Contactless delivery is okay in Corona times, but it is very annoying that you wait for the 'messenger all day, but the delivery then takes place without words in the mailbox or even in the hallway. Until now it is not even clear whether that' The parcel actually landed there or is still there at all, because I didn't leave the apartment yesterday because of the waiting for the delivery - which was finally moved to Saturday. So it could be improved!

Simply inadequate. Despite the correct address, it cannot be delivered twice because the address is supposedly incorrect. The first time both e-mails and calls were sent and even a number left for queries. Unfortunately nobody wanted to call. The second time I complained, it was delivered the next day. Package very broken and just put in front of the door. Service is not. Unfortunately I couldn't choose who delivers, but DPD will definitely not be my choice in the future!

Driver, even though he had loaded 2 packages, just drove by, had to run after him ... even though he stopped and delivered at the neighboring house next to us. Cheek! Video available.

DPD is always playing the Easter bunny with us, you never know where the parcel is hidden, even though I have not received a deposit permit. However, this is stored in the system for a tenant who has not been here for over ten years. You can't be more incompetent, for me DPD is the worst delivery person in Germany.

You can't complain about 600 km overnight. Respect, for us DPD is the only parcel service with capable employees. Even the replacement driver delivers the goods on time and in a friendly manner. Please continue.

4 stars, because I have registered as a pick-up from home, but no one could for 2 days. Then in the next day I handed in the next DPD point, and in the 3rd day it was already delivered.

Got an email that packet has been delivered to the desired packet shop. I went there, the packet wasn't delivered. The shop owner said that it is normal that send the email/notification that it is delivered and actually deliver next day or a day later. I had a same case earlier where the delivery guy wasn't friendly posted a threatening note in my mailbox.

I cannot recommend DPD in any way. Of all the parcel services I know of by far the worst.

Parcel would not be delivered even though someone was at home. You have to look for the shops where that would be stored, and everyone can walk in and take packages with them.

Delivery comes quickly and in the expected time frame. However, my bulky 25 kg package is simply put in front of the door for my neighbor, who opens the door with the baby in her arms, and is not even pushed into the stairwell.
Another package was shown delivered in the app. Neither I nor my neighbor accepted it. The 1000 euro tablet was then just outside the door.

Should this be a search game? Package should have been delivered, but no idea WHERE! No note in the mailbox, nothing. The place of delivery is not a place either, but are random letters!
