Unfortunately, the driver only rings the doorbell very briefly and when I open the door he puts the parcel on the bottom stairs without a word, even though we live on the first floor and every other parcel deliverer brings the parcel upstairs. If the parcels are large and bulky, it is very difficult for me to bring them upstairs because my movement is restricted by illness! In addition, we don't live alone in the house, so the package has to be picked up immediately.
Service looks very different. I understand that the drivers are under time pressure, but everyone else can do it too.
