From 11.26 a.m. my delivery was announced, another 2x moved and at the end it was delivered at 4.00 p.m. Regrettable loss of time. Too bad DPD.

I would also like to give 0 stars. Package is simply placed in front of the door. Impossible! It doesn't matter that it's the wrong street and nobody lives there with the name. I would love to boycott suppliers who ship with DPD.

Good and concrete information about the delivery status ... The shipment was delivered in the announced time window ... The employee was also very nice and friendly! All together very satisfactory! Gladly again ...

Within 2 days, 2 packages were simply parked on the doorstep, accessible to everyone. However, a safe desired storage location was previously entered for both packages. Only doesn't work with DPD. So you can save yourself from entering a storage location in the future

DPD is the worst transport company ever. I hope I will not have to deal with them ever again. Every time I was waiting at home their delivery-officer said I was not at home. So I had to go somewhere and pick up my orders. If I have wanted to pick the stuff somewhere myself then I wouldn t have paid the transport costs. If you contact them you will just waste your time since their customer support sends proforma -copy-Paste-Answers. I hope I will never ever have to deal with them. Never ever!

My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday. And I was at home too, but the messenger didn't ring. He just stated that he didn't reach me. That's really cheeky. Now it only came today.

Unfortunately you have to give a star to be able to rate. The deliverer needed three attempts to reach the mailbox, but then no one found in the shipment tracking ... actually zero stars for DPD

Parcels were simply placed next to the front door. There was someone at home.
The delivery person was even notified of the 3rd floor via the intercom.
Filing permission is valid "in front of the apartment door on the 3rd floor" and not next to the front door.
DPD is by far the worst deliverer in the area.

Today a package was simply deposited on the stairs on the 2nd floor.
Despite a complaint to DPD, nothing has changed.

Always top so far. Never had any problems. But our dpd driver is also the best. keep it up.

Once again DPD failed to deliver a package without difficulty! At first the announced date did not come, then it was delivered according to the tracking, but this was suddenly revoked, the next try it was said that no one was supposed to be found, even though there were 4 people in the house, and a notification should have been left what also not true. It would not have been a problem since I had determined a "storage location", so the messenger, law of the case that he was there at all, could have deposited the delivery there. The second delivery attempt was almost, but only "almost", good! The package was placed in the wrong house, under the wrong carport, with a neighbor whose last name does not even resemble our last name. Thank God we live in a village where everyone knows everyone, so in the end, the package still found its actual, waiting customer.
Actually, I would have to advise the sender to stop sending packages with DPD, unfortunately I have no influence on this!

Useless company. Always a bad experience. First couldn t deliver even though 4 people were at home. Second said they left it at the front door. Not there! Either the driver stole it or couldn t find the right house on a road with 5 houses.

Unique is the approximate delivery time by email.
Saves an enormous amount of time if you don't have to wait for hours at home for the parcel service. Great service DPD.

If 2x packages are to be delivered, one should also be able to deliver 2x packages and not just 1x.

I always get my DPD parcels delivered to the NKD shop. The pick-up is always great.

The package was torn by a delivery person in order to fit into my mail box door. All contents were taken out of the pacakge and revealed. Luckily not damaged.

Of course I was at home but the guy was too lazy to get on an elevator and get up to 3rd floor.

The package was delivered quickly and easily (2 days), it was undamaged, so it was handled with care.

Delivery, unfortunately, basically bad ... Will be parked somewhere. Larger packages are rarely delivered on time.
Unfortunately there is no choice. Even worse than DHL.

Obviously DPD is now imitating DHL and delivering parcels to someone else even though you are at home. Above all, it is impossible to find out where exactly the package has ended up. The details of the recipient cannot be assigned to anyone in the vicinity. The DPD should definitely return to their old strength and not copy the DHL

The delivery guy stopped at the front door of the building n asked me to sign it there, rather then delivering to my home door. He was so rude upon asking to lift the package till my hause door. He started leaving with my package. Disappointed on dpd service and their delivery people. They should train them on civil behavior with customer.

You will receive an email with information about what time it will be delivered, + - 1 hour. The courier was not only punctual, but also very friendly. Therefore 5 stars.

The absolutely worst parcel service !!! I am pissed off, an order has already been messed up by me so that it could not be found! Then a new delivery should take place! I did not receive a package and nevertheless it was written during tracking that my package was successfully delivered !!! A bottomless cheek !!!

We do NOT have a parking permit!
The package was placed in front of the carport, where it then rained cleanly on it.

Deliverer cannot differentiate rear front door from front !! Parking ok for rear front door given because it is protected. Parcel was placed in front of the front door in public space. As always with DPD, nothing is done as stated. The worst parcel service there is !!!

Although I said several times that I have crutches and that I am disabled, the driver refused to bring the package up to me (3rd floor without elevator) with the indication of a new law because of Corona that he no longer has to walk up. Then he left it at the front door and left. Thanks to our caretaker service, I received the package and they brought it up to me. Is this how you deal with disabled people at the DPD?

The goods were announced by email, but did not arrive that day. The next announcement was made late in the morning. The announced time window would be exceeded by approx. 90 min and I had to cancel or postpone 2 appointments to receive the goods. I have had better experiences with other senders.

Carriers ignoring the delivery options I gave them calling the PAYMENT number. Sometimes (confirmed also by others) they do not come to your house and just say you refused the packet. Very disappointed. I will stop buying if I know the stores are using DPD.

The bulky 30 kg package was simply parked down in the hallway despite my presence! If I were a woman, a thin man and generally an elderly person, I would never have got the package to me on the 3rd floor! It could easily have been stolen (content 250 ). I can understand that you don't feel like towing, but that's the job ... Therefore only 1 star from me!

Great service , the second time my package ended up in the paper bin instead of the specified storage location.

Sometimes, the courier forget to leave a receipt in post . But now is ok, they let the package on my Terrass.

Just force the parcel into the mailbox instead of ringing the bell, even in times of Corona you can give a brief notification like other parcel services! I haven't checked the functionality of the content yet, let's see if it's still complete

Our package arrived 2 weeks ago and was handed over to our neighbor who runs a shop. However, we were not informed about it in any way whatsoever. It can't be that difficult to send a paper notification to the mailbox, like at Deutsche Post or DHL.

Top delivery person, friendly and courteous, knows his tour and customers he has been to before. Even recognized me on the way and let me know, package with the neighbor, cool

I waited for 3 days staying back at home. The status always showed the time of arrival. But no one rang the bell. Worst part is the status after continuously waiting, shows delivered although the packages were not delivered at all!

Everything is allowed under the guise of Corina! Throw packages in front of the house and run away quickly. The guys don't care if someone receives parcels or not, the main thing is that I brought it. It's a mess. The brazen colleagues are so lazy that they don't even want to bring the parcels into the elevator. The DHL guys at least bring the parcels to the front door and only then do they leave. As a customer, I will definitely never commission DPD.

Parcel was parked in the house entrance and not at the apartment door. The recipient was an 80 year old man and had to ask a neighbor for help to carry the package to the third floor. Apparently the driver was too lazy to carry the 20kg package. I don't think it's beautiful.

How can you be at the front door within 3 seconds? The package is simply parked and the driver is back in the car and is gone. Absolutely no way to check the package for damage or anything else. If you evaluate this accordingly, the goods are supposed to be handed over somewhere in the village without further information. ALWAYS only bad experiences so far! Complaints are completely ignored or nothing changes.

Perfect delivery. Didn't ring the bell but went straight to the garage. Could track everything on my cam. Good service. Hope the boss reads it.
