. The following week I have not heard anything from them, so I contacted sales who stated they would replace the key. A man transferred me to a managers voicemail. I left a message and have not received a call back. I called the care center again (now 2 weeks later of me originally contacting them). No returned phone call. I noticed on here, that the person answering dissatisfied customers directed them to email the care canter. So I did that a couple days ago still no response.
My experience has been similar to others. Once this place sells a car, you mean nothing to them. The care center is a joke, and the person answering these reviews is trying to make the company look good.
At first when I met the sales person who hounded me about the gap insurance, I assumed it was a bad apple in what appeared to be a solid, trustworthy company. It turns out, this company is not that great in customer service in general. They promise things and do not follow through. Once you re finished with the car transaction, you mean nothing to them.
Update: I received a call from this company a day after posting this review. I appreciate them following through with what they promised. They wanted me to pay for the key upfront and they would reimburse me. Based off of other people s experience, I did not feel comfortable doing this. I told them to organize it with the local dealership - which should have been the 1st thing they suggested. Like other people on here, and on their better buisness bureau page, people have to be persistent and create a big deal out of the situation to get what they promised. It s sad it had to get to the point of leaving a bad review to get attention.
We were pleasantly surprised at the relaxed, yet helpful attitude of Drivers Select. Our knowledgable, efficient & delightful sales rep, James, provided us with every bit of information possible In choosing the right vehicle for us. We left that evening after they had officially closed for the day, having purchased our 2016 GMC Terrain. Picked it up the first thing the following AM as soon as they opened. Thank you, James, for a pleasant & easy vehicle-buying experience. I hope Drivers Select appreciates what a valuable employee you are!
I have a We Owe paper from driversselect since Mar9 for a tire replacement. After many times contacting the sale person and customer care, all I was told is someone will contact me regarding to the replacement. Then I never freaking received any calls and that piece of paper is only valid for 30 days.
T was amazing. She is so sweet and hustled everywhere she went. I really appreciate her down to earth attitude and her drive. Got us a great deal and into a really nice truck.
Went to DriverSelect after taking a prior appointment for a test drive of a vehicle and realized that the salesperson gave preference to another customer rather than a customer on appointment and did not inform me that another buyer is already in the process of buying the car although I was in touch with him over the call. I feel that there is no customer value here.
However the place looks good and they have lot of good cars.
Driversselect has the best car prices in DFW. I purchased a 2018 Camry from them today.
Although I am very happy with the car, I was very disappointed in the service we received. Here are my grievances with my car buying experience today:
1) Called ahead at 9AM to book a 6:45 slot for this afternoon. When we arrived on time we had to wait 45 minutes before we could see the car we wanted. 2) There was no walk through of the car at all. We were just handed keys and told to drive it around. (after sharing license of course) 3) Our salesman was in an extreme hurry and did not explain anything to us. He offered me two price totals and asked me to point to the one I wanted to pay. One had the ally warranty added and another with a 500 dent coverage added. If I hadn t carefully read what was added he would have charged me that without even explaining what I was paying for. The fact that it was snuck in there with no explanation gave me a real shady vibe. 4) I m not sure if he was having a bad day or what, but our salesperson was not friendly
After extensive research I went to Drivers Select to pick up a replacement for my 2008 Chevrolet Impala. The car I purchased was in immaculate condition, and Bob helped me through the entire process of taking the test drive and procuring my new car. He was knowledgeable, up-front, personable, and a pleasure to work with all around. I was also pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was assisted. I walked in off the street rather than by appointment, and the concierge was still able to get someone to assist me within five minutes of walking through the door despite it being a relatively busy night. I was in and out within two hours of stepping onto the lot. Five of five for an excellent experience overall. Bob gets a five if five for great service.
Could I make this a negative number? They came out and tried to tell me that a car that was priced at 15,400 was going to cost 20,400. They threw in a bunch of junk. Very clean dealership that has shady practices. Don t waste your time. This is an old fashioned dealership with a new disguise.
When my car was totaled by a driver who blew through a stop sign, I was terrified at the prospect of buying a new car. I loved my old car desperately, and buying a car is always such a nightmare. I make a VERY solid high $80k salary, but have horrible credit. I work 7 days a week, 12-14 hours a day. I don't have time to apply here and there for financing, bounce around from dealership to dealership, or deal with haggling. I found the car I wanted online, the price was below KBB, and I sent a simple message to Driver's Select laying out my situation. Josh contacted me back quickly. He arranged financing within my budget seemingly effortlessly. Then the insurance company decided to drag out the payment process, so it took nearly 3 weeks for me to get the check from them. All the while Josh was patient, checked in with me regularly to let me know the car was still available, and the instant the check arrived, he arranged everything. I bought the car sight-unseen until I went in to sign the paperwork. That process took about 90 minutes, signing several papers, and I was out the door and back to work in the car. Josh was super friendly, laid back...nothing like a traditional car salesman. More like a buddy helping me out. I loved the competitive pricing that I didn't have to haggle over. Normally when you buy a car, you feel like you're being looked-down-at by sleazy, slimy salespeople. This entire experience was different...it felt like an honest friend-of-a-friend was helping me out with the process by insulating me from all the negative stuff you usually go through to get a new car. I can't recommend them highly enough. (Also, they support a charity for homeless kids and give you a no-pressure opportunity to donate a few bucks to the cause, which I was VERY happy to do, as I also work with at-risk youth. I'm happy to know their CEO is so passionate about giving back to those who are most in need!)
My daughter had been dealing with Amanda Cyrus, internet sales manager and Rovaunti Lewis, sales person for several days. She was bringing their own lender so many emails went back and forth including a copy of the cashiers check for payment. An hour and a half into the 5 hour drive, we get a call from our bank saying that they had sold the vehicle we had a 5pm pick up on the same day. We immediately called and were finally connected with Jay. He apologized and said that they had a lot of work to do as they dropped the ball on this one. He said he wanted to do what he could but wouldn t come off of a similar vehicle $3000 to make the sale and correct their mistake.. He said he would send her some compensation for her time and gas spent driving to what ended up being a trip to Shreveport. Never again would we choose to deal with this dealership. It was the most unprofessionally run place, and now we have no vehicle.
Appointment due to covid 19 but waiting over an hours to talk sales Why do we need of appointment if waiting over an hours anyway If you have day off and willing to skip lunch and dinner this place for you
It was good until the end, sales person said since we bought the PermaPlate the car would be detailed. It wasn't even cleaned. What is that about Over $400.00 and I even asked do we do it ourselves, he said no we'll put the product on for you. I'm not happy with that, I know it's a used car but don't lie about it
5 star treatment. Demeon is an awesome and experienced saleman, very knowledgeable. I thank him for the wonderful experience of purchasing a car. I will refer anyone looking to buy a car to Echo Park...Ask for Demeon.
Horrible service, they take forever...Also be aware that if you place a deposit on a car and change your mind, they will hang on to your deposit for up to seven days.
In a word, Wonderful!!! Liz was great the first time a couple of months ago with my daughter, and today 9/26/2020 with my brother. She was very busy both times however, she kept us informed throughout the entire process. She worked hard and made it happen the same day of visit for both of them. They're both very pleased with their vehicles and so am I. Thank you Elizabeth "Liz" Robertson.
Horrible experience. How they allow staff (marcelio) to be rude, uneducated about the product, unprofessional, I can t figure it out. After going through days of trying to get drivers select to provide information to our credit union, they sent us what they call an invoice and when I called back to arrange to pick up the car, they informed me it was sold. They offered to take $500 off a higher price car only to discover had dents scratches and the wheels were messed up.
Stay away from these guys....very unprofessional. Fake reviews are helping them. First of all they charge $500 on the list price as accessory fee (some sort of fee for reconditioning the car). They wont let you pick your own financing companies and ask you to re-finance after buying from them. Force you to buy protection plan for $2900 and if you say no their behavior changes towards you. Wasted my 2 evening and very disappointed.
Best car buying experience EVER! If you hate the pain of haggle and spending the day at the dealership, come here. I can't begin to describe what an incredible experience it was compared to any other place I've ever gone. I recommended 3 others to this place and I'll never go anywhere else to buy a car.
This place's customer service is literal hot garbage. It's a shame because their business model is strong - sell used cars no more than 3 years old with no more than 30,000 miles at competitive prices. But there's always a catch, right?
To put it lightly, this place is a cattle call. The sales manager or whoever you work with is often juggling 3-5 customer groups at a time, so it's not uncommon to wait for 45 mins to an hour.
Additionally, you are forced to use their financing options, which are no small percentage higher than most places. Gotta get those kickbacks, am I right??
When we expressed interest in leaving after they wouldn't budge on the price, the sales rep insisted on bringing out a finance guy to "explain the numbers for us". Boy what a condescending "gentleman" he was. After trying to wheel and deal us with his slick tactics to no avail (getting more forceful, aggressive, and angry with each minute we talked), he abruptly rose out of his seat, bid us a snarky "adieu", and left.
So did we, and we went a few miles down the road and got the same vehicle, 2018, with no miles for about $2000 more, which we happily spent on a customer service team that was happy to have our business.
In short, I wish I had visited this place 0 times instead of once.
Came to Echo Park looking to purchase my first car. Liz made the process easy. I had a few concerns about the vehicle which she and the facility addressed. Over all I am happy with my experience and happy I got to deal with Liz in the process!
Sold me a Lemon, and not willing to help me out at all with trading it for an equal vehicle! Very difficult to work with when i went to pick up the car as well... Gave me lots of trouble even though all paper work was already completed and signed
great experience!!!! bought a 2016 Kia Sportage from them in basically brand new condition. There was a smoking smell and they fixed it by the time i came to finish the paper work the next day. Surprised they aren't as well known like huffines!
I never ever leave reviews but I felt it necessary in this case. Larry is the absolute best. His customer service was top notch as well as his knowledge of the vehicle I ended up purchasing. Contact Larry- he will get you taken care of.
This place has horrible customer service and shady sales tactics. Be wary of the car you are looking at. All cars are stated to have clean car facts and pass a 190 point inspection. However many of these cars have costly issues that they try to get you to look over with aggressive pricing. After finding a car that I was ready to purchase, i took it for a test drive and noticed issues with the breaks, rotors and alignment. After spending hours at the car lot they agreed to have their mechanics fix the issues and would call me tomorrow when the car was ready. I had to reach out to them in order to get updates and stated that i wanted a heads up when it would be almost finished so i could leave work early to finalize the purchase. The salesman originally told me that it might not be done until the end of the day or the following day. Instead they called me after it was coming out of the shop and advised me not to put a deposit down on the car until i got there. After taking off of work early and driving 45 mins towards the lot, they called me when i was 15 minutes away to tell me they sold the car. Absolute waste of my time and completely unprofessional.
It was an absolute pleasure working with Ed Shaffer- he is the absolute best!! If you re looking for an honest, smart, charismatic sales man He s actually turned friend/Ed is it! The process can take a day but mine took two because I had to bring my stubs. Nevertheless, he was with me from start to finish. I went in on a whim one Thursday evening after chatting with him on their online website with a list of 5 different car finishes (that just shows how massive their inventory is, we all love options) same model and make of course and we narrowed it down to one. He is patient, respectful and prompt! It has been three months now and Ed still checks on me and how the vehicle is serving me! Now that s customer service!!! Ed, if you re not employee of the year I m not sure who deserves it more! You rock and you re the best! Go see Ed, he s ready to serve you with with a smile!
Nathan was awesome. I was not as prepared as I thought I was but he was very patient and help come up with a solution that got me out of there at a reasonable time.
These guys had the best deal by FAR after I spent weeks researching and watching all the auto sales websites and checking deals for HUNDREDS of miles around. Every comparable car was thousands more than the beauty I picked up from Driver's Select. I even had a sales guy from another dealership with a same make/model (but a year older and $2,000 more) tell me they couldn't touch the deal at Drivers Select. He said if it was legit I should get it. It was legit and I got it. I live hundreds of miles away in San Antonio but I swallowed hard and made the trip, keeping my fingers crossed. EVERYTHING was exactly as listed. I've had the car for about 5 weeks now and love it. You know how it usually goes? After you take the plunge on a big purchase you always seem to find a better deal after it's too late. Not this time. I still get notifications on same make/model from the research I did for this purchase. EVERY one I get just confirms how incredibly well I did at DS. I also looked at their online reviews and their average was through-the-roof high. But I looked for the negative comments (there were a few). They took some hits on missing SD cards for navigation systems. They remove those cards since sometimes they get stolen by people doing test drives. In my case, they couldn't locate the SD card for my car, but THEY GOT ONE AND SENT IT TO ME so that takes care of that. My salesperson was Natalie. Another salesman (Ricky) also helped out on the SD card. Both were super responsive and pleasant to deal with. Bottom line: When I need a car for my daughter, THIS is where I'm going.
I usually don t write reviews often but I believe that it s important that I write one about this place and how great of an experience I had here. My mother and I came in the day after Christmas looking for the car I wanted. Also, due to the many good reviews, I ve decided to come here. We were greeted by a gentleman named Brent who ve helped us tremendously from start to finish. He had outstanding customer service, made sure I agreed on the monthly payment that would be affordable for me, explained the documents before I had signed them, answered any questions I had and got a good deal on a warranty. Got the car I wanted!! I highly recommend this place. Ask for Brent! He s great!
Amazing car buying experience with Ivan! It was so good, we just had to buy two cars on the same day. With 4 kids at driving age, we'll be back. Thank you, Ivan! And thank you to Matt in financing!
I worked with Lamarcus Reed and another salesperson. I had an overall pleasant experience but Lamarcus in particular was very kind and thorough. I was nervous coming in and know it s a car dealership and the goal is to get a sale but I did feel I genuine concern for me from him. I appreciate the effort of both the sales people.
First time I went there the carfax report said the car didn't gave any accidents but when I opened one of the doors I saw the spray marks of a recent paint job. The 2nd time I went I made an appointment but the salesman was helping 2 other people at the same time. After making my mind I was told I can pay with a debit card for the whole price. I found out later that this is not possible because banks set a daily limit for buyings of around 3K unless you call your bank to ask for authorization. Mine takes like 4 hours to do this. So I placed a hold by paying $500 for 24 hours. The next day I was thinking to use a cashier check so I reached the salesman to get some info. And he told me the car was sold. This got me to the conclusion that since I didn't buy one of the extra warranties and dent program that they offer, they sold the car to someone that bought them even when I placed the car on hold. And their prices plus the warranty programs and dent program are the same as their competitors prices or even higher. Be aware!!!
Not sure where to start, the experience was not what what I expected. We drove 4 hours to find the car we wanted and upon arrival, our sales rep Tommy was nice and ready for us to get in and get out without a hassle. We got there at 1030 and didn t leave until 5 in the evening. Documents are all mixed between buyer and co signer, numbers did not match up, and the wait was even more annoying. He did not sit or explain anything for us and a majority of the time he was on his phone talking to friends it sounded like. Maybe it was just the sales rep but that location seemed more of place for rookie car salesmen. He lacked customer service and literally does not care or make it comforting for the customers. Just get there, get the car, and get out seemed like the vibe we got. I highly do not recommend going to buy a car here unless you know exactly how it works. Currently considering returning the car and finding a different company that will work with us better.
Overall great service from Kim Arceneaux. Tire were inflated at 4 different psi. Missing a car key remote, maybe my fault I did not ask before making the purchase. Overall an okay buying experience.
I am giving DriversSelect 1 star because they have deceptive business practices! I bought from them, because they had a fair price on a vehicle I liked. That is the only positive about my purchase, because I bought it out of state, they told me by law that I had to license it through them. There was a $259 delivery fee and $150 document fee and that was all that I would pay (above the vehicle and actual license fee from Arkansas). They charged me more $14.50 state inspection (but I don't live in TX) $16.61 dealer inventory tax, $79.98 process fee for out of state (Didn't I just get charge $150 for document fee ? FRAUD) and they still over paid the sales tax to Arkansas, so they say I have to speak to the DMV to get that money back. I love my car, but DriversSelect is deceptive, lying and will not take responsibility for their actions. I have given them 2 weeks to compromise on a settlement and they would not budge. Look for my posts on every outlet.
This is my second time buying from Drivers Select. Jay and Tray always giving me a lot of attention and providing me all information and agility on paperwork. They also paid a good value on my trade in. I recommend!
The car dealer was talking about financing before I even picked out a vehicle and I came in considering to pay all cash. He was polite but didn't know how to work the computer very well and I had to us my own phone to pick out the three vehicles I wanted to look at. Then they made a hard hit inquiry on my credit before telling me what my trade-in value was for my vehicle. Which was $3,500 less than what the other dealership was willing to offer. They told me it was only a light inquiry when they were running my credit, turns out it was a hard inquiring.
I have bought several cars from them in the past and just recently. They are always honest with no hassles. The price they list is what you pay . I will continue to use them in the future.
