Attention, never and under no circumstances should you issue a parking permit to DPD! I feel cheated by this company because the package was not delivered as agreed! It was my own fault. The parking permit is a license for the drivers to steal. That's a great statement ...

You never know where your package ends up with DPD. Even though I waited at home, my packages always end up at my neighbors or three blocks away in a weird deposit, or in locations I never heard about. DPD is always a frustrating experience!

I have already received parcels from DPD a few times. It was okay, but today is special. A young delivery man handed me the parcel against a signature very politely and super nicely with a magical smile. Thank you again

DPD is getting worse and worse, despite the parking OK in a hidden place, the parcel is simply placed in front of the door in a clearly visible manner, the last time my parcel was placed in front of the door of the neighboring house, this type of delivery is impossible. In the future, I will pay attention to whether orders are sent with DPD and prefer to order elsewhere.

In my case the employee rang the bell and I then assured her via the intercom that she could put the package on the door, and I would pick it up straight away. Very friendly delivery person who follows the instructions exactly when you are not at home. We also think DPD is great because you can see pretty much exactly where the delivery person is and when he will arrive. Great customer service!

We were allowed to carry about 100kg to the 4th floor, although the deliverer should only wait 10min. The announcement at what time came three-quarters of an hour beforehand in the hallway, short message, that's it. The deliverers are certainly under time pressure, but we had announced that we would be there at the time mentioned. We will not recommend DpD!

Perfectly satisfied, I've never had any problems with DPD. The tracking function is great, you can adjust to the arrival of the shipment almost to the minute. Our parcel delivery service is extremely nice and reliable - definitely deserves a bonus :-)

Such drivers / service instructions are business damaging, especially for a company like dpd. If other delivery services from non-renowned companies are already working better ... You can have problems with any parcel service, but this one is the icing on the cake.
8 shipping paid and DPD doesn't even try to deliver. Address was simply changed to a pick-up shop. He doesn't even advertise with DPD, but budnikowsky next door does. But I was allowed to pick up in the kiosk where the seller would have liked to open half the shop for me.
This approach is very questionable.

This time it went really smoothly and super fast: Ordered yesterday, delivered today.

For me the worst deliverer in Germany! Packages are put on the doorstep. Delivery staff jingles and flies off immediately. No matter. There is no waiting whether someone is at home or not. Another time, the unfriendly deliverer apparently doesn't know the distance rules in Corona times. Incredible!

And once again a package that was illegally and incorrectly stored somewhere!
There was not even a notification from DPD about this.
If I hadn't been called by third parties at 9:30 p.m. that a package had been left for me outside and had just been discovered by accident.
1 parcel has already "disappeared" and has not reappeared - since DPD has refused to pay compensation to this day, this matter is currently in court.

DPD is simply not suitable for a neat and unproblematic package delivery and has been for months.

Even though I was at home, the DPD messenger didn't come up to me, but went to my neighbor's place of my package.
I am handicapped and had to go down 2 floors to find the place where my parcel was given to the neighbor, pick it up there and go up the 2 floors just because the DPD messenger didn't feel like it.

Package was completely tasted at the wrong house. There is no service point that feels responsible for this. With a "copy paste" email I received an apology for a problem that I don't have.
A day later I was supposed to receive the rest of the order (forgotten to get out of the car the day before).
Email with the confirmation package is there, was sent directly. But again nothing. Package is not with the neighbor from the previous day. Again, it is impossible to get someone on the phone who can help. We will not respond to email requests to call you back.

I live in Thuringia and since DPD is apparently unable to find the state of Thuringia, they prefer to deliver the parcels in Bavaria, which is annoying for me, but extremely cost-saving for DPD.

I have never seen such sloppy work by a parcel delivery company.
First comes a totally destroyed package with missing content, which despite the rain was just thrown at my door, not ringing, without my signature, just my name, which was written from the package. Then the subsequent delivery that did not arrive at all, but was entered in the system as delivered and the sender confirmed the receipt to me with a fake signature.

I think it's a bottomless cheek that the situation regarding Corona is being exploited.

My package was not deposited as agreed at the desired location, but carelessly on the outside of the house (visible to everyone) .This procedure is acceptable! Unfortunately, it happens often at DPD!

I received three deliveries, all at different times. The announced timeframe was never met. For one thing, there was no delivery at all - even though I was at home. But in a relatively distant shop that issues DPD. If I can choose, I also use anything other than DPD from previous experiences.

I can't really say anything positive about DPD. 9 out of 10 times will not be delivered even though someone is at home or the package will be parked even though no permission has been given. I no longer order from dealers when only DPD is available.
