You can have problems with any parcel service, but...

You can have problems with any parcel service, but this one is the icing on the cake.
8 shipping paid and DPD doesn't even try to deliver. Address was simply changed to a pick-up shop. He doesn't even advertise with DPD, but budnikowsky next door does. But I was allowed to pick up in the kiosk where the seller would have liked to open half the shop for me.
This approach is very questionable.
