Every time I hear from the seller that my order is...

Every time I hear from the seller that my order is being delivered by DOD, I get restless.
The postmen ring your doorbell, you open the door yourself, but they still put your mail down next to the mailbox and it leaves (even before Corona time).
This is not possible, so the packs are very often lost.
