Left dealership w/o floormats. Salesman said he would mail them to us. 5 months and a dozen phone calls later - they send rubber floormats for my 2018 Nissan Maxima. Called back and was told that the car wasn't pictured with floormats. HORRIBLE customer service, if you can even get them on the phone. Lost a two time customer over floormats. Will discourage everyone I know from going there. CUSTOMER SERVICE is what separates successful businesses from the ones that will be gone in 5 years. This one won't last. Oh, and forget a second key! If you lose the only one you get, you're up a creek.
