You are already changing the day of delivery so that you are at home and the courier does not ring?
This has happened at least 5 times recently at DPD!

THIS IS JUST UNREAL!!!

What is there for a delivery when you have to go back to pick it up somewhere. I can not understand this.
Customer service is really bad.
