Within 2 days, 2 packages were simply parked on the doorstep, accessible to everyone. However, a safe desired storage location was previously entered for both packages. Only doesn't work with DPD. So you can save yourself from entering a storage location in the future
DPD is the worst transport company ever. I hope I will not have to deal with them ever again. Every time I was waiting at home their delivery-officer said I was not at home. So I had to go somewhere and pick up my orders. If I have wanted to pick the stuff somewhere myself then I wouldn t have paid the transport costs. If you contact them you will just waste your time since their customer support sends proforma -copy-Paste-Answers. I hope I will never ever have to deal with them. Never ever!
My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday. And I was at home too, but the messenger didn't ring. He just stated that he didn't reach me. That's really cheeky. Now it only came today.

Filing permission is valid "in front of the apartment door on the 3rd floor" and not next to the front door.
DPD is by far the worst deliverer in the area.

Today a package was simply deposited on the stairs on the 2nd floor.

Once again DPD failed to deliver a package without difficulty! Useless company. Always a bad experience. First couldn t deliver even though 4 people were at home. Second said they left it at the front door. Not there! Either the driver stole it or couldn t find the right house on a road with 5 houses.

I always get my DPD parcels delivered to the NKD shop. The pick-up is always great.
The package was torn by a delivery person in order to fit into my mail box door. All contents were taken out of the pacakge and revealed. Luckily not damaged.
Of course I was at home but the guy was too lazy to get on an elevator and get up to 3rd floor.
The package was delivered quickly and easily (2 days), it was undamaged, so it was handled with care.

Although I said several times that I have crutches and that I am disabled, the driver refused to bring the package up to me (3rd floor without elevator) with the indication of a new law because of Corona that he no longer has to walk up. The goods were announced by email, but did not arrive that day. The next announcement was made late in the morning. The announced time window would be exceeded by approx. 90 min and I had to cancel or postpone 2 appointments to receive the goods. I have had better experiences with other senders.

The bulky 30 kg package was simply parked down in the hallway despite my presence! If I were a woman, a thin man and generally an elderly person, I would never have got the package to me on the 3rd floor! It could easily have been stolen (content 250 ). I can understand that you don't feel like towing, but that's the job ... Therefore only 1 star from me!

Our package arrived 2 weeks ago and was handed over to our neighbor who runs a shop. However, we were not informed about it in any way whatsoever. It can't be that difficult to send a paper notification to the mailbox, like at Deutsche Post or DHL.

I waited for 3 days staying back at home. The status always showed the time of arrival. But no one rang the bell. Worst part is the status after continuously waiting, shows delivered although the packages were not delivered at all!

Parcel was parked in the house entrance and not at the apartment door. The recipient was an 80 year old man and had to ask a neighbor for help to carry the package to the third floor. Apparently the driver was too lazy to carry the 20kg package. I don't think it's beautiful.
How can you be at the front door within 3 seconds? The package is simply parked and the driver is back in the car and is gone. Absolutely no way to check the package for damage or anything else. If you evaluate this accordingly, the goods are supposed to be handed over somewhere in the village without further information. ALWAYS only bad experiences so far! Complaints are completely ignored or nothing changes.
