Package was completely tasted at the wrong house. There is no service point that feels responsible for this. With a "copy paste" email I received an apology for a problem that I don't have.
A day later I was supposed to receive the rest of the order (forgotten to get out of the car the day before).
Email with the confirmation package is there, was sent directly. But again nothing. Package is not with the neighbor from the previous day. Again, it is impossible to get someone on the phone who can help. We will not respond to email requests to call you back.

I have never had much contact with DPD, but the times they were responsible for delivery were always a disaster. For the first time I was allowed to call a driver who might have (again wrong house) infected with Corona at the neighbor.
